Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device for stacking superimposed objects having a rigid flat frame, in particular to be used on construction sites, having the same width dimensions among one another, for example scaffolding parts, with two vertical posts which are arranged at a distance from one another and stand up on a side surface of the stack in the position of use, one down disposed support body for supporting the facing frame piece of the lowest article, a i of upstanding below Schugre f scientific for engaging behind the located on the supporting body frame leg of the lowermost article at the post side facing away from and with a continuously variable in the height direction and fixable in the respective position of use, retaining means on each post for holding the facing frame leg of the uppermost object, the holding device having a rear grip part for engaging behind this frame leg, such that that a stack package to be transported results from the use of several devices attached to the opposite side surfaces of the stack.
  • each post is assigned a clamping bracket, a clamping hook or a clamp, the rear gripping part being clampable in the horizontal direction against the facing frame leg of the object, so that it is clamped between the relevant post and the rear gripping part.
  • the holding devices are essentially only effective in the horizontal direction, there is no particularly firm cohesion of the stacked objects in the vertical direction.
  • objects such as scaffolding parts or formwork panels on construction sites are often soiled, for example, by adhesive mortar, so that the objects in the packaged state do not lie tightly against one another due to the adhering dirt.
  • the dirt can then crumble away, so that the objects slide below the clamped top object and the latter hangs in the air, so to speak.
  • the present invention is therefore based on the object to provide a device of the type mentioned, with the help of which a stable holding stack can be produced quickly and without difficulty regardless of the length of the object, so that it should be a versatile device.
  • the support body is arranged laterally on the plane spanned by the post, so that in the position of use the stack can protrude in the longitudinal direction over the post in that the holding device as a slidably plugged onto the respective post, in the fixed position of use from above against the frame leg of the uppermost object, the holding-down device is formed and that the holding-down device and / or the support body has a pressure piece, which rests against the frame leg and is made of elastically deformable material, on the side facing the pressing frame legs of the objects.
  • the device used in multiple arrangements is suitable for objects of different dimensions to be stacked.
  • the hold-down devices are pushed down and pressed against the uppermost object and fixed in this position. This pressing from above takes place against the inherent elasticity of the pressure piece, which clings firmly to the frame leg of the object in question. This gives the stack a solid cohesion in the vertical direction. Possibly. dirt or the like crumbling from the objects.
  • the frames are self-supporting parts.
  • the stack packages can also be handled easily and are stackable on top of one another. You can lift it, for example, using a forklift that runs underneath the bottom frame. If a crane is to be used for this purpose, the suspension cable can either be attached to the equipment or to the stacked objects.
  • the device shown in the drawing is used for stacking and / or transporting objects that have a rigid flat frame.
  • Devices of this type are required in particular in the construction industry, in particular for scaffolding parts of a scaffolding to be constructed in a modular manner, consisting of a peripheral frame.
  • a scaffold part 1 can be seen in FIG. 2.
  • Such scaffolding parts 1 can be set up vertically and can be attached to one another with aligned frame legs 2, 3, as is generally known in the case of scaffolding, so that it need not be discussed further here.
  • the device shown can always be used not only for scaffolding parts, but if, as already mentioned, structures having a circumferential frame are present.
  • the device 6 has at least one, in the exemplary embodiment two posts 7, 8, which extend vertically in the position of use.
  • the two posts 7, 8 are arranged parallel to one another at a distance, their bottom end regions being rigidly connected to one another via a crossmember 9 running at right angles to the posts, so that a U-like appearance results in the front view (FIG. 1).
  • Two such devices 6 are juxtaposed in use at a distance of the width (or length) of the frames, as shown in FIG.
  • the two posts 7, 8 belong to one device and the posts 7 ', 8' to the second device.
  • Their trusses 9 are not visible because they are covered by the frame legs 2, 3.
