Definitions

  • the invention relates to a lock for a closure element, in particular for a door, a property, with a pivot latch that is resiliently loaded in a preferred direction, a locking member and a mechanical drive device, with the locking member being used as a rotating mechanism around a locking member axis by the drive device in only one direction of rotation driven rotary locking member with a plurality of locking elements which are angularly offset from one another over its circumference and each work together with the pivot latch as a tumbler depending on the angle of rotation against the direction of rotation of the rotary locking member adjacent locking element acts upon the pivot latch by rotation of the rotary locking member.
  • a lock of the type mentioned is known. It is installed in a closure element, in particular a door, of a property and enables the closure element to be locked.
  • a locking member of the lock is driven mechanically by an electric motor and is used to fix or release the swivel latch. When locking, the swivel latch is brought into the locked position by a motor. In this case, a corresponding counter-element, for example a locking plate, is gripped behind, as a result of which the closure element is locked.
  • the locking member brought into a corresponding position by means of the drive device prevents the swivel latch from being able to leave its locking position. If unlocking is to take place, the blocking member is shifted into a release position, which allows the pivot latch to be shifted into the open position.
  • the electric locking mechanism In the locked position, the electric locking mechanism is free from all mechanical forces acting on the locking element.
  • a locking device comprising a locking mechanism with a lock element with a rotary latch and a lock holder designed as a locking bolt unit. Provision is made for the locking mechanism of the locking device to be designed as a modular unit that can be installed on the face side in the door or frame profile via sliding blocks.
  • the pamphlet describes EP 3 026 201 A1 an additional locking device for a door or a window, which has an operative connection between a push plate of the additional locking device and a corresponding control mechanism of a main lock and can therefore be controlled by the latter, the additional locking device comprising a housing with a locking hook mounted rotatably therein and prestressed towards its initial position, which Impingement of a striker bolt can be rotated into a recess of the housing in its locking position.
  • the thrust plate can be displaced essentially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the housing, can be moved from an initial position to an opening end position via the operative connection of the main lock and can be locked in this position via the main lock.
  • a detent that can be displaced essentially normal to the direction of movement of the push plate, which is pretensioned by a spring towards its extended position, and which in the open end position of the push plate and in the closed position of the locking hook engages with a locking shoulder of the locking hook and holds it in Spring-loaded closed position.
  • the known locks work sluggishly, require maintenance and are very limited in terms of their lifetime. Furthermore, there is a high maintenance requirement due to high wear and tear of the moving components.
  • the invention is therefore based on the object of creating a lock for the closing element of the property that works quickly, ie has short response times, has a long service life and is low-wear and low-maintenance. This object is achieved with a lock having the features of claim 1.
  • the locking member is designed as a rotary locking member that runs around a locking member axis and is driven by the drive device in only one direction of rotation, with a plurality of locking elements that are angularly offset from one another over its circumference and interact with the pivot latch as a tumbler depending on the angle of rotation, with a locking and Unlocking always only one of the locking elements applied directly to the pivot latch and for a subsequent locking and unlocking process the opposite to the direction of rotation of the rotary locking member lying adjacent locking element by rotation of the rotary locking member applied to the pivot latch.
  • the pivot latch is acted upon directly by the corresponding blocking element of the blocking member, with the corresponding blocking element acting directly on the pivot latch in the locking position, i.e. resting against the pivot latch, so that the latched position cannot be left.
  • the locking element itself forms a tumbler.
  • the blocking member is shifted in such a way that the pivot latch is no longer acted upon and the latter can therefore be shifted into the release position or is shifted into the release position.
  • the aforementioned displacement of the corresponding blocking element takes place in that the drive device rotates the blocking member about the blocking member axis by a corresponding angle of rotation, with only one direction of rotation of the blocking member being present, i.e.
  • the drive device drives the blocking member, which is therefore designed as a rotary blocking member, in only one direction of rotation. Since there are several locking elements arranged angularly offset over the circumference of the rotary locking member, several locking and unlocking processes can be carried out per rotation of the locking member, which means that the lock has short reaction times and is low-wear and correspondingly low-maintenance and durable.
