Definitions

  • the invention relates to a self-loading handgun according to the preamble of claim 1, in particular a handgun which is designed as a gas pressure loader.
  • the gas pressure generated during a shot moves a spring-loaded movable slide to the rear of the pistol, whereby the fired cartridge case is ejected and, during the subsequent forward movement of the slide, a new cartridge is conveyed from a magazine into the chamber of the barrel.
  • the breech of the weapon is locked when the shot is fired.
  • a small part of the gas pressure created when the shot is fired is directed to a gas cylinder, which transmits an impulse to the slide and thereby opens the breech so that the cartridge case can be removed from the chamber and replaced with a new cartridge from a magazine.
  • a self-loading handgun in which a bolt carrier in the form of a slide contains a lateral link guide in which a control bolt formed on a rotatable bolt head is guided.
  • the locking and unlocking of the locking head is carried out by rotating the locking head relative to a rigidly arranged locking sleeve, in that the movement of the locking head is locked in a first rotational position and released in a second rotational position, the rotational positions being determined by the respective position of the control bolt in the link guide .
  • a locking device for a breech on a weapon in which a link guide with slides is used that contain angled guide curves through which the breech can be locked or unlocked.
  • the structure is relatively complex and therefore unsuitable for a handgun.
  • the EP 2 157 393 B1 describes a gas pressure loader in which the breech has lateral lugs which engage in locking grooves of the housing in the locking position and in which a gas piston is used for unlocking, which unlocks the locking of the side lugs when the shot is fired.
  • the lock is raised and can be moved back.
  • the invention is based on the object of specifying a handgun provided with a new type of locking system, which has a mechanically simple structure, is easy to disassemble and in which the risk of malfunction is minimized.
  • the invention is based on a handgun with a barrel that is immovably attached to a frame, a firing pin, a slide that is movable relative to the frame and a breech that is held in a locking position on the frame in the front position of the slide and is closed by gas pressure
  • the backward movement of the slide caused by the fired projectile is moved from the locked position into a release position by means of a gas piston and moved together with the slide into a rearward position, from which the slide is returned together with the breech under spring force to the front position of the breech.
  • the closure is designed at least in two parts with a closure lock having two side legs and a closure butt base lying between the legs, the closure lock on the legs with at least one protruding driving element, which is used for Engagement is formed in a recess of the carriage, and is provided with at least one retaining cam which is designed to engage in a shoulder of the frame.
  • the breech butt base and the breech lock are hingedly connected to one another and the breech butt base contains an axial recess aligned with the barrel for the passage of a firing pin.
  • the locking base is guided coaxially with the barrel during the backward and forward movement of the slide.
  • the breech is essentially designed in two parts, with the breech butt base being movable coaxially with the barrel of the weapon, and another part being pivotally connected to the breech butt base as a breech lock.
  • the breech base moves solely coaxially with the barrel, which does not require any mass to be moved in the transverse direction, reduces the susceptibility to failure and reduces the susceptibility to contamination.
  • the locking lock which is articulated to the locking base, only has the task of establishing or releasing the locking of the lock.
  • Another advantage of the invention is that the entire structure of the weapon can be made very flat, so that handling is easier due to the reduced center of gravity is improved.
  • the structure of the weapon has only a few moving parts, which are tolerance-insensitive, structurally simple to manufacture and can therefore be used in an uncomplicated and fault-tolerant manner even under difficult operating conditions.
  • the simple construction and easy disassembly of the weapon also makes it easier to maintain and clean.
  • the driving element is raised by a hook-like projection connected to the slide, which engages behind a connection between the legs of the locking lock during the backward movement of the slide and thereby engages the legs of the locking lock to release the retaining cams lifts.
  • At least one retaining cam of the closure lock engages in the shoulder of the frame.
  • the driving element causes the holding cam to be released from the shoulder of the frame by lifting the locking mechanism, so that the locking mechanism is thereby unlocked.
  • the driving element is preferably accommodated in a recess in the carriage.
  • the recess contains a front flank, which in particular runs obliquely backwards/downwards in order to be able to lift the driving element when the carriage moves backwards.
  • the rear edge of the recess engages behind the driving element of the locking lock and moves it forward again.
  • the closure is connected to the slide by means of an articulated connection that can be moved in the longitudinal direction of the closure in such a way that when the slide moves backwards, the at least one driving element can engage in the recess of the slide and the at least one retaining cam can be disengaged is released into the paragraph of the frame.
  • the closure lock contains a bevel at the rear end, which allows the closure lock to be pivoted relative to the closure bottom.
  • the joint connection between the breech lock and the slide is realized by means of a breech shaft, which is mounted in a recess in the breech butt base which runs ovally in the longitudinal direction of the weapon.