  • the visible object 1 is the uppermost frame of the stack formed from superimposed frames, on the side surfaces in which the frame legs 2, 3 of all frames run, a device is arranged, the posts 7, 8 and 7 ', 8' thus the Stack side surface are assigned.
  • the stacked frames are firmly held together, so that a package-like unit results.
  • the two opposing devices 6 are only connected to one another via the frame stack, so that the frame legs are supporting parts of the resulting package.
  • the devices can be used for frames with frame legs 4, 5 of any length. Regardless of the distance between the two devices, the other frame dimension, i. H. the length of the other frame legs 2, 3, which extend parallel to the device traverses 9, can be arbitrary, since this only changes the overhang of the frame above the device posts.
  • Each device also has a support body arranged at the bottom for placing the facing frame leg of the lowermost object.
  • the cross member 9 is attached laterally to the two posts 7, 8 and forms the support body mentioned, wherein it represents a continuous support over its entire length.
  • the device 6 has a rear engagement piece, which stands up from below, for engaging behind at least the frame leg 2 or 3 of the lowest object lying on the support body 9 on the side facing away from the respective post 7 or 8.
  • the respective rear grip piece for example the rear gripping piece 10, in the exemplary embodiment, is rigidly attached to the side of the support body 9 facing away from the post 7, which in turn is rigidly arranged on the bottom end region of the post.
  • the support body is formed by the traverse 9 passing between the two posts; however, it could also be attached to each post, for example, an L-shaped bracket, the leg protruding from the post forming the support body and the upstanding leg facing away from the post forming the rear grip piece.
  • the one shown is particularly simple and expedient, for example because the frame legs 2, 3 cannot bend downwards because of the continuous crossmember 9.
  • the respective rear grip piece does not necessarily have to be arranged on a post. It is readily apparent that two rear gripping pieces of the cross member could also be raised in the region of the cross member 9 lying between the two posts 7, 8.
  • the support body or the crossmember 9 is formed by a square tube. Like the other parts of the device, this consists of structural steel and is welded to the posts. The respective rear grip piece 10 or 11 is welded to the rectangular or square side of the square tube facing away from the post.
  • the traverse 9 could also be a round tube.
  • a varied traverse 9a which is only partially shown in FIG. 4, can be changed in length so that the length of the device can be adjusted.
  • the crossmember 9a is composed of two telescopic crossmember parts 12, 13.
  • the inserted cross member 13 for example, can have a row of plug holes 14 and the other cross member 12 can have a plug hole 15 in the region of its free end, so that a hole can be drilled through the plug hole 15 and the plug in the desired longitudinal position 14 can insert a plug pin.
  • the crossbeams 9 can be connected to each other by two devices 6 each having two posts 7, 8 via connecting struts at a parallel distance. This is indicated in Fig. 5.
  • the crossbeams 9 can be formed by a hollow profile piece which is open at both ends, so that plug-in projections 18, 19 or 20, 21 arranged on the connecting struts 16, 17 can be inserted into the crossbeams 9 at the ends.
  • Each connecting strut 16 and 17 with the associated plug-in projections 18, 19 and 20, 21 forms a U-shaped connecting part.
  • a safety bolt can be inserted through dashed holes in the crossbeams and plug-in projections. In this way, the devices can also be used differently than described, namely as pallet-like devices.
  • each post 7, 8 there is a footplate 22 or 23 projecting laterally, in particular on the side of the rear gripping piece, from which, at a distance from the post, a stiffening strut 24 can expediently stand up at an angle to the support body (in the exemplary embodiment crossmember 9).
  • the stiffening strut is welded to the respective base plate 22 and to the support body or is otherwise rigidly connected.
  • the large base plate 22 ensures a good stand, and the stiffening strut results in an inherently rigid arrangement.
  • stiffening strut 24 protrudes upward above the support body and forms the rear grip piece 10 or 11 with this projecting part.
  • a hold-down device 25 or 26 Arranged on at least one post 7 or 8 is a hold-down device 25 or 26 which is adjustable in the height direction and which can be placed on the facing frame leg 3 of the uppermost object and holds it in place, so that in the height direction there is cohesion of the stacked objects and thus a total of one stable stacking package results, which is composed of the stacked objects and the devices 6 attached to opposite stacking side surfaces.
  • each post 7 or 8 carries such a hold-down device 25 or 26.
