Description
Endoprótesis para el tratamiento de la estenosis
de vasos sanguíneos en bifurcación.
La presente invención se refiere al campo de las
endoprótesis para el tratamiento de la estenosis de vasos
sanguíneos en bifurcación.
Ya se ha sugerido que la estenosis de arterias
coronarias reciba tratamiento mediante endoprótesis formadas por
estructuras tubulares perforadas siguiendo un patrón de malla de
aberturas y que, en consecuencia, sea expandible tras su colocación
en el sitio de la estenosis. En la mayoría de casos, estas
endoprótesis se hinchan mediante un balón colocado en su interior y
que, posteriormente, es extraído.
En general, puede decirse que las endoprótesis de
este tipo ya han dado buenos resultados.
Sin embargo, no son completamente
satisfactorias.
El solicitante ha observado, en particular, que
las endoprótesis estándar no son enteramente satisfactorias cuando,
como con frecuencia es el caso, existe estenosis en un vaso
sanguíneo en bifurcación. En tales casos, el tratamiento con
endoprótesis estándar requiere dos endoprótesis separadas. Una de
éstas se coloca en cada uno de los dos vasos que se ramifican desde
la bifurcación y se ajusta la posición de cada una en relación a la
otra tan finamente como sea posible con el fin de asegurar una
cobertura óptima del área de la bifurcación.
El documento
US-A-4.994.071 da a conocer una
endoprótesis para el tratamiento de estenosis de vasos sanguíneos
en bifurcación que comprende, básicamente, tres secciones tubulares
y dos conectores: una sección proximal, una primera sección distal
conectada a la sección proximal por un primer conector lateral, y
una segunda sección distal conectada a la sección proximal por un
segundo conector lateral. Además, la patente US 4.994.071 precisa
que, de acuerdo con una variante, puede utilizarse una pequeña asa
de alambre para interconectar las dos secciones distales.
Un objetivo principal de la presente invención es
el desarrollo de las endoprótesis existentes con el fin de
facilitar y mejorar el tratamiento de las estenosis de vasos
sanguíneos en bifurcación.
La presente invención consigue este objetivo
mediante la utilización de una endoprótesis como se define en la
reivindicación 1, la cual se especifica en una forma de dos partes,
de acuerdo con la patente
US-A-4.994.071.
De acuerdo con otra característica ventajosa de
la presente invención, el extremo distal de la sección proximal
está biselada y el extremo proximal de la segunda sección distal se
estrecha en el otro lado del segundo conector y encaja en el bisel
en la sección proximal.
Las formas biseladas y extremos afilados
anteriormente mencionados pueden tener una diversidad de
materializaciones. En particular, pueden estar delimitadas por
superficies planas o curvas.
Resultarán evidentes las características,
objetivos y ventajas adicionales de la invención al leer la
siguiente descripción detallada, según se ilustra en los dibujos
correspondientes que se adjuntan, los cuales se proporcionan como
ejemplos no exhaustivos y en los cuales:
- la figura 1 es una vista lateral esquemática de
una endoprótesis de acuerdo con la presente invención;
- la figura 2 es una vista en perspectiva de la
misma endoprótesis;
- la figura 3 es otra vista en perspectiva de la

El primer elemento que se describirá es la
estructura de la endoprótesis 100 de acuerdo con la invención y que
se ilustra en las figuras 1 a 7. Como se ha mencionado
anteriormente, la endoprótesis 100 comprende tres secciones
tubulares (110, 120 y 140) y dos conectores (130 y 150).
La primera sección (110) es una sección proximal
que tiene como su eje central 111. Su propósito es insertarse en el
eje principal T1 del vaso sanguíneo V para el tratamiento, por
arriba de la bifurcación.
La primera sección distal (120) que tiene como su
eje de sección 121 está, por lo menos aproximadamente, alineado con
la sección proximal 110 previamente a su utilización. El propósito
de la primera sección distal 120 es insertarse en el vaso sanguíneo
T2 que se ramifica a partir de la bifurcación como se aprecia, en
particular, en las figuras 6 y 7.
La primera sección distal (120) se encuentra
unida a la sección proximal 110 por el primer conector lateral
(130).
La segunda sección distal (140), la cual tiene
como su eje 141, se coloca junto a la primera sección distal (120),
y tiene la ventaja de ser paralela a ésta, previamente a su
utilización. La segunda sección distal (140) está prevista para
insertarse en el vaso sanguíneo T3 que se ramifica a partir de la
bifurcación, como se observa, en particular, en las figuras 6 y
7.
