- the roller guide plates 109 are at least below in one Distance from the end of the rails 105 attached, and to the Rails 105, an inlet opening 113 is formed, through which the rollers 101 into the guide rail 105 can be introduced.
- the amount a is sufficient to roll 101 am Prevent leakage through opening 113 and onto it Way when lifting the insert 1 with the hydraulics 113 of the tractor from coming out of the rail member 103 jump out.
- Raising or turning a failing one Insert 1 is explained below.
- the Rail member 103 to the hydraulics of the Tractor, this can be used in agriculture and forestry the usual bolts and split pins, the Operator the tractor backwards and up to almost on the floor lowered rail member 103 to the The insert 1 approaches and detects this approach the roller guide plates the two overhung Rollers 101.
- the two roller guide plates 105 guide the two rollers 101 through the opening 113 in the Guide rails 105.
- the rollers 101 then hit the rear raceways 117 of the guide rails 105. Now the operator lifts using the Tractor hydraulics on the rail element 103. Sliding in the process the rollers 101 supported on a roller support 115 down the amount a.
- the rail element 103 can be extended by extending the Rollers 101 in the upper roller guide plates 109 from the Insert 1 are separated.
- the pile of failures, which one is now on the pallet 43 can in conventional The way pallets are transported with the Fork of a forklift or a tractor become. But it is also possible by appropriate Locking means, the pallet 43 with the insert 1 transport, i.e. the insert with those on it attached forks 37 to use as a lifting device. By Slightly lowering the insert can of course be done the latter detached from the pallet 43 and for stacking new ones Failure to be used on a new Pallet 43. In Reverse order, the insert 1 can be stored become. The insert can be used in both positions (standing / lying) by means of a locking device over the Rail element (103) can be raised and transported.
- Figures 22 and 23 show a removal bracket 201, the serves the consumer the failure of the latter Fail bundle 49 to remove without the remaining failures can fall over.
- the Ring is in three parts and has two pivoting sections 205, which can be locked by a lock 207.
- the pivotable sections 205 are spring-loaded and swivel inwards successively, if behind them the Failure can be taken from the stack (see broken Lines in Figure 23). So that the removal bracket 201 after Removal of the failure in the swiveling area Section 205 does not fall down, is on the latter a foot 209 attached to the underlying one Failure supports. In the rear area the Removal bracket from the failures to be removed held a crossbar 211.
- Crane hook 301 serves an L-shaped element with a hook 303, which is on the axis of the rollers 101 of the insert attacks.
- the device 301 is supported by the vertical leg 305, which in the indexable insert arrives.
- the second leg 305 extends to the center of the Bundle of failures 49, so the latter over his Pivot point on a rope or hook (not shown) can be lifted and transported.

The for heating purposes, especially in the private sector, Wood stocks are usually in the form of split failures of 20, 33, or 50 cm in length delivered. The delivery is generally loose, i.e. the logs are made by the wood supplier at Timber buyers and consumers dumped in a disorderly location and then need for storage and drying be piled up. In many cases Fail quite artfully along the outer walls of houses in horizontal position between two side walls or piled up piles. This work has to be done from Consumers are made themselves and take a lot of time claim. Often such stacks fall when they fail have not been created with the greatest care or none have a very firm base, sooner or later around and the work has to start over.
wesentlichen vertikalen Seitenteilen eingelegt.
The transport of loose failures is expensive because of this can hardly be made available for transport by machine can and because of their irregular mutual Location take up a lot of transport space. The space requirement is also very large at the dealership, because of an orderly shift hardly possible for cost reasons.
The object of the present invention is a method and a device for stacking and storing small ones To create wooden failures, which transport from and storage at producers, dealers and consumers simplify.
Vorrichtung mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruches 3.This task is solved by a procedure with the

Stacking split failures or too unsplit logs in a lying position within one the outer contour of the bundle to be created determining cage is very simple and can be done with little Time expenditure can also be done by inexperienced auxiliary staff.
entspricht. Die beiden Bügelpaare 5 sind in Führungen 7 an
den Seitenflächen 9 der Platte 1 verschiebbar gelagert.
Als Führungen 7 können in der Platte 1 Nuten 11
eingelassen sein, in welche ein entsprechend
ausgebildeter, an Führungsplatten 13 angeordneter und in
der Figur nicht sichtbarer Nutenstein eingreift. Als
Führungen 7 können auch paarweise ausgebildete Schienen
angebracht sein, auf denen auf der Führungsplatte 13
angeordnete Rollen abwälzen. Die Führungsplatten 13
verbinden jeweils die beiden Bügelpaare 5, welche aus
kreisringförmig gebogenen Rohren oder Profilstäben
bestehen, die oben je einen vertikal verlaufenden
Abschnitt 15 und daran anschliessend einen horizontal
verlaufenden Abschnitt 17 aufweisen. Die horizontal
verlaufenden Rohrabschnitte 17 der sich gegenüberliegenden
Bügelpaare 5 können durch Verbindungsmittel, z.B. eine
Steckverbindung 19, miteinander verbunden und verriegelt
werden. Die Verriegelung kann beispielsweise durch einen
die ineinandergesteckten Rohre durchdringenden Dorn 21
erfolgen. Vorzugsweise sind die Bügelpaare 5 auf halbem
Umfang durch einen Steg 23 miteinander verbunden. In Figure 1 is a receiving and turning plate,
miteinander verbunden.The cup-shaped
ragende Stützen 37 an zwei horizontal verlaufenden
eines Europalettes 43.At the back of the
The two pairs of
Beim
Stapeln des ersten Scheiterbündels 49 dient die Oberfläche
des Palettes 43 als rückseitiger Anschlag; bei den
folgenden Bündeln 49 dienen jeweils die Oberflächen der
bereits fertiggestellten Bündel 49 als Anschlag für die
einzelnen Scheiter 45. Dadurch ergeben sich homogene,
flache Stirnflächen aufweisende scheibenförmige Bündel 49.
Nach vollständigem Füllen der Vorrichtung können die
beiden Bügelpaare 5 von der Platte 1 abgenommen werden. The following is the production of bundles of
Now the

The generated by the method according to the invention

zusammen. Ein Hubzylinder 51 kann im Trägerelement 27
eingesetzt sein. It is of course also possible, especially with

The cage 6 can have a circular or oval cross section

In the third embodiment of the invention according to the

The two pairs of

After turning the manufactured on the
Schienenelement 103 umfasst zwei parallel verlaufende
In the fourth embodiment of the invention according to the
Figures 11-17 is not on the
spitzem Winkel befestigtes Rollenleitblech 109 angebracht
Rollen 101. Die beiden Rollenleitbleche 105 führen die
beiden Rollen 101 durch die Öffnung 113 in die
Führungsschienen 105. Die Rollen 101 schlagen dann an den
rückwärtigen Laufbahnen 117 der Führungsschienen 105 an.
Nun hebt die Bedienungsperson mit Hilfe der
Traktorhydraulik das Schienenelement 103 an. Dabei gleiten
In
umgekehrter Reihenfolge kann die Wendeplatte 1 abgelegt
werden. Die Wendeplatte kann in beiden Lagen
(stehend/liegend) mittels Arretiermittel über das
Schienenelement (103) angehoben und transportiert werden.Raising or turning a failing one
Linien in Figur 23).
Figures 22 and 23 show a
angreift. Abgestützt ist die Vorrichtung 301 durch den
vertikalen Schenkel 305, der an der Wendeplatte in Anlage
gelangt.
For transporting the one above the other on a