  • Every hold-down device e.g. the hold-down device 25 has a rear grip portion 27 for reaching behind at least the frame leg 3 of the uppermost object of the stack, so that there is also a solid cohesion between the stack and the post in the horizontal.
  • a recess 28 for engaging the frame leg 3 can be formed on the side facing away from the post 7 from the rear grip portion 27.
  • the recess can be round, as shown, but it can also be prismatic. If the stacked objects are not frames with frame legs that are circular in cross-section, but objects with frames of different cross-section, the shape of the recess 28 should be adapted accordingly so that the frame leg can be gripped from above.
  • the hold-down device 25 expediently (the same also applies to the hold-down device 26) and / or the support body 9 on the side facing the support body or the hold-down device has a pressure piece 29 made of elastically deformable material, e.g. rubbery material, which can be quite hard.
  • the pressure piece 29 is arranged on the underside of the hold-down device 25.
  • the pressure piece 29 has a pillow-like shape and acts, so to speak, as a buffer.
  • the scaffolding parts are often soiled on construction sites, for example, by adhesive mortar. If you now package the scaffolding parts for transport, it may be that the scaffolding parts do not lie close together due to the adhering dirt. During transport, the dirt can then crumble away, which would result in a loosely vertically connected arrangement with a rigid hold-down underside. This is prevented by the elastic pressure piece.
  • the hold-down 25, 26 is continuously adjustable in height on the post and in the respective position of use, when it is connected to the uppermost frame, fixed by jamming or tilting on the post.
  • the hold-down device is plugged onto the post by having a plug-in opening 30 penetrated by the post.
  • the hold-down device is U-shaped in cross section with side legs 32, 33 projecting downward from the crosspiece 31, on which the recess 28 for engaging the frame leg 3 and the rear engaging part 27 are formed.
  • the pressure piece 29 is accommodated in the area of the holding-down device protruding from the post in the interior of the U. In this case - this also applies to hold-down devices of a different design - the pressure piece 29 protrudes a little into the recess 28.
  • the plug opening 30 is contained in the crosspiece 31.
  • the plug opening 30 is front, d. H. facing the rear grip portion 27, limited only at the top by the crosspiece 31 of the U, while at the rear there is a rear wall 35 filling the U, between which and the posts 7 a wedge body 36 can still be driven vertically.
  • the rear wall 35 is inclined corresponding to the wedge surface of the wedge body 36. If the wedge body is hammered in, you get a hold-down clamped and tilted with the post, which holds firmly.
  • the wedge body 36 is captively arranged, e.g. by welding a bracket 37 encompassing the rear wall 35 to its rear side.
  • the posts 7, 8 shown have a square cross section.
  • the insertion opening 30 of the hold-down device is shaped accordingly.
  • the hold-down device can also be plugged onto the post rotated by 90 ° , which can be expedient for other device uses.
  • the hold-down device can be rotated around the post when not in use. This can be advantageous, for example, when stacking and unstacking the objects. So that the respective hold-down device does not prevent this, you can simply swing it away. In the case of a rectangular or square cross section, however, it must be removed.
  • a base plate 38 with a downwardly projecting edge is present on each post at the bottom end of the post, which, in the case of the exemplary embodiment, has edge parts 39, 40 41 projecting at right angles on three sides and an inclined region 42 producing the transition to the base plate 22 is formed.
  • the underside of the edge parts 39, 40, 41 lies in the same plane as the underside of the footplate 22.
  • the edge parts 39, 40, 41 and the inclined area 42 enclose a mounting opening 44 with which the post rests on the upper end of the post of an underlying device is put on.
  • the attachment opening 44 is larger than the corresponding post dimension, at least in the longitudinal direction of the crossmember 9. This is useful because otherwise the four posts would have to form an exact rectangle for each stacking package. In practice, however, the two devices that are attached to a stack are usually somewhat offset from one another in the longitudinal direction. Despite this inaccuracy, the stack packs can be placed one on top of the other because of the larger placement opening 40 with respect to the upper post end.
  • each device could in principle also consist of only one post with a support body, a rear grip piece and a hold-down device.
  • Such an embodiment is obtained, for example, by removing the cross member 9, from which only short stubs are left on the two posts 7, 8 as support bodies. At least four such posts would then have to be used for a stack package.
  • the posts extend up the outside of the stack.