Las dos secciones distales 120 y 140 tienen sus
dos extremos proximales (122 y 142) unidos por el segundo conector
(150).
Cada una de las secciones 110, 120 y 140 está
formada preferiblemente a partir de un componente tubular perforado
con una malla de aberturas, de manera que la estructura de las
secciones 110, 120 y 140 permite que se hinchen respecto a sus
circunferencias.
En la práctica, pueden fabricarse las secciones
110, 120 y 140 de la endoprótesis 100 a partir de partes
cilíndricas extrusionadas de una aleación metálica flexible, tal
como acero inoxidable 316L. El diámetro externo de las secciones
110, 120 y 140 está, típicamente, entre 1 y 1,2 mm previamente a su
utilización.
Pueden existir una serie de variantes del patrón
de rejilla perforado en las secciones 110, 120 y 140. Las aberturas
pueden tener la forma de un hexágono o rombo, como se muestra en
los dibujos adjuntos, adoptando una apariencia de malla después del
hinchado contra la superficie interna de la arteria coronaria
mediante un balón cilíndrico colocado en el interior.
Debido a que la estructura básica de los
componentes tubulares hinchables 110, 120 y 140 y el material del
que se fabrican son conocidos por los expertos en la materia, no se
describirán estas especificaciones en detalle en lo que sigue.
Las tres secciones 110, 120 y 140 son,
preferiblemente, de igual diámetro antes del hinchado, es decir,
previamente a su utilización.
Los ejes respectivos (111, 121 y 141) de las
secciones 110, 120 y 140 son coplanares y determinan un plano de
simetría para la endoprótesis. Este plano de simetría es paralelo
al plano de la figura 1.
El primer conector (130) tiene en el centro el
plano de simetría anteriormente mencionado, determinado por los
ejes 111, 121 y 141.
El conector 130 une un área del extremo distal
113 de la sección proximal 110 con un área del extremo proximal 122
de la primera sección distal (120). Aún más específicamente, la
articulación 130 consiste, preferiblemente, en una tira de anchura
constante paralela a los ejes 111 y 121. La articulación 130 se
encuentra diametralmente opuesta a la segunda sección distal (140)
con respecto a los ejes 111 y 121.
El extremo distal 113 de la sección proximal 110
se proporciona con bisel 115 en su área de la periferia situada en
oposición al conector 130. El bisel 115 puede determinarse por un
plano que está inclinado con respecto al eje 111, perpendicular al
plano de simetría anteriormente mencionado o, nuevamente, estar
curvado, por ejemplo, cóncavamente con respecto a la sección distal
120. De esta manera, la abertura angular de la pared de la sección
proximal 110 se incrementa desde el conector 130 y gira 360º, es
decir, una forma tubular completa alrededor del eje 111.
Este bisel (115) forma una especie de arco
situado en el lado opuesto al conector 130, materializando en la
estructura cilíndrica que forma la sección proximal 110 la forma de
la abertura del vaso sanguíneo que se ramifica desde la bifurcación
coronaria sobre la que se aplicará.
Además, el extremo proximal 142 de la segunda
sección distal (140) se estrecha en el otro lado del segundo
conector (150). Se estira hacia delante en su área periférica en
oposición al segundo conector (150). Esta porción estrechada (144)
puede determinarse también por un plano que esté inclinado con
respecto al eje 121, perpendicular al plano de simetría o,
nuevamente, por una superficie curva.
Tras el hinchado, como se ilustra en la figura 4
por ejemplo, cuando se instala la endoprótesis en la bifurcación de
las dos arterias coronarias, la porción distal 113, a la que se le
ha cortado la esquina (115) de la sección proximal 110, se une,
fijándola armoniosamente, con la parte proximal (144) de la sección
140 de la endoprótesis, asegurando el máximo recubrimiento del área
dilatada de bifurcación coronaria.
De esta manera, una vez colocada, la rejilla
completa de la endoprótesis bifurcada (100) cubre las porciones
proximal y distal de las dos arterias coronarias en ramificación y
toda el área dilatada de bifurcación.
El primer conector (130) forma, preferiblemente,
parte integral, es decir, no está unido con las secciones 110 y
120.
En otras palabras, el primer conector (130) y las
secciones 110 y 120 se fabrican, preferiblemente, a partir de una
sola pieza en la que se forma el conector 130 mediante
mecanizado.