  • the oval recess is preferably designed as a semi-oval, the larger diameter of which extends towards the rear of the weapon at an angle of 20° to 40° relative to the longitudinal axis of the weapon. This causes the closure shaft to shift when it is moved from the front rest position to the rear Return position a forced movement of the locking lock downwards, which leads to increased security for the entry of the driving element into the recess of the slide.
  • the closure lock is positively guided during the movement of the closure.
  • the driving element With the impulse exerted on the slide by the gas pressure of the gas piston, the driving element is raised into a recess in the slide.
  • a rearward slope of the locking lock enables a wide pivoting range of the locking lock, which increases the security of the engagement in the recess of the slide.
  • the sliding surfaces between the driving element and the recess of the slide and/or between the holding cam and the shoulder of the frame in the longitudinal direction of the frame are preferably designed to be beveled or rounded.
  • the invention is not limited to handguns in the form of pistols, but includes any type of self-loading handgun.
  • FIG. 1 - 9 show a first embodiment and the Figures 10 - 15 a second embodiment of the invention on a pistol.
  • FIG 1 a pistol is shown, reduced by standard elements, which has a frame 1 on which a slide according to Figure 2 is arranged to be displaceable in the longitudinal direction.
  • the pistol is a gas pressure charger in which part of the propellant gas produced when the shot is fired is directed into a gas space in which a gas screw 18 and a gas piston 19 are located.
  • the propellant gas produced when the shot is fired exerts pressure on the gas piston 19, which thereby moves backwards in the axial direction and thereby hits a web 13 of the slide 2.
  • the breech 3 of the pistol which is locked when the shot is fired, is unlocked and the slide can now move in the backward direction together with the breech and the cartridge case, with the further movement of the slide with the breech taking place essentially by the propellant gas acting on the cartridge case.
  • the closure essentially consists of a U-shaped closure lock 4 with two parallel legs 8 and 9, between which a closure butt base 5 is arranged, which is articulated to the closure lock 4 via a connecting shaft 29.
  • the legs have holding cams 24 and 25 on their front underside.
  • FIGS. 3 and 4 show the pistol in the rest position, in which the holding cam 24 of the locking mechanism 4 is located in front of a paragraph 26.
  • a vertical movement of the closure lock 4 is prevented by abutting the retaining element 22 on the inner profile of the carriage 2.
  • the breech bottom 5 is in the front locked position, in which the cartridge is secured in the cartridge receptacle 15 of the breech bottom 5 against backward movement.
  • closure 3 is shown in an enlarged view.
  • the closure is locked exclusively by pivoting the closure lock 4 about a connecting shaft 29 relative to the closure bottom, which can only move linearly and coaxially to the barrel.
  • Retaining element 14 shown has a sloping sliding surface on the underside, on which the connecting web 6 slides and is lifted during the backward movement of the carriage.
  • the retaining element 14 is shown as an individual element that can be attached to the inside of the carriage 2, it can alternatively also be formed directly in the inner profile of the carriage.
  • the connecting web 6 can be firmly connected to the locking lock 4 as a rod, but can also be designed as a rotatable shaft.
  • Figure 10 which discloses a second embodiment of the invention, shows the running tube 7 together with a gas space 28 and a cylinder 11 for guiding a spiral spring.
  • the structure corresponds to the pistol shown in the first embodiment.
  • a closure is used with a closure butt plate 5 that is guided linearly and coaxially with the barrel 7 and is articulated to a closure lock 4 via a connecting shaft 29.
  • Figure 11 shows, in the inside of the carriage 2 there is a recess 23 behind a web 13, into which a driving element 22 of the locking lock 4 can enter.
  • the movement control of the shutter 3 takes place at the rear end of the shutter.
  • Figure 12 shows a sectional view of the pistol in the rest position, in which the holding cam 24 is located in front of the paragraph 26.
  • the driving element 22 abuts against the inner profile of the carriage 2, so that the locking lock is locked in the vertical and horizontal directions.
  • the control of the pivoting of the closure lock 4 is carried out by a closure shaft 30, which is fastened at the end in the closure 2.
  • the closure lock 4 has an oval-shaped recess 16.
  • the closure shaft 30 can slide in the recess.
  • the profile of the recess is designed such that the locking shaft 30 can lift the locking lock 4 during its backward movement from a position in which the holding cam 24 is located in front of the shoulder 26 of the frame 1 into a position in which the holding cam is released and the retaining element 14 has entered the recess 23.
  • the larger diameter of the oval-shaped recess 16 is designed to rise in the backward direction at an angle of 20 - 40 ° relative to the longitudinal axis of the barrel 7, so that the locking shaft 30 in the rear position presses down the rear end of the locking lock 4 and thus unlocks the shutter.
  • Figure 14 shows the position of the carriage 2 with the shutter 3 in a further backward position.
  • Figure 15 shows the closure of the second embodiment in a perspective view.
  • the closure shaft 30 is shown here as a wave.
  • the shaft can also be realized by means of lugs or a web formed inside the carriage.
