Recipiente con dispositivo de cierre de seguridad, caracterizado porque el recipiente comprende una boca, una parte acoplable en la boca, una parte rebajada adyacente a la primera parte citada y, una parte saliente lateralmente por debajo de la parte rebajada, comprendiendo el dispositivo de cierre de seguridad, una cápsula de una pieza y de colocación a presión con ración de resorte que tiene una pared lateral en cuya parte interior tiene una superficie complementaria a la de la primera y la segunda par tes citadas y una pared de unión a tope destinada a descansar sobre la parte saliente lateralmente en la disposición necesaria para evitar que se pueda quitar la cápsula del recipiente apalancado; una parte de orejeta que forma parte integra de la cápsula, y por lo menos un rebajo en la cápsula para recibir y retener la orejera a ras con relación a la superficie superior de la cápsula, pudiendo bascular la orejeta desde la posición situada a ras hasta una posición de agarre abierta para facilitar la operación de quitar de una forma forzada toda la cápsula del recipiente.