El segundo conector (150) también está centrado
con referencia al plano de simetría determinado por los ejes 111,
121 y 141.
Sin embargo, mientras que el primer conector
(130) se extiende en una dirección que es paralela a los ejes 111 y
121, el segundo conector (150) se extiende en una dirección que es
transversal a los ejes 111, 121 y 141 anteriormente mencionados y
une áreas adyacentes de los extremos proximales 122 y 142 de las
secciones distales 120 y 140.
El segundo conector (150) está unido,
preferiblemente, a los extremos proximales 122 y 142 de las
secciones 120 y 140 mediante, por ejemplo, soldado con láser.
Este aspecto de la invención puede, naturalmente,
materializarse en una serie de variantes en las que el segundo
conector (150) podría formar parte integral con las secciones
distales 120 y 140 formadas a partir de una sola pieza, mientras que
el conector 130 estaría unido mediante, por ejemplo, soldado con
láser al extremo distal de la sección proximal 110 y el extremo
proximal de la sección distal 120.
De acuerdo con una materialización particular,
proporcionada como un ejemplo no exhaustivo, la endoprótesis
bifurcada 100 para las arterias coronarias según la presente
invención tiene las dimensiones siguientes:
- la longitud total de la endoprótesis 100 medida
desde el extremo proximal 112 de la sección proximal 110 al extremo
distal 123 de la sección distal 120 es del orden de 15 mm;
- el diámetro de las secciones 110, 120 y 140 es
del orden de 1 mm previamente al hinchado;
- la longitud de la sección proximal 110 es del
orden de 7,5 mm previamente al hinchado;
- la longitud de la sección distal 120 es del
orden de 7 mm previamente al hinchado;
- la longitud de la sección distal 140 es del
orden de 9 mm previamente al hinchado;
- la longitud del conector 130 es del orden de
0,5 a 1 mm; y
- el diámetro de las secciones distales 120 y 140
en su estado hinchado es del orden de 3 mm, mientras que el
diámetro de la sección proximal 110 es del orden de 3,5 mm.
A continuación sigue una descripción de la
estructura del instrumento, el cual incorpora un doble balón
asimétrico, a utilizar con la endoprótesis de la presente
invención, el cual se muestra en la figura 8 y siguientes.
En esencia, este instrumento (200) comprende dos
balones (210 y 230). El primer balón (210) es de una longitud en
consonancia con su propósito de colocación dentro de dos secciones
aproximadamente alineadas (T1 y T2) del vaso V a tratar: tronco
principal T1 y un vaso en ramificación T2, situados uno en cada lado
del área de bifurcación, respectivamente, o nuevamente, en
consonancia con su propósito de colocarse en el interior de la
sección proximal 110 y de la sección distal 120 de la endoprótesis
100.
Con respecto al segundo balón (230), está en
consonancia con su propósito de colocarse en el segundo vaso
sanguíneo (T3) que se ramifica desde la bifurcación. El balón 230
es, preferiblemente, más corto que el balón 210. Como se muestra en
los dibujos adjuntos, los dos balones 210 y 230 están formados,
preferiblemente, a partir de elementos tubulares alargados
generalmente cilíndricos que están centrados en los ejes 212 y 232 y
que tienen sus extremos (214 y 216; 234 y 236) más o menos
redondeados.
El balón principal (210) incorpora,
preferiblemente, una cavidad en un lado (218) que es adecuada para
albergar el extremo proximal 236 del segundo balón (230), como se
muestra en la figura 10.
Además, la parte proximal 219 del balón 210
situado por arriba de la cavidad 218 es, preferiblemente, de mayor
diámetro que la porción distal 217 del mismo balón situado por
debajo de la cavidad 218.
Cada uno de los balones 210 y 230 incorpora,
preferiblemente, un marcador radio-opaco (220 y
240). Los marcadores 220 y 240 están situados, preferiblemente, en
el centro de sus balones respectivos 210 y 230. Los marcadores 220
y 240 pueden, por ejemplo, ser transportados por tubos internos
huecos 221 y 241 que albergan guías metálicas 222 y 242 con centros
en los ejes 212 y 232 y que pasan axialmente a través de los balones
210 y 230, respectivamente. Los marcadores 220 y 240 están
situados, preferiblemente, en la mitad de la longitud de los
balones 210 y 230.
Los balones 210 y 230 se prolongan en sus
extremos proximales 216 y 236 mediante los tubos 224 y 244,
respectivamente, de sección transversal pequeña, diseñados para
alimentar y, en consecuencia, dilatar los balones 210 y 230.
