Claims (13)

  1. Procédé d'actionnement d'un dispositif de coupe et de serrage de fil (33) sur un poste de broderie quelconque d'une machine à broder, pour la coupe du fil de navette (68) et pour le maintien et le serrage de l'extrémité du fil de navette (68) coupé, comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    - accouplement du dispositif de coupe et de serrage de fil (33) à un dispositif d'actionnement (21, 23) pour la mise à l'arrêt d'une navette (11) au moyen d'un dispositif de levage (46),
    - déplacement d'un organe de coupe et de serrage de fil (75) d'un côté de la plaque de piquage (7) vers le fond à broder (79),
    - saisie du fil de navette (68) s'éloignant de la navette (11),
    - retour de l'organe de coupe et de serrage de fil (75) vers la plaque de piquage (7),
    - serrage du fil de navette (68) et
    - coupe du fil de navette (68) entre un point de serrage de l'organe de coupe et de serrage de fil (75) et le fond à broder (79) tendu.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de coupe et de serrage de fil (75) pour la saisie, la coupe et le serrage du fil de navette (68) est ramené vers l'arrière dans un canal (59) au moyen du dispositif d'actionnement (21, 23), en traversant la plaque de piquage (7) .
  3. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de coupe et de serrage (75) est temporairement raccordé au dispositif d'actionnement (21, 23) avec intercalation d'une bielle (35) pour la mise à l'arrêt d'un chasse-navette inférieur (5) au moyen du dispositif de levage (46), lequel s'étend sur une pluralité de postes de broderie.
  4. Machine à broder, avec une pluralité de postes de broderie, comprenant un chasse-navette inférieur (5) et un chasse-navette supérieur (3) pour l'entraînement oscillant de navettes (11) dans des coursières (9) d'un stöckli (48) sur la face arrière d'une plaque de piquage (7), comprenant en outre des dispositifs d'actionnement (21, 23) adaptés pour la mise à l'arrêt de navettes (11) individuelles et un dispositif pour l'actionnement d'un dispositif de coupe et de serrage de fil (33),
    caractérisée en ce que
    le dispositif d'actionnement (21, 23) est prévu de manière à pouvoir être raccordé au dispositif de coupe et de serrage de fil (33) pour la mise à l'arrêt d'une navette (11) au moyen d'un dispositif de levage (46) avec une bielle (35).
  5. Machine à broder selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'actionnement (21, 23) pour la mise à l'arrêt d'une navette (11) comprend un entraînement linéaire au moyen duquel un levier coudé (13) peut être pivoté vers l'avant et vers l'arrière, et au moyen duquel le chasse-navette inférieur (5) peut être engagé dans la coursière (9) et retiré de celle-ci.
  6. Machine à broder selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le levier coudé (13) est articulé par son premier bras court (17) à la tige de piston (19) de l'entraînement linéaire, et le bras long (29) du levier coudé (13) peut être mis en prise avec le chasse-navette inférieur (5) quand la barre de chasse-navette (1) est abaissée.
  7. Machine à broder selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que la bielle (35) est raccordable au bras long (29) du levier coudé (13), et le dispositif de coupe et de serrage de fil (33) est actionnable par pivotement du levier coudé (13) par une bascule (39) articulée à la machine à broder.
  8. Machine à broder selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce qu'un levier de coupe (63) est prévu sur la bascule (39), à l'extrémité supérieure libre duquel est fixé un organe de coupe et de serrage de fil (75).
  9. Machine à broder selon l'une des revendications 7 ou 8, caractérisée en ce que la bielle (35) est raccordable au levier coudé (13) par pivotement autour d'un axe de pivotement (37) prévu sur le dispositif de coupe et de serrage de fil (33) .
  10. Machine à broder selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que le pivotement de la bielle (35) est effectué au moyen du dispositif de levage (46) ayant prise sur l'extrémité libre de la bielle (35) et s'étendant sur une pluralité de postes de broderie disposés côte à côte.
  11. Machine à broder selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que le raccordement de la bielle (35) au levier coudé (13) est exécuté par abaissement de la bielle (35) contre une came (52) sur le levier coudé (13).
  12. Machine à broder selon la revendication 8 et l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 11, caractérisée en ce que l'organe de coupe et de serrage (75) est déplaçable axialement dans un canal (59) du stöckli (48) et dans la plaque de piquage (7).
  13. Machine à broder selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que l'organe de coupe et de serrage (75) comprend des lames (41, 43) et des éléments de serrage (45, 47) déplaçables les uns par rapport aux autres, chaque lame et chaque élément de serrage présentant une extrémité en forme de crochet (64).
