Statement motivated according to articles 29.6 and 29.7 of the Regulations for the execution of Law 11/1986, of March 20, on Patents on novelty and inventive activity; quotes and explanations in support of this statement La solicitud de patente describe el procedimiento de realización de pavimentos de ladrillos a base de arcilla cocida o mezclada con resinas, situados especialmente de canto. Comienza con la agrupación de varios ladrillos dispuestos en forma de baldosa sobre una malla a la que quedan adheridos configurando una baldosa. El procedimiento consiste en extender sobre la zona a pavimentar un mortero de cemento y a continuación colocar las baldosas o agrupación de ladrillos dejándolo fraguar. Por último se echa una fragua muestra para terminar de rellenar las juntas entre ladrillo y entre baldosas. Reivindica una alternativa en la que la baldosa está formada por una pieza mono bloque realizada mediante presión y siendo el resto del procedimiento idéntico. En esta alternativa se puede colocar una malla pegada a la parte inferior de la baldosa. El documento D01 describe un modulo o elemento realizado a base de ladrillos sobre un soporte de material biodegradable. Los ladrillos se adhieren al soporte mediante un adhesivo. Posteriormente se aplica una solución para el relleno de las juntas y da como resultado una baldosa fácilmente manejable que permite la realización de suelos a base de ladrillos de manera más rápida. El documento D02 describe un método para pavimentar a base de ladrillos. Parte de la realización de porciones de pavimento tipo baldosas. En primer lugar sitúa las piezas, con la cara vista hacia abajo, sobre un soporte que permite situar las piezas idénticas en tamaño a la misma distancia entre ellas. A continuación deposita una malla sobre el conjunto de ladrillos y hace que se adhiera a ellos mediante la incorporación de un cemento. Se deja fraguar y se obtiene la baldosa. El documento D03 desarrolla la forma de realización de un pequeño panel o baldosa decorativa. Una pluralidad de ladrillos se conectan entre sí mediante una red o malla de refuerzo. Los ladrillos disponen de unas hendiduras pasantes. Los ladrillos pueden estar realizados a base de un material mezclado con fibras para reforzarlos. Las hendiduras y juntas entre baldosas se rellenan con un material en gránulos. Se aplica también un tratamiento superficial a base de un material fraguable o un material decorativo. El documento D04 hace referencia a la realización de un suelo a base de bloques de piedra. Los bloques quedan dispuestos sobre un plato o lamina a distancias fijas. No utiliza ningún tipo de cemento ya que están concebidas para ser utilizadas a la intemperie sobre tierra. Los documentos citados reflejan el estado de la técnica pero ninguno supone una anterioridad relevante. Para la realización de pavimentos de ladrillo se han encontrado documentos que utilizan ladrillos situados de canto realizando una agrupación previa a modo de baldosa sobre un soporte tipo malla que supone también un elemento de refuerzo. No se ha encontrado ningún procedimiento que contemple la extensión de un mortero de cemento sobre la superficie a pavimentar para luego introducir este tipo de baldosa formada por ladrillos sobre malla. Se considera que la invención es nueva y tiene actividad inventiva según los Art. 6.1 y 8.1 de la Ley de patentes 11/86. No procedure has been found that contemplates the extension of a cement mortar on the surface to be paved and then introduce this type of tile formed by bricks on mesh.
