Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Mikrofaser-Bodentuch.
  • Es sind Mikrofaserbodentücher bekannt, die eine hohe Reinigungswirkung aufweisen.
  • Wischmoppbezüge und Mikrofaserbodentücher sind durch US 2007/061987 A1 , DE 10 2014 008089 A1 , DE 10 2016 114674 B3 , EP 2 623 012 A1 und EP 2 116 166 A1 vorbekannt.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine verbesserte Bodenreinigung unter Verwendung eines Mikrofaserbodentuchs zu ermöglichen.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch ein Mikrofaser-Bodentuch mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst. Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind in den abhängigen Ansprüchen angegeben.
  • Gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung werden zwei Laschen bzw. Taschen auf dem Mikrofaserbodentuch bevorzugt mittig angebracht, sodass der Klapphalter einen festen Halt hat. Die zwei Laschen werden auf dem Mikrofaserbodentuch an den Laschenaußenkanten dreiseitig angenäht. Die Innenkanten der Laschen sollten verstärkt sein, um das Einstecken des Klapphalters zu erleichtern. Der Laschenabstand muss der Klapphaltergrösse angepasst werden. Die Laschen bestehen aus strapazierfähigem Stoffgewebe.
  • Durch den festen Halt des Klapphalters auf dem Mikrofaserbodentuch hat der Nutzer eine sehr einfache und praktische Handhabung und wird eine uneingeschränkte Wischbewegung ermöglicht, ohne dass das Mikrofaserbodentuch verrutscht, in feuchten oder trockenen Zustand.
  • Die Benutzung des Mikrofaserbodentuchs wird dadurch einfacher und effektiver.
  • Da die Mikrofaserbodentücher eine sehr gute Reinigungs- und Hygieneeigenschaften haben, ist mit dieser Erleichterung die Benutzung schnell und einfach einsetzbar, insbesondere bei normalen glatten Haushaltsböden, Büros oder Praxen mit empfindlichen Böden.
  • Die Reinigung kann zum Beispiel auf lackiertem Parkett, Marmorböden, Steinböden, Laminat oder Linoleum erfolgen.
  • Ein weiterer Vorteil der Erfindung besteht in der Nachhaltigkeit der zur Verfügung gestellten Lösung. Durch die effektive Verwendung eines Mikrofaser-Bodentuchs kann der Einsatz chemischer Reinigungsmittel bei der Bodenreinigung reduziert werden. Auch kann ein Mikrofaser-Bodentuch gewaschen werden, so dass es mehrfach einsetzbar ist.
  • Des Weiteren ergibt sich durch die Anbringung von zwei Laschen auf dem Mikrofaser-Bodentuch eine Multifunktionalität des Mikrofaser-Bodentuchs, da dieses nicht nur für den Boden, sondern auch weiterhin auf andere Flächen eingesetzt werden kann.
  • Wie angemerkt sind die zwei Laschen auf dem Mikrofaser-Bodentuch bevorzugt mittig angebracht. Dies bedeutet, dass sie symmetrisch bezogen auf den Außenrand des Mikrofaser-Bodentuchs angeordnet sind, wobei die Laschenaußenkanten der beiden Laschen jeweils den gleichen Abstand zu den Außenrändern des Mikrofaser-Bodentuchs aufweisen.
  • Die Erfindung sieht vor, dass das Mikrofaser-Bodentuch größer ist als die durch einen in die Laschen eingesteckten Klapphalter abgedeckte Fläche, wobei oberhalb und unterhalb der Laschen sowie seitlich der Laschen Bodentuchmaterial zwischen den Laschen und dem Rand des Mikrofaser-Bodentuchs vorhanden ist. Dementsprechend sind die Laschen beabstandet zum Rand des Mikrofaser-Bodentuchs auf dem Mikrofaser-Bodentuch angebracht. Ausgestaltungen hierzu sehen vor, dass das Verhältnis der Gesamtfläche des Mikrofaser-Bodentuchs zu der Fläche, die ein in die Laschen eingesteckter Klapphalter abdeckt, größer als 2 ist. Insbesondere kann vorgesehen sein, dass das genannte Verhältnis größer als 3, insbesondere größer als 4, insbesondere größer als 5 ist.
  • Dadurch, dass das Mikrofaser-Bodentuch größer ist als die Fläche, die ein in die Laschen eingesteckter Klapphalter abdeckt, kann das Mikrofaser-Bodentuch in besonders effektiver Weise zur Reinigung verwendet werden. Denn neben der Nutzung der Unterseite des Mikrofaser-Bodentuchs zur Reinigung können auch die angrenzend an die Längskanten des Klapphalters gebildeten Flächen an der Oberseite des Mikrofaser-Bodentuchs zur Reinigung genutzt werden, indem das Mikrofaser-Bodentuch entlang der jeweiligen Längsseite des Klapphalters umgeklappt wird, wobei die Oberseite jeweils zum Boden hin gewendet wird. Damit ergeben sich insgesamt drei Flächen zur Schmutzaufnahme.
