Abstract

Un tensor de correa (10) para un motor de vehículo a motor (12), el cual comprende: una parte de husillo (18); una estructura excéntrica pivotante (50) montada para el movimiento pivotante sobre la parte de husillo (18); una pieza de polea giratoria (90) montada para girar en la estructura excéntrica pivotante (50), un muelle (60) el cual presiona la estructura excéntrica pivotante (50) en un sentido que tiende a obligar a la pieza de polea giratoria (90) a entrar en engrane de tensión con una correa (16) arrastrada alrededor de la pieza de polea (90); una estructura aplicadora de fuerza (44), construida y dispuesta de forma que obligue a la pieza de husillo (18) hacia la correa (16) en contra de una fuerza de carga contrarrestadora de la polea, aplicada por la correa (16) a la polea giratoria (90); estructuras guiadoras lineales (24, 28, 14, 38) las cuales limitan el movimiento de la pieza de husillo (18) a un movimiento lineal haciala correa (16) durante la aplicación de fuerza por la estructura aplicadora de fuerza (44), durante la instalación del tensor de correa (10); un perno de montaje (14) el cual se extiende a través de dicha pieza de husillo (18) para montar el tensor de correa (10) en el motor de un vehículo a motor (12); caracterizado porque dicha estructura guiadora lineal comprende: una ranura alargada (24, 36) dispuesta en uno extremo de dicho tensor de correa y en dicho motor de vehículo a motor (12), una proyección (14, 26), la cual se extiende dentro de dicha ranura (24, 36) y está dispuesta en otro extremo de dicho tensor de correa (10) y dicho motor de vehículo a motor (12), y partes superficiales de enganche mutuo entre el perno de montaje (14) y las superficies adyacentes de dicha ranura alargada (36), permitiendo dicho perno y dicha ranura alargada (36) dicho movimiento lineal de dicho eje pivote hacia dicha correa.