  • the movement of the rotary locking member in only one direction of rotation also contributes to longevity and low wear, with preferably not only the locking member having a single direction of rotation, but also the corresponding components of the drive device, in particular having a drive motor, particularly preferably having an electric motor, and in particular having a gearbox.
  • the drive device is a mechanical drive device.
  • the drive device has force-displacement ratios that are optimally correlated with one another, as a result of which very high torques can be transmitted to the pivot latch, which ensures that the lock can be securely locked and unlocked even if it is stiff and/or caused by the pivoting movement of the pivot latch Pulling the closure element against a corresponding counter-element, in particular a wing element on its frame. through the immediate A simple and essentially backlash-free construction is realized by the interaction of the respective active blocking element of the rotary blocking member with the pivot latch. In addition, this minimizes the manufacturing costs.
  • the swivel latch is locked only by means of the respective blocking element. Further components that hold the swivel latch in the locking position are therefore not necessary. This reduces the number of components and simplifies the construction with a corresponding reduction in manufacturing costs.
  • the blocking elements are arranged with a uniform angular offset over the circumference of the rotary blocking member. This leads to an even stress and thus to a long service life of the component.
  • the rotary locking element preferably has two to five locking elements, particularly preferably three locking elements that are offset by a rotational angle of 120° to one another. If two blocking elements are provided, then two locking and unlocking processes can be carried out per rotation of the rotary locking member. With five locking elements, for example, five locking and unlocking processes per revolution of the rotary locking member are accordingly implemented.
  • the number of three blocking elements of the rotary blocking member is particularly advantageous, these particularly preferably being evenly offset in terms of angle of rotation from one another, namely by 120° from one another.
  • the rotary locking member has a gear wheel which is rotatably mounted about the locking member axis.
  • the gear wheel has an upper side and a lower side, and that the locking elements are arranged on the upper side.
  • the formation of the rotary locking member with the gear wheel has the advantage that the rotary locking member can be rotated very easily by the drive device having a drive gear wheel which meshes with the gear wheel of the rotary locking member. Since the blocking elements are on the upper side of the gear wheel, despite the space required to drive the rotary blocking member, the blocking elements can still interact with the pivot latch in a very small space, thereby minimizing the dimensions of the lock.
  • the blocking elements are designed asymmetrically in such a way that the unlocking time is shorter than the locking time at the same rotational speed of the rotary locking element.
  • unlocking time 0.5 to 0.1 ⁇ locking time. Due to the asymmetry of the respective locking element, the conditions are such that unlocking requires a significantly shorter time than locking, without there being different rotational speeds of the rotary locking element when locking compared to unlocking.
  • the locking time is dimensioned with regard to the interaction of the corresponding blocking element with the swivel latch in such a way that the mentioned tensile forces are applied in order to apply the sealing pressure and so on.
  • the unlocking time is very much shorter. It is half to about a tenth of the locking time, depending on how the asymmetry is designed, so that unlocking from the locked position takes place almost without delay.
  • the blocking elements are in the form of projections running in the direction of the blocking element axis, in particular round bolts which are flattened on the peripheral side.
  • the projections therefore protrude from the top of the gear. Due to their preferably round bolt-like design, there is a snag-free interaction with the pivot latch, with the rounded shape resulting from the round bolt-like design interacting with the pivot latch in the manner of a ramp.
  • the blocking elements are connected to one another, in particular connected in one piece, by means of radially running spoke webs. Since the spoke webs connect the locking elements to one another, the component is highly rigid. Since the spoke webs run radially, ie lead to the pivot point of the rotary locking member, a very good introduction of force into the locking member axis, in particular the locking member shaft, is also possible, so that very high locking forces can be absorbed. In particular, the locking forces are transmitted torque-free or essentially torque-free to the locking member axis, in particular the locking member shaft.
  • the locking member shaft can but does not have to be connected to the rotary locking member, in particular in one piece, but is preferably located in a stationary and possibly non-rotatable manner in a housing of the lock, the rotary locking member having a corresponding bearing opening into which the locking member shaft engages.
  • the spoke webs are connected centrally to a hub, in particular are connected in one piece, with the locking member axis passing through centrally the hub runs.
  • the hub is a machine element that is pushed onto the locking member axle or the locking member shaft.