  • Das Mikrofaser-Bodentuch weist beispielsweise eine Mindestgröße von 40 cm tiefe mal 50 cm breite bei einer Klapphaltergröße von 40 cm breite auf.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist anhand der Zeichnung erläutert. Es zeigen:

  • Bezugnehmend zunächst auf die Figuren 1 bis 3 werden gemäß der Erfindung zwei rechteckige Laschen 1 mit einem rechteckigen Mikrofaser-Bodentuch 2 vernäht. Die Laschen 1 weisen beispielsweise eine Größe von jeweils 9 cm mal 13 cm auf. Das Mikrofaser-Bodentuch 2 weist beispielsweise eine Größe von 60 cm mal 50 cm auf. Andere Größen sind ebenfalls möglich, wobei das Mikrofaser-Bodentuch 2 bevorzugt eine Mindestgröße von 40 cm mal 50 cm aufweist. Die beiden Laschen 1 sind an drei Laschenaußenkanten mit dem Mikrofaser-Bodentuch 2 vernäht. An zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Innenkanten, die bevorzugt verstärkt sind, sind die Laschen 1 nicht mit dem Mikrofaser-Bodentuch 2 vernäht, so dass jeweils eine Einstecköffnung 3 bereitgestellt wird und an diesen Seiten ein Klapphalter (nicht dargestellt) eingesteckt und wischfest mit dem Mikrofaser-Bodentuch 2 verbunden werden kann. Der Klapphalter weist beispielsweise eine Breite von 40 cm auf.
  • Das Mikrofaser-Bodentuch 2 ist deutlich größer als der Bereich bzw. die Fläche des Mikrofaser-Bodentuchs 2, die durch einen in die Laschen 1 eingesteckten Klapphalter abgedeckt wird. So ist oberhalb und unterhalb der Laschen 1 sowie seitlich der Laschen 1 Bodentuchmaterial zwischen den Laschen 1 und dem Rand 4 des Mikrofaser-Bodentuchs 2 vorhanden. Dementsprechend sind die Laschen 1, nämlich alle drei Laschenaußenkanten beabstandet zum Rand 4 des Mikrofaser-Bodentuchs 2 auf dem Mikrofaser-Bodentuch 2 angebracht. Hierdurch kann das Mikrofaser-Bodentuch 2 für ein effektives Wischen umgeschlagen werden.
  • Die Figur 4 zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel eines Mikrofaser-Bodentuchs 2 mit zwei darauf aufgenähten Laschen 1, das grundsätzlich dem Ausführungsbeispiel der Figuren 1 bis 3 entspricht. Im Ausführungsbeispiel der Figur 4 liegt lediglich ein anderes Verhältnis der Größe des Mikrofaser-Bodentuchs 2 zur Größe der Laschen 1 insofern vor, als die Laschen 1 einen kleineren Teil der Fläche des Mikrofaser-Bodentuchs 2 abdecken. Des Weiteren zeigt die Figur 4 schematisch die Naht 5, mit der die Laschen 1 an drei Laschenaußenkanten mit dem Mikrofaser-Bodentuch 2 vernäht sind.
  • Die Figur 5 zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel, das dem Ausführungsbeispiel der Figur 4 entspricht. Es ist lediglich zusätzlich eine Fläche A dargestellt, die bei in die Laschen 1 eingestecktem Klapphalter durch den Klapphalter abgedeckt wird. Es ist erkennbar, dass diese Fläche A kleiner ist als die Gesamtfläche des Mikrofaser-Bodentuchs 2.
  • Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen sehen vor, dass das Verhältnis der Gesamtfläche des Mikrofaser-Bodentuchs 2 zur Fläche A, die ein in die Laschen 1 eingesteckter Klapphalter abdeckt, größer als 2 ist. Gemäß vorteilhaften Ausgestaltungen ist dieses Verhältnis größer als 3, größer als 4 oder größer als 5.
  • Je größer dabei das genannte Verhältnis ist, desto größer der Anteil des Mikrofaser-Bodentuchs 2, der für ein effektives Wischen genutzt werden kann.
  • Dies wird nachfolgend anhand der Figuren 6 bis 8 verdeutlicht. Die Figur 6 zeigt erneut ein Mikrofaser-Bodentuch 2, auf dem zwei Laschen 1 angeordnet sind. In die Laschen ist ein Klapphalter 6 eingesteckt. Der Klapphalter 6 ist rechteckförmig ausgebildet und weist zwei Längskanten 61, 62 auf. Das Mikrofaser-Bodentuch 2 ist ebenfalls rechteckförmig ausgebildet, so dass der Rand 4 zwei Längsränder 41, 42 aufweist. Zwischen der Längskante 61 des Klapphalters 6 und dem einen Längsrand 41 bildet das Mikrofaser-Bodentuch 2 an der Oberseite eine Reinigungsfläche B1 auf. Zwischen der Längskante 62 des Klapphalter sT2 und dem anderen Längsrand 42 bildet das Mikrofaser-Bodentuch 2 an der Oberseite eine Reinigungsfläche B2 aus.
