Claims (11)

  1. Unwinding device for a strip, such as a label strip, comprising a roll carrier (2), a pivotably mounted, elastically loaded pendulum lever (5) which carries a deflection roller (6) at a free end (5.1), a braking device (9) for the roll carrier (2), and a pivotably mounted, elastically loaded rocker (10),
    characterized in that,
    the pendulum lever (5) has two arms,
    a cam (5.4) is arranged eccentrically on a different arm of the pendulum lever (5) to the deflection roller (6),
    the rocker (10) can be pivoted about the cam (5.4), and
    the rocker (10) can be pivoted under an elastic force acting thereon in such a way that said rocker brakes the roll carrier (2).
  2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the rocker (10) can be pivoted by the cam (5.4) of the pendulum lever (5) counter to the elastic force acting thereon.
  3. Device according to either of the preceding claims, characterized in that the pendulum lever (5) can be pivoted counter to the elastic tension acting thereon when force is applied to the free end (5.1) thereof carrying the deflection roller (6).
  4. Device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that a braking effect can be exerted on the roll carrier (2) by the elastic tension acting on the rocker (10).
  5. Device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that a release of the roll carrier (2) or a release of the braking effect acting thereon is effected by pivoting the rocker (10), due to the movement of the cam (5.4) of the pendulum lever (5) counter to the elastic tension acting on the rocker (10).
  6. Device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized by a brake band (12) which is fastened to the rocker (10) and guided around an attachment (2.1) of the roll carrier (2).
  7. Device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the cam (5.4) engages in a recess (10.2) in the rocker (10).
  8. Device according to claim 7, characterized in that the recess (10.2) in the rocker (10) is a slot, in particular an oval slot.
  9. Device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the tension exerted on the pivot lever (5) and/or rocker (10) is effected in each case by at least one spring, in particular by at least one helical spring (8; 11).
  10. Device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the cam (5.4) can be angularly adjusted about the axis (A2) of the pivot lever (5).
  11. Device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the elastic force acting on the rocker (10) can be changed, in particular by changing the spring force and/or the number of springs effecting the elastic force acting on the rocker (10).