Los tubos 224 y 244 albergan, preferiblemente,
las guías 222 y 242. Más específicamente, cada uno de los dos tubos
224 y 244 tiene, preferiblemente, dos luces: la primera luz alberga
una guía (222 y 242) y se abre al tubo interno asociado (221 y 241)
y la segunda luz, utilizada para hinchar los balones, se abre a la
superficie interna de los mismos (210 y 230).
Los tubos internos anteriormente mencionados 221
y 241 y primeras luces no están conectados con la superficie
interna de los balones 210 y 230.
Además, el tubo interno 221 interior al primer
balón (210) está, preferiblemente, descentrado con respecto al eje
212 con el fin de permitir la presencia de la cavidad 218, como se
observa en la figura 8.
Los tubos de hinchado 224 y 244 están conectados
a cierta distancia de los balones 210 y 230 y están unidos,
preferiblemente, por sus extremos proximales a un componente común
más rígido pero flexible y hueco 250 con dos luces internas (253 y
254) conectadas con los tubos de hinchado 224 y 244,
respectivamente, o más específicamente, las segundas luces de
hinchado anteriormente mencionadas de estos tubos. El componente 250
incorpora en su extremo proximal (252), además, dos sistemas de
conexión a fuentes líquidas conectadas con las luces 253 y 254,
respectivamente, permitiendo el hinchado de los balones 210 y 230.
Estos sistemas de conexión pueden ser, por ejemplo, del tipo
conocido como "Luer-Lock". Una variante de
esto es que los sistemas de conexión anteriormente mencionados
estén adaptados para admitir una punta de jeringa de hinchado
estándar.
Es importante que los sistemas de conexión
anteriormente mencionados que se comunican con las luces 253 y 254,
respectivamente, formados dentro del componente 250, permitan el
hinchado independiente de los dos balones (210 y 230).
Los balones 210 y 230 están enfundados,
preferiblemente, previamente a su utilización, con una vaina
extraíble (260). La vaina 260 cubre toda la longitud de la
endoprótesis 100, es decir, preferiblemente un mínimo de 15 a 20 mm.
La vaina 260 está unida, preferiblemente en su extremo proximal, a
un cable (262) que facilita la retirada de la vaina 260 tirando de
dicho cable 262. El cable 262 pasa, preferiblemente, a través del
tubo común 250.
La vaina 260 puede, sin embargo, omitirse cuando
se utiliza el sistema de balones por sí solo, es decir, sin
endoprótesis 100.
Se hace referencia a los sistemas de conexión
"Luer-Lock" que se muestran en la figura 12
como 252. Además, la referencia nº 270 en la figura 12 señala un
sistema esquemático de hinchado que comprende un manómetro (272)
adaptado para su conexión a un tubo del sistema de conexión (252)
con el propósito de dilatar uno de los balones 210 y 230.
Las referencias nº 253 y 254 en la figura 13
señalan las dos luces de alimentación que conectan el sistema de
conexión 252 con los tubos 224 y 244, respectivamente. Además, la
referencia nº 255 en la figura 13 señala la luz que alberga el cable
(262) que facilita la retirada de la vaina 260.
El balón doble asimétrico 200 para angioplastia
coronaria que puede utilizarse con la endoprótesis de la presente
invención puede tener las dimensiones siguientes:
- los cables de guía 222 y 242 son de 0,036 cm
(0,014 pulgadas);
- el balón más largo (210) tiene una longitud de
20 a 25 mm, dependiendo del modelo;
- su porción proximal (219) es 3,5 mm de diámetro
aproximado y de, aproximadamente, 6,5 mm de longitud después del
hinchado;
- la cavidad 218 es de, aproximadamente, 3,5 mm
de longitud;
- la porción distal 217 es de, aproximadamente,
10 mm de longitud y de, aproximadamente, 3 mm de diámetro después
del hinchado;
- el segundo balón (230) es de, aproximadamente,
13 mm de longitud y de, aproximadamente, 3 mm de diámetro después
del hinchado;
- los tubos 224 y 244 están conectados
aproximadamente a 10 mm del extremo proximal (216) del balón
210;
- las longitudes de los dos tubos 224 y 244 entre
el punto donde se unen y el componente común 250 pueden ser de 20 a
30 cm;
- la longitud total, incluyendo los balones 210 y
230 y sus tubos de alimentación es de, preferiblemente, 135 mm;
- la longitud del tubo común 250 está entre,
aproximadamente, 110 y 115 mm; y
- el diámetro externo del dispositivo con los
balones 210 y 230 completamente deshinchados no excede de,
preferiblemente, 2 mm, de manera que la unidad completa incluyendo
los dos balones 210 y 230 y tubos de alimentación 224 y 244, pueden
pasar a través de un catéter guía 8F con un diámetro interno de 2,6
mm. El caso es el mismo en la versión del dispositivo de balón que
incorpora endoprótesis 100 y vaina 260.
