Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Schubkasten mit einem Schubladeneinsatz, insbesondere zur Aufnahme vom Besteck, mit einem tiefgezogenen Kunststoffkörper mit einer Vielzahl von schalenförmigen Aufnahmen wobei an dem Kunststoffkörper benachbart zu den Aufnahmen an einem äußeren Umfang ebene Auflagen angeformt sind, die streifenförmig ausgebildet sind und sich in einer montierten Position im Wesentlichen horizontal erstrecken, und an den Auflagen Dekorleisten angeordnet sind.
  • Die DE 20 2012 003 483 U1 offenbart einen Besteckeinsatz mit einer Vielzahl von nach oben offenen Aufnahmen für Besteck, wobei auf einem Boden eine rutschhemmende Einlage angeordnet ist. Bei solchen Besteckeinsätzen besteht der Wunsch, dass diese sich optisch ansprechend an ein Möbel anpassen, beispielsweise in einer Küche. Dabei wird der Einsatz von Holzmaterialien bevorzugt, die sich optisch und haptisch bewährt haben.
  • Die EP 3 491 971 A1 schlägt daher einen Schubladeneinsatz vor, bei dem ein Rahmen aus einem Holzwerkstoff eingesetzt wird, in den eine Aufnahme aus Kunststoff eingesetzt ist. Die Fixierung der Aufnahme an dem Rahmen aus Holzwerkstoff ist allerdings vergleichsweise aufwändig.
  • DE 299 19 428 offenbart Auszugselement für Küchenmöbel mit austauschbaren, trogartigen Einsätzen, die als Kunststoff-Tiefziehteile ausgebildet sind. Das Auszugselement umfasst einen umlaufenden, unten offenen Rahmen, auf dessen oberem Rand sich Flansche der trogartigen Einsätze aufliegen.
  • DE 200 09 471 offenbart ein Unterteilungssystem für Schubkästen mit mehreren im Querschnitt U-förmigen Modulen, die Wand an Wand aneinandergrenzend angeordnet sind. Die oberen Ränder der Wände der Module sind durch eine aufgesteckte Klemmleiste zusammengehalten, die zugleich eine Nut zum Fixieren der Enden von Querunterteilungselementen bildet.
  • DE 10 2013 200 336 offenbart ein Rahmenmodul für eine Schublade, welches in eine Schublade einstellbar ist und einen Korpus umfasst, welcher aus Seitenwänden, einer dem Boden der Schublade zuzuwendenden Unterseite und einer dem Boden der Schublade abzuwendenden Oberseite aufgebaut ist. In oder an der Oberseite des Korpus ist mindestens eine Aufnahme zum Einstellen und/oder Einhängen von mindestens einem Abfallbehälter vorgesehen ist. EP 1 797 795 A1 offenbart einen Schubladeneinsatz aus Holz mit einzelnen Abteilen für Besteck.
  • Es ist daher Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, einen Schubkasten mit einem Schubladeneinsatz zu schaffen, der effektiv herstellbar ist und optisch ansprechend ausgebildet ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird mit einem Schubkasten mit einem Schubladeneinsatz mit den Merkmalen des Anspruches 1 gelöst. Bevorzugte Ausführungsformen ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen.
  • Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Schubkasten mit dem Schubladeneinsatz wird ein tiefgezogener Kunststoffkörper mit einer Vielzahl von schalenförmigen Aufnahmen eingesetzt, bei dem umlaufend Auflagen ausgebildet ist, an denen eine Dekorleisten angeordnet ist. Dadurch kann in der Ansicht von oben der Schubladeneinsatz besser an umgebende Möbel angepasst werden, da der Blick zumindest teilweise auf die Dekorleisten fällt und den Kunststoffkörper optisch aufwertet. Zudem lässt sich der Schubladeneinsatz einfach herstellen, da die Lasten durch den einteiligen tiefgezogenen Kunststoffkörper aufgenommen werden können.
  • Erfindungsgemäß sind die Auflagen an dem Kunststoffkörper um die schalenförmigen Aufnahmen umlaufend ausgebildet, und die Dekorleisten sind rahmenförmig angeordnet, und zu einem Rahmen oder Gitter fest miteinander verbunden. Dadurch können Spalte zwischen den Dekorleisten vermieden werden. Die Dekorleisten können dabei aus einem Holzwerkstoff hergestellt oder mit einem Holzmaterial beschichtet sein. Alternativ können die Dekorleisten auch aus Kunststoff mit einer dekorativen Oberfläche hergestellt sein, beispielsweise durch ein Bedrucken der Oberfläche.
