Abstract

PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PREPARACION DE INTERMEDIARIOS UTILES PARA LA SINTESIS DE BENZOTIACEPINAS, TALES COMO ESTERES DE ACIDO (2R, 3S)-3-(4-METOXIFENIL)-GLICIDICO, DE FORMULA (I) EN DONDE R ES UN ALQUILO DE CSI1-CSI8 LINEAL O RAMIFICADO, UN CICLOALQUILO DE CSI5-CSI6, O UN GRUPO 2,2-DIMETIL-1, 3-DIOXOLAN-4-METILICO. EL PROCEDIMIENTO CONSISTE EN REALIZAR UNA TRANSESTERIFICACION ENZIMATICA DE MEZCLAS ENANTIOMERICAS DE ESTER METILICO O ETILICO DEL ACIDO (2R, 3S)-3-(4-METOXIFENIL)-GLICIDICO, Y SU (2R, 3S)-ENANTIOMERO (ENT-I), UTILIZANDO UN ALCOHOL DISTINTO DEL QUE FORMA PARTE DEL COMPUESTO (I) Y ANTI-I, EN PRESENCIA OPCIONAL DE UN DISOLVENTE APROPIADO, SEPARANDO FINALMENTE EL ESTER TRANESTERIFICADO. LA ENZIMA UTILIZADA PARA LA TRANSESTERIFICACION ENANTIOSELECTIVA ES UNA LIPASA DE ORIGEN ANIMAL O MICROBIANO O UNA ENZIMA PROTEOLITICA. ESTOS COMPUESTOS INTERMEDIOS SE USAN PARA LA PREPARACION DEL FARMACO DILTIAZEM, CON ACTIVIDAD VASODILATADORA CORONARIA.