Description

The invention relates to a device for stacking superimposed objects having a rigid flat frame, in particular to be used on construction sites, having the same width dimensions among one another, for example scaffolding parts, with two vertical posts which are arranged at a distance from one another and stand up on a side surface of the stack in the position of use, one down disposed support body for supporting the facing frame piece of the lowest article, a i of upstanding below Hintergre fstück for engaging behind the located on the supporting body frame leg of the lowermost article at the post side facing away from and with a continuously variable in the height direction and fixable in the respective position of use, retaining means on each post for holding the facing frame leg of the uppermost object, the holding device having a rear grip part for engaging behind this frame leg, such that that a stack package to be transported results from the use of several devices attached to the opposite side surfaces of the stack.

In a device known from EP-A 0 018 306 and used for storing formwork panels, the two posts are formed by angle profiles encompassing the corners of the stacked formwork panels. The support body is also an angle profile that runs between the two posts and is welded into the angle profiles of the posts at both ends. On the ends of this support body, a cam is placed as a rear grip piece within the facing post-angle profile. As a holding device for the uppermost object of the stack, each post is assigned a clamping bracket, a clamping hook or a clamp, the rear gripping part being clampable in the horizontal direction against the facing frame leg of the object, so that it is clamped between the relevant post and the rear gripping part.

With such devices, only objects can be combined to form a package whose dimensions measured in the longitudinal direction of the device correspond exactly to the post spacing. Formwork panels and, above all, modular parts to be assembled into scaffolding, which are formed by an essentially rectangular frame, are available in different sizes. In order to store or transport them in a stacked manner, devices of different sizes have therefore been required since then, which are adapted to the objects to be stacked. This is cumbersome and expensive.

Since in the known device the holding devices are essentially only effective in the horizontal direction, there is no particularly firm cohesion of the stacked objects in the vertical direction. Added to this is the fact that objects such as scaffolding parts or formwork panels on construction sites are often soiled, for example, by adhesive mortar, so that the objects in the packaged state do not lie tightly against one another due to the adhering dirt. During transport, the dirt can then crumble away, so that the objects slide below the clamped top object and the latter hangs in the air, so to speak.

The present invention is therefore based on the object to provide a device of the type mentioned, with the help of which a stable holding stack can be produced quickly and without difficulty regardless of the length of the object, so that it should be a versatile device.

This object is achieved in that the support body is arranged laterally on the plane spanned by the post, so that in the position of use the stack can protrude in the longitudinal direction over the post in that the holding device as a slidably plugged onto the respective post, in the fixed position of use from above against the frame leg of the uppermost object, the holding-down device is formed and that the holding-down device and / or the support body has a pressure piece, which rests against the frame leg and is made of elastically deformable material, on the side facing the pressing frame legs of the objects.

In this way, the device used in multiple arrangements is suitable for objects of different dimensions to be stacked. First you place two devices parallel to each other at the distance corresponding to the object width, after which you insert the lowest object, which can be of any length, whereby it only protrudes more or less in the longitudinal direction of the device over the posts. The same applies to the other items then placed. When the desired stack height is reached, the hold-down devices are pushed down and pressed against the uppermost object and fixed in this position. This pressing from above takes place against the inherent elasticity of the pressure piece, which clings firmly to the frame leg of the object in question. This gives the stack a solid cohesion in the vertical direction. Possibly. dirt or the like crumbling from the objects. does not worsen this cohesion, since such changes are compensated for by the elastic pressure pieces. The result is a stable package in which the frames are self-supporting parts. The stack packages can also be handled easily and are stackable on top of one another. You can lift it, for example, using a forklift that runs underneath the bottom frame. If a crane is to be used for this purpose, the suspension cable can either be attached to the equipment or to the stacked objects.