  • a development of the invention provides that the gear wheel, the locking elements, the spoke bars and the hub are designed in one piece with each other.
  • the swivel latch has an upper side, an underside and a circumferential front side.
  • each two adjacent blocking elements there is a free space running over a peripheral region of the rotary blocking member for a cam of the pivot latch to pass through when the pivot latch pivots into the unlocking position. If the pivot latch is in the locking position and the lock is now unlocked, it is necessary for the correspondingly acting locking element of the rotary locking member to release the cam of the pivot latch so that the pivot latch can rotate from its locked position into its unlocked position.
  • the cam moves in a corresponding manner, which requires the free space for the pivot latch to reach its unlocked position. For example, the cam must not hit an adjacent blocking element in order to reach the unlocked position.
  • a further development of the invention provides that the cam only extends over part of the thickness of the pivot latch and that the part of the thickness remaining in the area of the cam is designed as a free area for partially accommodating the gearwheel of the rotary locking member.
  • the free area ensures that the two components, namely the pivot latch and the rotary locking member, can be very closely adjacent to one another without any hindrance occurring. Nevertheless, the gear wheel can have a correspondingly large diameter in order to develop optimal torques.
  • the pivot latch has a receiving recess for a locking element, in particular for a locking pin, preferably a mushroom locking pin.
  • the receiving recess securely accommodates the locking element in that the receiving recess completely encloses the locking element, so that the closing element, in particular the door, is locked securely and cannot be forced open.
  • a locking element having the locking element is thereby fixed immovably.
  • the arrangement is preferably such that the lock is located in/on a window frame and the locking element in/on a leaf element, in particular a door leaf of a door of the property.
  • the reverse arrangement is also conceivable.
  • the receiving recess is open towards the end face of the pivot latch and preferably runs at an acute angle to the radial direction with respect to a pivot bearing of the pivot latch, at least in certain areas.
  • the receiving recess does not extend along the radial direction that runs through the pivot bearing, but at an acute angle to the radial direction, which does not have to be a fixed acute angle, but can have different values over the course of the receiving recess identify, in particular it is provided that the receiving recess - viewed from the underside of the pivot latch - arcuate, in particular slightly arcuate, runs.
  • control is achieved which is in particular designed in such a way that a good force-displacement ratio is correlated with a firm and secure closing of the closure element, in particular also with increasing locking forces, for example by compressing a seal and/or by a distortion of the locking element, for example in the case of a warped door leaf or the like.
  • the receiving recess penetrates the thickness of the swivel latch completely or not completely, but in the latter case a material area remains, whereby the mechanical strength of the swivel latch is increased.
  • the lock has a lock housing.
  • the lock housing has a bottom wall, a top wall and two longitudinal walls and two end walls, with the lock housing having an entry slot for the locking element to enter, which passes through one of the longitudinal walls and the bottom wall or which passes through one of the longitudinal walls, the bottom wall and the top wall.
  • the inlet slit is therefore a "corner slit", ie it penetrates the longitudinal wall and is then continued in the bottom wall and/or the top wall.
  • the inlet slot preferably runs in a straight line.
  • the area of the inlet slot in the longitudinal wall has a greater width than in the bottom wall or top wall, with the slot area in the bottom wall or Top wall is preferably designed in such a way that it tapers there - starting from the longitudinal wall - in the shape of a funnel down to a minimum slot width, which then remains constant.
  • the swivel latch has at least one stop step/stop surface which interacts with at least one counter step/counter surface of the lock housing to limit the unlocking position of the swivel latch.
  • the control device which is designed in particular as an electronic control device, receives precise position information about the position of the rotary locking member and/or the swivel latch.
  • the control device can therefore optimally control the machine drive, in particular the electric motor.
  • a development of the invention provides that the cam has a cam for running along the respective blocking element, in particular for running along the blocking element during a locking process.
  • This control cam is designed in particular in such a way that at the beginning of the locking process a relatively large distance is covered and a correspondingly less large force is exerted on the locking element and that in the further course of the locking process less distance is covered with a large force development, up to a theoretically infinitely large force, especially in a dead center of the cam.