La porción de los tubos 224 y 244 que está
situada por debajo de la salida de los cables de guía 223 y 243
está fabricada, preferiblemente, en plástico.
La porción de los tubos 224 y 244, incluyendo la
porción común 250, que está situada por arriba de las salidas 223 y
243 puede estar fabricada en plástico o metal.
Este tubo (224, 244 y 250) tiene que ser tan
hidrofílico como sea posible para que pueda deslizarse en el
interior de su catéter portador o catéter guía.
Debe remarcarse que los balones 210 y 230 son
mutuamente independientes. Están conectados indirectamente sólo en
el área de tubo común 250.
Los cables de guía 222 y 242 emergen,
preferiblemente, de los tubos 224 y 244 en el lado más próximo de
la sección común 250, como se observa en la figura 11. Los puntos
de salida 223 y 243 de los cables de guía 222 y 242 están,
preferiblemente, ligeramente distanciados el uno del otro y están
marcados de manera diferente para su identificación.
A continuación, sigue una descripción del
procedimiento de instalación de la endoprótesis 100 utilizando el
balón doble asimétrico 200.
Previamente a su utilización, se protege mediante
vaina de recubrimiento 260 la unidad que combina los dos balones
(210 y 230) y la endoprótesis bifurcada 100. En primer lugar, se
acerca esta unidad con vaina 260 incorporada al área de estenosis de
bifurcación. Se controla su posición utilizando los marcadores
radio-opacos 220 y 240.
Una vez la unidad balón (210 y 230)/endoprótesis
(100) ha alcanzado la bifurcación, puede retirarse la vaina 260
anteriormente mencionada tirando del cable 262.
Después de retirar la vaina protectora 260, se
manipulan los cables de guía 222 y 242, los cuales han sido
insertados en los vasos sanguíneos T2 y T3 que se ramifican desde
una bifurcación coronaria. Los balones 210 y 230, situados,
respectivamente, dentro de la sección proximal 110 y sección distal
120 en el caso del balón 210, y dentro de la sección distal 140 en
el caso del balón 230, están todavía en estado deshinchado en esta
etapa. Una vez se ha confirmado que las secciones 120 y 140 de la
endoprótesis han sido correctamente colocadas en la bifurcación
mediante el uso de marcadores radio-opacos 220 y 240
contenidos en los balones, éstos pueden hincharse.
Con este fin, el primer balón asimétrico (210),
es decir, el balón más largo que facilita el hinchado de la
estructura principal (110) de la endoprótesis y de la sección 120,
alineada con la misma, preferiblemente se hincha en primer lugar.
Típicamente, el balón 210 incrementa de esta manera la porción
proximal 110 de la endoprótesis hasta 3,5 mm y la porción distal
120 hasta 3 mm.
A continuación, se hincha el balón más corto
(230), el extremo proximal 236 del cual llena la cavidad 218 en el
balón 210. El hinchado del balón 230 dilata, de esta manera, la
sección 140 de la endoprótesis. La forma proximal estrechada de la
sección 140 encaja en la forma truncada o forma de esquina
recortada (115) de la estructura principal o proximal (110) de la
cara opuesta de la endoprótesis y, de esta manera, cubre
completamente la porción ostial o área de bifurcación de la arteria
coronaria en ramificación que se ha dilatado y soportado durante el
curso de este procedimiento.
Después de colocar e instalar la endoprótesis
bifurcada, como se muestra en la figura 7, los balones 210 y 230
pueden deshincharse y ser retirados.
Los balones 210 y 230 pueden deshincharse y ser
retirados simultáneamente o de manera separada, como se estime
apropiado, tras desconectar de la unidad.
Es ventajoso que los balones 210 y 230 estén
hechos de un material elástico fabricado a partir de un polímero
plástico.