Because of the solid cohesion of all individual parts of the respective package, both are possible. From DE-A 2 530 174 it is known per se that the support body is arranged on the side of a post, so that objects passing by the post can be stacked, and that a hold-down device is pressed resiliently against the uppermost object from above. However, this is a device with a single post, which is intended for the stacked holding of linear objects in the form of mine expansion profiles. In addition, the hold-down is not slidably attached to the post, but sits on the upper part of the two-part post, which is in threaded engagement with the lower part of the post and can thus be adjusted in height together with the hold-down. This is complex to manufacture, cumbersome to use and prone to failure. Furthermore, for the resilient holding down of the stack not a pressure piece made of elastic material but rather a plate spring package, via which the entire hold-down is mounted on the post.

This construction is very complex. Furthermore, the angular position assumed by the hold-down on the post is dependent on the pressing force, which is unfavorable depending on the cross-sectional shape of the stacked objects and impairs safety, for example if the stacked objects are reached under with a forklift so that they are pressed upward by pivoting the hold-down the lowest item can possibly be lifted over the rear grip piece.

Appropriate embodiments of the invention are specified in the subclaims.

The device shown in the drawing is used for stacking and / or transporting objects that have a rigid flat frame. Devices of this type are required in particular in the construction industry, in particular for scaffolding parts of a scaffolding to be constructed in a modular manner, consisting of a peripheral frame. Such a scaffold part 1 can be seen in FIG. 2. Corresponding to its rectangular shape, it has two opposite longer frame legs 2, 3 and two opposite shorter frame legs 4, 5. Such scaffolding parts 1 can be set up vertically and can be attached to one another with aligned frame legs 2, 3, as is generally known in the case of scaffolding, so that it need not be discussed further here. It is pointed out that the device shown can always be used not only for scaffolding parts, but if, as already mentioned, structures having a circumferential frame are present.

The device 6 has at least one, in the exemplary embodiment two posts 7, 8, which extend vertically in the position of use. The two posts 7, 8 are arranged parallel to one another at a distance, their bottom end regions being rigidly connected to one another via a crossmember 9 running at right angles to the posts, so that a U-like appearance results in the front view (FIG. 1).

At this point it should be pointed out that when the above and below are referred to as “above” or “below”, the position of use is meant in which the posts stand vertically and extend along one of the side surfaces of the stack of articles formed by frame legs lying one on top of the other, so that the height direction coincides with the longitudinal direction of the post.

Two such devices 6 are juxtaposed in use at a distance of the width (or length) of the frames, as shown in FIG. There the two posts 7, 8 belong to one device and the posts 7 ', 8' to the second device. Their trusses 9 are not visible because they are covered by the frame legs 2, 3. The visible object 1 is the uppermost frame of the stack formed from superimposed frames, on the side surfaces in which the frame legs 2, 3 of all frames run, a device is arranged, the posts 7, 8 and 7 ', 8' thus the Stack side surface are assigned. By means of two such devices 6, the stacked frames are firmly held together, so that a package-like unit results. The two opposing devices 6 are only connected to one another via the frame stack, so that the frame legs are supporting parts of the resulting package. Since the distance between the two devices can be chosen as desired, the devices can be used for frames with frame legs 4, 5 of any length. Regardless of the distance between the two devices, the other frame dimension, i. H. the length of the other frame legs 2, 3, which extend parallel to the device traverses 9, can be arbitrary, since this only changes the overhang of the frame above the device posts.

Each device also has a support body arranged at the bottom for placing the facing frame leg of the lowermost object. In the expedient embodiment, the cross member 9 is attached laterally to the two posts 7, 8 and forms the support body mentioned, wherein it represents a continuous support over its entire length.

Furthermore, for each post 7 and 8, the device 6 has a rear engagement piece, which stands up from below, for engaging behind at least the frame leg 2 or 3 of the lowest object lying on the support body 9 on the side facing away from the respective post 7 or 8.