  • Das Mikrofaser-Bodentuch 2 kann unter Verwendung von insgesamt drei Reinigungsflächen zur Reinigung genutzt werden. Eine erste Reinigungsfläche bildet die Unterseite des Mikrofaser-Bodentuchs 2, die in der Figur 6 dem Boden zugewandt ist. Eine zweite Reinigungsfläche ist die Reinigungsfläche B1, wenn das Mikrofaser-Bodentuch 2 entsprechend der Darstellung der Figur 7 entlang der Längskante 61 unter den Klapphalter 6 umgeschlagen wird, wodurch die Reinigungsfläche B1 dem Boden zugewandt wird. Eine dritte Reinigungsfläche ist die Reinigungsfläche B2, wenn das Mikrofaser-Bodentuch 2 entsprechend der Darstellung der Figur 8 entlang der Längskante 62 unter den Klapphalter 6 umgeschlagen wird, wodurch die Reinigungsfläche B2 dem Boden zugewandt wird.
  • Es versteht sich, dass die Erfindung nicht auf die oben beschriebenen Ausführungsformen beschränkt ist und verschiedene Modifikationen und Verbesserungen vorgenommen werden können, ohne von den hier beschriebenen Konzepten abzuweichen. Weiter wird darauf hingewiesen, dass beliebige der beschriebenen Merkmale separat oder in Kombination mit beliebigen anderen Merkmalen eingesetzt werden können, sofern sie sich nicht gegenseitig ausschließen. Die Offenbarung dehnt sich auf alle Kombinationen und Unterkombinationen eines oder mehrerer Merkmale aus, die hier beschrieben werden und umfasst diese.

Claims (7)

  1. Mikrofaser-Bodentuch (2) mit zwei aufgenähten Laschen (1) auf dem Mikrofaser-Bodentuch (2) zur Befestigung von Klapphaltern, wobei der Abstand zwischen den Laschen (1) der Klapphaltergröße angepasst ist, wobei
    - das Mikrofaser-Bodentuchs (2) rechteckförmig ausgebildet ist, einen Rand (4) mit zwei Längsrändern (41, 42), eine Oberseite, auf der die Laschen (1) aufgenäht sind, und eine als Reinigungsfläche dienende Unterseite aufweist,
    - die zwei Laschen (1) mittig auf dem Mikrofaser-Bodentuch (2) angebracht sind, um einen Klapphalter zu befestigen,
    - das Mikrofaser-Bodentuch (2) größer als die durch einen in die Laschen (1) eingesteckten Klapphalter abgedeckte Fläche (A) ist, wobei oberhalb und unterhalb der Laschen (1) sowie seitlich der Laschen (1) Bodentuchmaterial zwischen den Laschen (1) und dem Rand (4) des Mikrofaser-Bodentuchs (2) vorhanden ist, und
    - das Mikrofaser-Bodentuch (2) zwischen der einen Längskante (61) eines in die Laschen (1) eingesteckten Klapphalters und dem einen Längsrand (41) sowie zwischen der anderen Längskante (62) eines in die Laschen (1) eingesteckten Klapphalters und dem anderen Längsrand (42) jeweils eine Reinigungsfläche (B1, B2) bereitstellt, welche dazu vorgesehen und geeignet sind, wobei Umschlagen unter den Klapphalter als weitere Reinigungsfläche (B1, B2) zu dienen.
  2. Mikrofaser-Bodentuch (2) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Laschen (1) an drei Laschenaußenkanten mit dem Mikrofaser-Bodentuch (2) vernäht sind, wobei die verbleibende Innenkante nicht mit dem Mikrofaser-Bodentuch (2) vernäht ist und eine Einstecköffnung (3) bereitstellt.
  3. Mikrofaser-Bodentuch (2) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Laschen (1) an der Innenkante, die die Einstecköffnung (3) bereitstellt, verstärkt sind.
  4. Mikrofaser-Bodentuch (2) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verhältnis der Gesamtfläche des Mikrofaser-Bodentuchs (2) zu der Fläche (A), die ein in die Laschen (1) eingesteckter Klapphalter abdeckt, größer als 2 ist.
  5. Mikrofaser-Bodentuch (2) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte Verhältnis größer als 3, insbesondere größer als 4, insbesondere größer als 5 ist.
  6. Mikrofaser-Bodentuch (2) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mikrofaser-Bodentuch (2) eine Mindestgröße von 40 cm mal 50 cm aufweist.
  7. Mikrofaser-Bodentuch (2) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mikrofaser-Bodentuch (2) eine Größe von 50 cm mal 60 cm aufweist.
