Claims (11)

  1.     qu'une came (5.4) est disposée excentriquement sur un autre bras du levier oscillant (5) que le galet de renvoi (6),
    que le bras oscillant (10) peut pivoter autour de la came (5.4), et
    que le bras oscillant (10) peut être pivoté par une force élastique agissant sur lui de telle sorte qu'il freine le support de galets (2).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le bras oscillant (10) peut être pivoté par la came (5.4) du levier oscillant (5) à l'encontre de la force élastique agissant sur lui.
  3. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le levier oscillant (5) peut pivoter à l'encontre de la tension élastique agissant sur lui lorsqu'un effet de force est appliqué à son extrémité (5.1) libre supportant le galet de renvoi (6).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un effet de freinage peut être exercé sur le support de galets (2) au moyen de la tension élastique agissant sur le bras oscillant (10).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, par le pivotement du bras oscillant (10) en raison du mouvement de la came (5.4) du levier oscillant (5) à l'encontre de la tension élastique agissant sur le bras oscillant (10), un relâchement du support de galets (2) ou une libération de l'effet de freinage agissant sur celui-ci est effectué.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par un ruban de freinage (12) fixé au bras oscillant (10) et guidé autour d'un appendice (2.1) du support de galets (2).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la came (5.4) vient en prise dans un évidement (10.2) du bras oscillant (10).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'évidement (10.2) du bras oscillant (10) est un trou oblong, en particulier un trou oblong ovale.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la tension exercée sur le levier pivotant (5) et/ou le bras oscillant (10) est respectivement provoquée par au moins un ressort, en particulier par respectivement au moins un ressort hélicoïdal (8 ; 11).
  10. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la came (5.4) peut être réglée angulairement autour de l'axe (A2) du levier pivotant (5).
  11. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la force élastique agissant sur le bras oscillant (10) peut être modifiée, en particulier par modification de la force de ressort et/ou du nombre de ressorts provoquant la force élastique agissant sur le bras oscillant (10).