The respective rear grip piece, for example the rear gripping piece 10, in the exemplary embodiment, is rigidly attached to the side of the support body 9 facing away from the post 7, which in turn is rigidly arranged on the bottom end region of the post. As already mentioned, in the exemplary embodiment, the support body is formed by the traverse 9 passing between the two posts; however, it could also be attached to each post, for example, an L-shaped bracket, the leg protruding from the post forming the support body and the upstanding leg facing away from the post forming the rear grip piece. There are various options available to those skilled in the art. However, the one shown is particularly simple and expedient, for example because the frame legs 2, 3 cannot bend downwards because of the continuous crossmember 9. The respective rear grip piece does not necessarily have to be arranged on a post. It is readily apparent that two rear gripping pieces of the cross member could also be raised in the region of the cross member 9 lying between the two posts 7, 8.

The support body or the crossmember 9 is formed by a square tube. Like the other parts of the device, this consists of structural steel and is welded to the posts. The respective rear grip piece 10 or 11 is welded to the rectangular or square side of the square tube facing away from the post. The traverse 9 could also be a round tube.

As can be seen from FIG. 4, a varied traverse 9a, which is only partially shown in FIG. 4, can be changed in length so that the length of the device can be adjusted. For this purpose, the crossmember 9a is composed of two telescopic crossmember parts 12, 13. In order to be able to determine the respective longitudinal position, the inserted cross member 13, for example, can have a row of plug holes 14 and the other cross member 12 can have a plug hole 15 in the region of its free end, so that a hole can be drilled through the plug hole 15 and the plug in the desired longitudinal position 14 can insert a plug pin.

In this context, before the individual device 6 is described further, it should also be pointed out that the crossbeams 9 can be connected to each other by two devices 6 each having two posts 7, 8 via connecting struts at a parallel distance. This is indicated in Fig. 5. For this purpose, the crossbeams 9 can be formed by a hollow profile piece which is open at both ends, so that plug-in projections 18, 19 or 20, 21 arranged on the connecting struts 16, 17 can be inserted into the crossbeams 9 at the ends. Each connecting strut 16 and 17 with the associated plug-in projections 18, 19 and 20, 21 forms a U-shaped connecting part. A safety bolt can be inserted through dashed holes in the crossbeams and plug-in projections. In this way, the devices can also be used differently than described, namely as pallet-like devices.

At the bottom end of each post 7, 8 there is a footplate 22 or 23 projecting laterally, in particular on the side of the rear gripping piece, from which, at a distance from the post, a stiffening strut 24 can expediently stand up at an angle to the support body (in the exemplary embodiment crossmember 9). The stiffening strut is welded to the respective base plate 22 and to the support body or is otherwise rigidly connected. The large base plate 22 ensures a good stand, and the stiffening strut results in an inherently rigid arrangement.

11 bildet.A particularly low-parts and simple construction is obtained if, as shown, the stiffening strut 24 protrudes upward above the support body and forms the rear grip piece 10 or 11 with this projecting part.

Arranged on at least one post 7 or 8 is a hold-down device 25 or 26 which is adjustable in the height direction and which can be placed on the facing frame leg 3 of the uppermost object and holds it in place, so that in the height direction there is cohesion of the stacked objects and thus a total of one stable stacking package results, which is composed of the stacked objects and the devices 6 attached to opposite stacking side surfaces.

Beim Ausführungsbeispiel trägt jeder Pfosten 7 bzw. 8 eine solchen Niederhalter 25 bzw. 26.In the exemplary embodiment, each post 7 or 8 carries such a hold-down device 25 or 26.

Every hold-down device, e.g. the hold-down device 25 has a rear grip portion 27 for reaching behind at least the frame leg 3 of the uppermost object of the stack, so that there is also a solid cohesion between the stack and the post in the horizontal.

On the underside of the hold-down device 25, a recess 28 for engaging the frame leg 3 can be formed on the side facing away from the post 7 from the rear grip portion 27. The recess can be round, as shown, but it can also be prismatic. If the stacked objects are not frames with frame legs that are circular in cross-section, but objects with frames of different cross-section, the shape of the recess 28 should be adapted accordingly so that the frame leg can be gripped from above.

