Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de un cuerpo de asiento de válvula con un asiento de válvula para una válvula de inyección de carburante, con las siguientes operaciones del procedimiento: - fabricación de un cuerpo de asiento (25) de la válvula, que tiene un contorno exterior con forma cilíndrica; - realización de una abertura de paso (32) en el interior del cuerpo de asiento (25) de la válvula, por lo menos con una zona de entrada o de abertura (47, 48), una zona de guía (31) y una zona de asiento (26, 26¿) de la válvula; - configuración de la zona de asiento (26) de la válvula como parte con forma de tronco cónico de la abertura de paso (32); - configuración de la zona de guía (31) con tramos de guía (51) con forma de travesaños situados alternativamente en todo su perímetro y con espacios de paso (27) para el caudal del medio en forma de canales; caracterizado por un mecanizado fino simultáneo de todos los tramos de guía (51) y de la zona de asiento (26, 26¿) de la válvula por mediode una bola maestra (130) que forma una herramienta de mecanizado.
