Abstract

Una disposición de peaje de carreteras que comprende una unidad (10) montada en un vehículo, para su uso en un sistema de peaje de carreteras, en donde la unidad (10) montada en el vehículo comprende un receptor de navegación por satélite (GPS) que implementa una función de rastreo de posición, y en donde el sistema de peaje de carreteras comprende medios de encaminamiento (44) para determinar las rutas tomadas por el vehículo, en base a información de rastreo de posición, medios de tarifación (44) para determinar tarifas de carretera asumidas, en base a las rutas tomadas, y un sistema de facturación (46) para facturar a un usuario del sistema, según las tarifas de carretera asumidas, caracterizada porque la disposición de peaje de carreteras comprende adicionalmente un dispositivo portátil de activación (12), en donde el dispositivo portátil de activación está adaptado para transmitir información, con respecto al propietario del dispositivo portátil de activación (12), a la unidad (10) montada en el vehículo, y la unidad montada en el vehículo está adaptada para proporcionar información al sistema de facturación (46), para permitir la identificación del propietario del dispositivo portátil de activación.
