Die Möbelscharniere 4 weisen in bekannter Weise ein an einem Rahmen 2a zu befestigendes Anschlagteil 5 sowie einen mit dem Anschlagteil 5 schwenkbar verbundenen Scharniertopf 6 auf. Im Innenhohlraum 10 des Scharniertopfes 6 ist jeweils eine (hier nicht ersichtliche) Dämpfvorrichtung 9 gelagert, durch die eine Schließbewegung des Möbelscharniers 4 bis hin zu vollständig geschlossenen Endlage dämpfbar ist. An der Unterseite des Arretierelementes 15a ist ein zweites, im Wesentlichen starres Feststellelement 20 angeordnet, durch welches das erste Feststellelement 19 des Schiebers 13 in der vollständig eingedrückten Endlage des Schiebers 13 feststellbar ist. Fig. 5a-5c zeigen zeitliche Abfolgen der Arretierung zur Deaktivierung der Dämpfwirkung in verschiedenen Querschnitten. In Fig. 5a ist der Schieber 13 erkennbar, in dem eine Fluidkammer 21 ausgebildet ist und in der ein Kolben 22 mit der Kolbenstange 17 gelagert ist, welche im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel feststehend angeordnet sind. Bei der Schließbewegung des Möbelscharniers 4 trifft der Gelenkhebel 7 (Fig. 2b) auf die schräge Anschlagfläche 16 des Schiebers 13 auf, woraufhin der Schieber 13 relativ zum feststehenden Kolben 22 verschiebbar ist. Die Dämpfvorrichtung 9 kann auch bei ausgefahrenem Schieber 13 deaktiviert werden, indem zunächst das als Schalter ausgebildete Arretierelement 15a in die entsprechende Deaktivierungsstellung verstellt wird (Fig. 5a). Erkennbar ist das am Schieber 13 angeordnete Feststellelement 19 und das am Schalter 15a angeordnete Feststellelement 20. Beim Dämpfungshub trifft zunächst das am Schieber 13 angeordnete Feststellelement 19 auf das starre Feststellelement 20 des Schalters 15ä auf (Fig. 5a), wobei in der Deaktivierungsstellung des Schalters 15a das federnde Feststellelement 19 über das starre Feststellelement 20 hinweg verfahrbar ist, wobei das federnde Feststellelement 19 entgegen der Kraft seiner federnden Wirkung verbiegbar ist und das federnde Feststellelement 19 durch sein anschließendes Wiederaufschnappen relativ zum starren Feststellelement 20 feststellbar ist (Fig. 5c). In Fig. 5c ist also das am Schieber 13 angeordnete Feststellelement 19 arretiert, sodass der Schieber 13 - beispielsweise durch einen Rückstellmechanismus - nicht wieder ausfahrbar ist. Die Dämpfungswirkung der Dämpfvorrichtung 9 ist somit deaktiviert. Durch Überführen des Schalters 15a in eine Aktivierungsstellung wird das Feststellelement 19 wieder freigegeben, sodass der Schieber 13 wieder rückstellbar ist. Gegen Ende der Schließbewegung trifft der Gelenkhebel 7 auf die schräge Anschlagfläche 16 des Schiebers 13 auf und verschiebt diesen relativ zum feststehenden Kolben 22. Der Dämpfungshub der Dämpfvorrichtung 9 verläuft im Wesentlichen rechtwinklig zur Drehachse 23. Durch den Schalter 15a ist der Schieber 13 in der eingedrückten Endstellung relativ zum Gehäuse 12 der Dämpfvorrichtung 9 arretierbar, wodurch die Dämpfungswirkung deaktivierbar ist. Durch den Rückstellmechanismus 26 kann der Schieber 13 nach erfolgtem Dämpfungshub wieder in eine für den nächsten Dämpfungshub vorgesehene Bereitschaftsstellung rückgestellt werden. Selbstverständlich ist es auch möglich, eine Rückstellfeder im Inneren der Fluidkammer 21 anzuordnen, welche einerseits am Boden 30 der Fluidkammer 21 und anderseits am Kolben 22 abstützbar ist und so den Kolben 22 wieder in die Bereitschaftsstellung drückt. Claims (6)

  1. A furniture hinge (4), including:
    - a fitting member (5) to be fixed to a furniture carcass (2),
    - a hinge cup (6) which is pivotally connected to the fitting member (5),
    - a damping device (9) for damping a movement of a movably mounted furniture part (3) or of a movably mounted component of the furniture hinge (4), the damping device (9) can be arranged within an internal cavity (10) of the hinge cup (6), the damping device (9) has a housing (12) and slider (13) which is displaceable thereto, wherein accommodated within the housing (12) or within the slider (13) is fluid chamber (21) with a piston (22) disposed therein, wherein a damping action is produced by a relative movement between the fluid chamber (21) and the piston (22) and wherein the piston (22) assumes a pressed-in end position relative to the fluid chamber (21) at the end of the damping stroke,
    characterized in that the damping device (9), for deactivation of the damping action, has a locking device (15) with an arresting element (15a) to be operated manually or with the aid of a tool, wherein by way of the arresting element (15a), the relative position between the fluid chamber (21) and the piston (22) can be releasably locked in the pressed-in end position, wherein the arresting element (15a) is in the form of a linearly displaceable switch having two switching positions, wherein in a first switching position, the damping action of the damping device (9) is activated and, in the second switching position, the damping action of the damping device (9) is deactivated, and wherein the direction of the displacement movement between the first switching position and the second switching position is transverse, preferably substantially parallel, to the direction of the damping stroke, wherein arranged on the slider (13) is a first fixing element (19) which, in the pressed-in end position, can be fixed with a second fixing element (20) arranged on the switch.
  2. The furniture hinge according to claim 1, characterized in that the piston (22) is stationary in the mounting position and the fluid chamber (21) is displaceable relative to the piston (22) in the damping stroke.
  3. The furniture hinge according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the first fixing element (19) is of a resilient configuration and that the second fixing element (20) is of a substantially rigid configuration.
  4. The furniture hinge according to claim 3, characterized in that the switch has a deactivation position in which the damping action of the damping device (9) is deactivated, wherein in the deactivation position of the switch, the resilient fixing element (19) can pass over the rigid fixing element (20), wherein the resilient fixing element (19) is bendable against the force of its own resiliency until the resilient fixing element (19), by way of its subsequent snapping back action, can be fixed to the rigid fixing element (20).
  5. The furniture hinge according to one of the claims 1 to 4, characterized in that a return mechanism (26), preferably with at least one return spring, is provided by which the piston (22) is movable into an extended end position relative to the fluid chamber (21).
  6. The furniture hinge according to one of the claims 1 to 5, characterized in that
    - the damping device (9) is disposed completely within the hinge cup (9) in the mounting position,
    or that
    - the damping device (9) - when the fitting member (5) and the hinge cup (6) are already pivotally connected to each other - can be inserted from above into the hinge cup (6) and can be arranged within the hinge cup (6), wherein the damping device (9), in this mounting position, can be fixed to the hinge cup (6) by cooperating fastening means (11 a, 11 b).
