Abstract
Proceso para el decapado electrolítico de acero inoxidable de las series ferrítico, martensítico, austenítico y dúplex, así como de aceros superausteníticos y superferríticos, de superaleaciones basadas en Ni o Ni/Cr, en las que el material que debe decaparse es provocado a pasar a través de una o más unidades electrolíticas que contienen la solución de decapado y equipadas con parejas de electrodos, en las que un electrodo mira hacia un lado del material que debe tratarse, y el otro electrodo mira al lado opuesto del mismo material, teniendo los electrodos de cada pareja la misma polaridad, mientras que la polaridad de parejas adyacentes es opuesta, estando caracterizado dicho proceso porque la solución acuosa comprende: n de 20 a 140 g/l de H2SO4 n de 15 a 80 g/l de iones de Fe3+ n iones de Fe2+ en una cantidad tal que la relación de Fe3+/Fe2+ es >1.