  • Jede Auflage weist vorzugsweise eine ebene Auflagefläche auf, wobei neben der Auflagefläche eine nach oben hervorstehende Wand angeordnet ist, die zur Ausrichtung der Dekorleiste dient. Die Wand kann dabei, bezogen auf eine Draufsicht auf den Schubladeneinsatz, sowohl an der Innenseite der Auflage als auch an der Außenseite angeordnet sein. Vorzugsweise ist zwischen der Wand und der Auflagefläche eine Vertiefung ausgebildet, so dass eine Dekorleiste eben auf die Auflagefläche aufgelegt werden kann und die Vertiefung in der montierten Position überdeckt. Dies ermöglicht eine einfache Ausrichtung der Dekorleiste. Vorzugsweise ist die Vertiefung als Nut ausgebildet, wobei die Tiefe der Nut größer ist als die Breite der Nut im Bereich des Bodens der Nut. Dadurch ist die Wand mit einer gewissen Elastizität mit der Auflagefläche verbunden, so dass Stoßbelastungen besser aufgenommen werden können. Die über die Auflagefläche nach oben hervorstehende Wand kann an der Oberseite in einen umgebogenen, vorzugsweise horizontalen, Randabschnitt münden. Alternativ kann der Randabschnitt auch winkelförmig oder U-förmig ausgebildet sein.
  • Für eine besonders stabile Ausgestaltung des Schubladeneinsatzes kann an mindestens einer Trennwand zwischen zwei Aufnahmen eine weitere Auflage und eine weitere Dekorleiste angeordnet sein. Dadurch können die Dekorleisten nicht nur rahmenförmig, sondern gitterförmig ausgebildet werden, was zu einer höheren Stabilität führt. Zur Erhöhung der Stabilität können die Dekorleisten ganz oder teilweise mit den Auflagen an dem Kunststoffkörper verklebt sein, so dass die Dekorleisten für den tiefgezogenen Kunststoffkörper eine Stabilisierung bewirken. Die Dekorleisten können zudem im Gehrungsbereich über Eckverbinder aneinander gehalten werden.
  • Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels mit Bezug auf die beigefügten Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

  • Ein Schubladeneinsatz 1 umfasst einen tiefgezogenen Kunststoffkörper 10, der eine Vielzahl von Aufnahmen 11, 12 und 13 aufweist, die in Draufsicht im Wesentlichen rechteckförmig ausgebildet sind und unterschiedliche Größen und Ausrichtungen aufweisen können. Die Aufnahmen 11, 12 und 13 dienen vorzugsweise zur Aufnahme von Besteck.
  • An dem Kunststoffkörper sind benachbart zu den Aufnahmen 11, 12, 13 an einem äußeren Umfang ebene Auflagen 14 und 15 angeformt, die streifenförmig ausgebildet sind und in der montierten Position sich im Wesentlichen horizontal erstrecken. Neben den Auflagen 14 und 15, die die schalenförmigen Aufnahmen 11, 12 und 13 rahmenförmig umgeben, ist auch eine streifenförmige Auflage 14 in einem mittleren Bereich des Kunststoffkörpers 10 zwischen zwei Aufnahmen 11 und 12 angeordnet.
  • Neben den Auflagen 14 und 15 erstrecken sich nach oben hervorstehende Wandabschnitte 16 und 17, die in dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel der Figur 1 an der Innenseite der Auflagen 14 und 15 angeordnet sind und die zur Ausrichtung von Dekorleisten 21, 22 und 23 dienen. Die Dekorleisten 21, 22 sind zu einem Rahmen miteinander verbunden und hierfür rechtwinklig angeordnet. Im mittleren Bereich ist eine weitere Dekorleiste 23 zur Stabilisierung des aus den Dekorleisten 21 und 22 gebildeten Rahmens vorgesehen, der die beiden Dekorleisten 22 miteinander verbindet. Der so gebildete Rahmen 20 wird auf die Auflagen 14 und 15 aufgelegt und optional an den Auflagen 14 und 15 verklebt. Dadurch blickt der Benutzer nicht nur auf den tiefgezogenen Kunststoffkörper 10, sondern insbesondere auf die Dekorleisten 21, 22 und 23, die an das umgebende Möbel angepasst sein können. Es können beliebige Holzmaterialien für die Oberflächen der Dekorleisten 21, 22 und 23 verwendet werden, die wahlweise aus Vollholz oder einem beschichteten Holzwerkstoff hergestellt sein können. Zudem können die Dekorlesiten 21, 22, und 23 auch ganz oder teilweise aus Kunststoff hergestellt sein, wobei die Oberfläche dekorativ gestaltet sein kann, beispielsweise durch eine Metalloptik, wie Aluminium oder Kupfer, oder ein Bedrucken mit einem bestimmten Muster.
