Claims (14)
- 電気的に広範囲に加熱可能な透明物体(1)であって、
a.少なくとも1つの透明な電気的に絶縁性の基板(2)と、
b.電力を送るために2つの電気母線(4.1および4.2)に接続されている少なくとも1つの広範囲の導電性の透明被覆(3)と、
c.導電性被覆(3)のない少なくとも1つの局所的透明領域(5)と、
d.データ送信窓(5)の周囲を少なくとも部分的に包囲し、被覆(3)のオームパースクエアの電気抵抗よりも低いオームパースクエアの電気抵抗を有する、被覆(3)に付着される導電帯(6)とを含み、
導電帯(6)が、少なくとも1つの離断(6.1)を有し、
導電帯(6)のより大きい部分が、母線(4.1、4.2)に接続されておらず、
導電帯(6)が、印刷された銀ベース導電性ペーストで作られている、前記電気的に広範囲に加熱可能な透明物体(1)。 - 少なくとも1つの離断(6.1)が配置されている導電帯(6)が1つだけ存在する、請求項1に記載の電気的に広範囲に加熱可能な透明物体(1)。
- 導電帯(6)が少なくとも2つの離断(6.1)を有する、請求項1に記載の電気的に広範囲に加熱可能な透明物体(1)。
- 少なくとも2つの離断(6.1)が少なくとも2つの導電帯(6)の少なくとも2つの平行な領域の間に配置されている、少なくとも2つの導電帯(6)が存在する、請求項3に記載の電気的に広範囲に加熱可能な透明物体(1)。
- 少なくとも2つの導電帯(6)のうちの少なくとも1つが、帯内に少なくとも1つの離断(6.1)を有する、請求項4に記載の電気的に広範囲に加熱可能な透明物体(1)。
- 導電帯(6)が領域(5)の周囲を完全に包囲する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の電気的に広範囲に加熱可能な透明物体(1)。
- 導電帯(6)が10から100μmの厚みを有する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の電気的に広範囲に加熱可能な透明物体(1)。
- 導電帯(6)が0.35オームパースクエア未満の電気抵抗を有する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の電気的に広範囲に加熱可能な透明物体(1)。
- 導電帯(6)が500μmから3cmの幅を有する、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の電気的に広範囲に加熱可能な透明物体(1)。
- 関連する帯(6)が接続される母線(4.1または4.2)と平行にまたは実質的に平行になっている導電帯(6)の領域(6.2)が、関連する母線(4.1または4.2)につながる領域(6.3)よりも幅広い、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の電気的に広範囲に加熱可能な透明物体(1)。
- 電気的に広範囲に加熱可能な透明物体(1)の製造方法であって、
(I)導電性材料(3.1)が、透明な電気的に絶縁性の基板(2)の上に広範囲に付着されて、材料(3.1)を含有する少なくとも1つの透明な導電性被覆(3)、および導電性被覆(3)のない少なくとも1つの局所的透明領域(5)を形成し、
(II)被覆(3)が、2つの母線(4.1および4.2)に接続されており、
(III)導電帯(6)が、少なくとも1つの領域(5)の周囲にある被覆(3)に少なくとも部分的に付着され、導電帯(6)が、少なくとも1つの離断(6.1)を有する共に、被覆(3)のオームパースクエアの電気抵抗よりも低いオームパースクエアの電気抵抗を有し、導電帯(6)のより大きい部分が、母線(4.1、4.2)に接続されておらず、導電帯(6)が、印刷された銀ベース導電性ペーストで作られている、前記方法。 - 少なくとも1つの導電帯(6)が、プロセスステップ(III)において、広範囲の導電性被覆(3)の上に印刷される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 陸上、航空、および水上交通向けの輸送手段における、ならびに家具、設備、および建築部門における、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の電気的な広範囲に加熱可能な透明物体の使用。
- 導電性被覆のない少なくとも1つの局所的透明領域(5)が、データ送信窓として機能する、請求項13に記載の使用。