La presente invención no está, evidentemente,
limitada a la dilatación de un área de bifurcación en una arteria
coronaria que muestre una lesión en la bifurcación mediante la
utilización de endoprótesis 100 y utilización de la dilatación de
los balones 210 y 230. La invención puede aplicarse también a otras
bifurcaciones de vasos sanguíneos, arterias o venas, tal como, por
ejemplo y sin limitación, a arterias renales, troncos
supra-aórticos, arterias que conducen desde la aorta
hasta el abdomen o a extremidades inferiores, etc.
Una variante especial de la invención es una en
la que el balón 210 puede incorporar dos porciones (217 y 219),
distal y proximal respectivamente, situadas en ambos lados de la
cavidad 218 y con el mismo diámetro.
Durante la colocación, el balón 230 puede
hincharse antes del balón 210.
Además, puede concebirse la instalación y
dilatación de una endoprótesis bifurcada 100 utilizando sistemas
diferentes de la estructura de doble balón que se ilustra en la
figura 8 y figuras siguientes y, a modo de corolario, puede
utilizarse el sistema de doble balón (200) como balón doble para
angioplastia de una lesión de bifurcación coronaria que no
involucre el uso de endoprótesis.
De acuerdo con una variante de la invención, el
primer balón 210 es simétrico respecto a su eje longitudinal 212.
En otras palabras, la cavidad 218 es anular y de revolución
simétrico respecto a dicho eje 212.
Claims (10)
1. Endoprótesis para el tratamiento de estenosis
de vasos sanguíneos en bifurcación que comprende tres secciones
tubulares (110, 120 y 140) y dos conectores de articulación (130 y
150), es decir:
- una sección proximal (110);
- una primera sección distal (120) alineada, por
lo menos aproximadamente, con la sección proximal (110) y que está
prevista para insertarse en uno de los vasos sanguíneos (T2) que se
ramifica desde la bifurcación, estando conectada la primera sección
distal (120) a la sección proximal (110) mediante un conector
lateral (130); y
- una segunda sección distal (140) situada en un
lado de la primera sección distal (120) y que está prevista para
insertarse en el segundo vaso sanguíneo (T3) que se ramifica desde
la bifurcación, estando conectados entre sí los extremos proximales
de ambas secciones distales (120 y 140) mediante un segundo
conector (150), caracterizada porque no existe ningún
conector entre el extremo proximal de la segunda sección distal
(140) y el extremo distal de la sección proximal (110), y dicho
segundo conector (150) está adaptado para permitir el pivotado
relativo de dichas secciones distales (120 y 140) respecto a dicho
segundo conector (150) para acoger la bifurcación del vaso
sanguíneo.
2. Endoprótesis según la reivindicación 1,
caracterizada porque el extremo distal (115) de la sección
proximal (110) está biselado y el extremo proximal (142) de la
segunda sección distal (140) se estrecha en el otro lado del segundo
conector (150) y es capaz de encajar en la forma biselada (115) de
la sección proximal (110).
3. Endoprótesis según la reivindicación 2,
caracterizada porque la forma biselada (115) y/o la sección
estrechada (144) está delimitada por una superficie plana.
4. Endoprótesis según la reivindicación 2,
caracterizada porque la forma biselada (115) y/o la sección
estrechada (144) está delimitada por una superficie curva.
5. Endoprótesis según una de las reivindicaciones
1 a 4, caracterizada porque las tres secciones tubulares
(110, 120 y 140) presenta el mismo diámetro antes de su
utilización.
6. Endoprótesis según una de las reivindicaciones
1 a 5, caracterizada porque el primer conector (130) tiene
en el centro un plano de simetría determinado por los ejes (111,
121 y 141) de las secciones tubulares y se extiende en una dirección
que es aproximadamente paralela a dichos ejes.
7. Endoprótesis según una de las reivindicaciones
1 a 6, caracterizada porque el primer conector (130) está
formado a partir de la misma pieza que la sección proximal (110) y
la primera sección distal (120).
8. Endoprótesis según una de las reivindicaciones
1 a 7, caracterizada porque el segundo conector (150) tiene
en el centro un plano de simetría determinado por los ejes (111,
121 y 141) de las secciones tubulares y se extiende en una dirección
aproximadamente perpendicular a dichos ejes.
9. Endoprótesis según una de las reivindicaciones
1 a 8, caracterizada porque el segundo conector (150) está
conectado a las dos secciones distales (120 y 140).
10. Endoprótesis según una de las
reivindicaciones 1 a 9, caracterizada porque cada una de las
secciones (110, 120 y 140) está formada a partir de un componente
tubular con un patrón de rejilla de aberturas susceptible de
hincharse circunferencialmente.