  • In den Figuren 2 und 3 ist eine modifizierte Ausführungsform eines tiefgezogenen Kunststoffkörpers gezeigt, der hinsichtlich der schalenförmigen Aufnahmen 11, 12 und 13 wie in Figur 1 ausgebildet sein kann. Die Aufnahmen 11, 12 und 13 gehen bei diesem Ausführungsbeispiel unmittelbar in eine umgebogene horizontale Auflage 14 und 15 über, also ohne einen nach oben hervorstehenden Abschnitt. Wie in Figur 3 gezeigt ist, geht die Wand der Aufnahme 11 unmittelbar in eine horizontale Ebene Auflage 14' über, wobei an der Außenseite der Auflage 14' eine nach oben hervorstehende Wand 16' angeformt ist. Zwischen der nach oben hervorstehenden Wand 16' und der horizontalen Auflage 14' ist eine Vertiefung 19 in Form einer Nut vorgesehen, die eine ebene Auflage der im Querschnitt rechteckförmigen Dekorleiste 21 ermöglicht. Die Nut ist dabei ausgehend von der Höhe der Auflage 14' zum Nutboden tiefer ausgebildet, als die Breite der Nut im Bereich des Nutbodens. Dadurch wird eine gewisse Elastizität der Wand 16' hergestellt, und eine Unterseite der im Querschnitt rechteckförmigen Dekorleiste 21 kann auf der Oberfläche der Auflage 14' aufliegen. Optional kann die Dekorleiste 21 an der Unterseite mit der Auflage 14' verklebt sein. Eine solche Verklebung besitzt zudem den Vorteil, dass der aus den Dekorleisten 21, 22 und 23 gebildete Rahmen bzw. das Gitter den Kunststoffformkörper 10 stabilisiert.
  • Bei dem in den Figuren 2 und 3 ausgebildeten Ausführungsbeispiel ist die nach oben hervorstehende Wand 16' am oberen Ende etwa rechtwinklig umgebogen und mündet in einem horizontalen Rand 18. Optional kann der Rand 18 ebenfalls noch einmal nach unten umgebogen sein.
  • Optional können auch die beiden Ausführungsbeispiele der Figuren 1 und 3 miteinander kombiniert werden, so dass die Dekorleisten 21 und 22 zwischen zwei Wänden 16 und 16' angeordnet sind. Zum Ausrichten der Dekorleisten 21, 22 und 23 reicht allerdings eine Wand 16 oder 16' auf einer Seite.

Claims (8)

  1. Schubkasten mit einem Schubladeneinsatz (1), insbesondere zur Aufnahme vom Besteck, mit einem tiefgezogenen Kunststoffkörper (10) mit einer Vielzahl von schalenförmigen Aufnahmen (11, 12, 13), wobei an dem Kunststoffkörper (10) benachbart zu den Aufnahmen (11, 12, 13) an einem äußeren Umfang ebene Auflagen (14, 15) angeformt sind, die streifenförmig ausgebildet sind und sich in einer montierten Position im Wesentlichen horizontal erstrecken, und an den Auflagen (14) Dekorleisten (21, 22, 23) angeordnet sind, wobei die Auflagen (14, 15) an dem Kunststoffkörper um die schalenförmigen Aufnahmen umlaufend ausgebildet sind und die Dekorleisten (21, 22, 23) rahmenförmig auf den Auflagen (14, 15) angeordnet sind und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dekorleisten (21, 22, 23) zu einem Rahmen (20) oder Gitter miteinander verbunden sind.
  2. Schubkasten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Auflage eine ebene Auflagefläche und eine neben der Auflagefläche (14, 15) angeordnete nach oben hervorstehende Wand (16, 16') aufweist.
  3. Schubkasten nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der Wand (16') und der Auflagefläche eine Vertiefung (19) angeordnet ist.
  4. Schubkasten nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vertiefung (19) als Nut ausgebildet ist, deren Tiefe größer ist als die Breite der Nut an dem Boden der Nut.
  5. Schubkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die nach oben hervorstehende Wand (16') an einer Oberseite in einen umgebogenen Randabschnitt (18) mündet.
  6. Schubkasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an mindestens einer Trennwand zwischen zwei Aufnahmen (11, 12) eine weitere Auflage (14) ausgebildet ist, an der eine weitere Dekorleiste (23) fixiert ist.
  7. Schubkasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dekorleisten (21, 22, 23) aus einem Holzwerkstoff hergestellt oder mit einem Holzmaterial beschichtet sind.
  8. Schubkasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dekorleisten (21, 22, 23) mit dem Kunststoffkörper (10) an den Auflagen (14, 15) verklebt sind.
