Abstract
Un método para producir una tela no tejida de filamentos, que comprende los pasos de: a) obtener filamentos que tienen una temperatura de cristalización que no supera 112ºC por fusión de una resina que contiene sulfuro de polifenileno como un componente principal que no está sustancialmente copolimerizado con triclorobenceno, y sacar y estirar hebras de fibras formadas por descarga de la resina fundida de boquillas de hilado a una velocidad de hilado de al menos 5.000 m/min y menos de 6.000 m/min por un eyector, que está dispuesto de modo que la distancia entre la cara inferior de las boquillas de hilado y la salida de emisión de aire comprimido del eyector sea de 450 a 650 mm; b) recoger los filamentos obtenidos en un malla en movimiento para formar un red no tejida; y c) unir por termocompresión la red no tejida obtenida usando un cilindro calentador.