  • the drive device has an electric motor which is coupled to the gearwheel of the rotary locking member via the gear mechanism that has also already been mentioned.
  • the gear has at least one worm and several gears.
  • the transmission is also conceivable to design the transmission as a planetary, spur or worm gear.
  • the drive device is a direct drive and/or has a toothed rack and/or has a belt drive.
  • a development of the invention provides that the at least one sensor element is designed as a permanent magnet.
  • the sensor element has a Hall sensor.
  • each blocking element there is a sensor element in each/on each blocking element, so that the position of each individual blocking element can be monitored by the control device.
  • a further development of the invention provides a pre-locking device which pre-locks the pivot latch in a pre-locking position to prevent the locking element from moving out of the receiving recess. If the locking element is inserted into the receiving recess, this leads to a rotational displacement of the rotary locking member (at least one of the walls of the receiving recess is acted upon by the locking element) due to the receiving recess running in a direction that deviates from the radial direction, with the result that the swivel latch is swiveled into the pre-locking position and that the locking element can not leave the receiving recess again in this pre-locking position.
  • This pre-locking position is therefore locked by means of the pre-locking device, so that the locking element is prevented from being extended.
  • the closure element can be pressed closed by a person without it opening again by itself, for example due to wind pressure and/or sealing pressure and/or spring pressure of the swivel latch.
  • a special holding effect of the locking element in the receiving recess in the pre-locking position is additionally brought about by the fact that the receiving recess runs at an angle to the radial direction of the pivot latch, preferably in an arc, and that the inlet slot has a rectilinear course, resulting in a "crossing" of the receiving recess and pivot latch comes into the pre-locking position and the locking element is in the crossing area.
  • the pre-locking device has a displaceable blocking part which, in the pre-locking position, acts on the pivot latch in a locking manner, in particular preventing it from opening. If the pivot latch reaches the pre-locking position, the blocking part is displaced and prevents the pivot latch from pivoting back into the unlocked position.
  • the blocking part is pretensioned by means of a spring device and is triggered in the case of pre-locking in order to bring about the pre-locking position.
  • the spring device shifts the blocking part into the blocking position.
  • the locking part is triggered by retracting the locking element into the receiving recess, in particular by pivoting the pivot latch caused by the retraction.
  • the pivot latch is preferably pivoted into the pre-locking position, with this pivoting movement being used to release the blocking part.
  • the blocking part is shifted into a release position by a corresponding rotary position of the rotary blocking member.
  • the blocking part does not prevent the swivel latch from being returned to its unlocked position. Then, by further rotation of the rotary locking member, the preloaded locking part is released again for a new cycle.
  • the invention relates to a closure element, in particular a door, of a property provided with a lock, as described above in the various embodiments.
  • the figure 1 shows a closure element 2 designed as a door 1 of a property.
  • the door 1 is, for example, a front door.
  • the door 1 has a leaf element 3 which is mounted in a window frame 4 so that it can rotate about a vertical axis 5 .
  • the door 1 is in the Figures 1 and 2 shown partially open, with the figure 1 an inside view and the figure 2 shows an outside view.
  • the inside view is a view of door 1 from inside the property and the outside view is a view of the door from outside the property.
  • each of the locks 6 can interact with a locking element 7, the locking elements 7 being on the wing element 3.
  • Each locking element 7 has a locking element 8 which is preferably designed as a locking pin 9 .
  • the locks 6 and the closing elements 7 are located in a rebate zone 10 of the closing element 2, preferably on those vertical bars 11 and 12 of the sash element 3 and the frame 4, which are opposite the vertical axis 5.
  • a total of four locks 6 and four locking elements 7 are provided in the area mentioned, whereby more or fewer locks 6 and locking elements 7 can of course also be provided and further bars of sash element 3 and frame 4 can also be provided with locks 6 and locking elements 7, for example horizontal elements and/or in the area of the threshold of the door.
  • the hinge side of the door So the side that has the vertical axis 5 to be additionally provided with at least one lock 6 and at least one locking element 7 . If a horizontal element and/or the sill of the door is provided with at least one lock 6 and one locking element 7, then—in the locked state—the locking element 2—for example in the event of an attempted break-in—cannot be displaced laterally, which increases security.