The hold-down device 25 expediently (the same also applies to the hold-down device 26) and / or the support body 9 on the side facing the support body or the hold-down device has a pressure piece 29 made of elastically deformable material, e.g. rubbery material, which can be quite hard. In the expedient embodiment, the pressure piece 29 is arranged on the underside of the hold-down device 25. The pressure piece 29 has a pillow-like shape and acts, so to speak, as a buffer.

Dieses elastiche Anpressen bringt folgenden Vorteil mit sich:If the frames are stacked on top of each other, the hold-down devices 25, 26 are placed and pressed firmly downward, so that the pressure pieces 29 press against the facing frame legs 3 and hug them somewhat. This elastic Pressing has the following advantage:

The scaffolding parts are often soiled on construction sites, for example, by adhesive mortar.

The hold-down 25, 26 is continuously adjustable in height on the post and in the respective position of use, when it is connected to the uppermost frame, fixed by jamming or tilting on the post.

The hold-down device is plugged onto the post by having a plug-in opening 30 penetrated by the post.

The hold-down device is U-shaped in cross section with side legs 32, 33 projecting downward from the crosspiece 31, on which the recess 28 for engaging the frame leg 3 and the rear engaging part 27 are formed. The pressure piece 29 is accommodated in the area of the holding-down device protruding from the post in the interior of the U. In this case - this also applies to hold-down devices of a different design - the pressure piece 29 protrudes a little into the recess 28.

Die Stecköffnung 30 ist im Quersteg 31 enthalten. The plug opening 30 is contained in the crosspiece 31.

If one presses the hold-down device on the uppermost frame and, for this purpose, a force is exerted from above on the hold-down section 34 opposite the rear grip section 27 with respect to the post 7, then the hold-down device tilts on the post. The plug opening 30 is front, d. H. facing the rear grip portion 27, limited only at the top by the crosspiece 31 of the U, while at the rear there is a rear wall 35 filling the U, between which and the posts 7 a wedge body 36 can still be driven vertically. The rear wall 35 is inclined corresponding to the wedge surface of the wedge body 36. If the wedge body is hammered in, you get a hold-down clamped and tilted with the post, which holds firmly.

The wedge body 36 is captively arranged, e.g. by welding a bracket 37 encompassing the rear wall 35 to its rear side.

The posts 7, 8 shown have a square cross section. The insertion opening 30 of the hold-down device is shaped accordingly. With this design, the hold-down device can also be plugged onto the post rotated by 90 ° , which can be expedient for other device uses.

If the post and the insertion opening of the hold-down device are provided with a circular cross-section, the hold-down device can be rotated around the post when not in use. This can be advantageous, for example, when stacking and unstacking the objects. So that the respective hold-down device does not prevent this, you can simply swing it away. In the case of a rectangular or square cross section, however, it must be removed.

Another important point is that the devices 6 can be stacked on top of one another so that the stacked packages can also be placed on top of one another. For this purpose, in the exemplary embodiment, a base plate 38 with a downwardly projecting edge is present on each post at the bottom end of the post, which, in the case of the exemplary embodiment, has edge parts 39, 40 41 projecting at right angles on three sides and an inclined region 42 producing the transition to the base plate 22 is formed. The underside of the edge parts 39, 40, 41 lies in the same plane as the underside of the footplate 22. The edge parts 39, 40, 41 and the inclined area 42 enclose a mounting opening 44 with which the post rests on the upper end of the post of an underlying device is put on. The attachment opening 44 is larger than the corresponding post dimension, at least in the longitudinal direction of the crossmember 9.

In a modification of the illustrated embodiment, each device could in principle also consist of only one post with a support body, a rear grip piece and a hold-down device. Such an embodiment is obtained, for example, by removing the cross member 9, from which only short stubs are left on the two posts 7, 8 as support bodies. At least four such posts would then have to be used for a stack package.

In the arrangement according to the drawing, the posts extend up the outside of the stack. However, one could also reverse the two devices by 180 ° , so that the crossbeams 9 face away from the other device. In this case the posts would extend within the space enclosed by the stack.
