Claims (14)
- Lave-vaisselle, en particulier lave-vaisselle ménager, muni d'une porte présentant une unité de commande (17) avec un support intérieur de composant (19) qui supporte des parties constitutives électroniques (21) ainsi que des éléments de commande et d'indication et qui est entourée d'une pièce tôlée coiffante (23) présentant un panneau de commande côté avant (24) destiné aux éléments de commande et d'indication ainsi que des parois de recouvrement et latérales (25, 26) pliées vers l'arrière par le panneau de commande (24) côté avant autour de bord courbés (41, 43), caractérisé en ce que sur une zone de coin (33) une découpe en coin (35) libre est prévue entre la paroi de recouvrement (25) et chacune des parois latérales (26), dans laquelle dépasse un coin moulé (36) du support de composants (19).
- Lave-vaisselle selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la découpe en coin (35) se trouvant entre la paroi de recouvrement (25) et la paroi latérale (26) de la pièce tôlée (23), est délimitée par un bord tranchant (38) côté paroi de recouvrement ainsi que par un bord tranchant (39) latéral, et en ce qu'en particulier une longueur de bord (I) de la découpe en coin (35) s'étendant dans le sens de la profondeur (y) correspond à la profondeur de la paroi de recouvrement (25) et de la paroi latérale (26).
- Lave-vaisselle selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la découpe en coin (35) est comblée entièrement, en particulier le long de toutes les longueurs de bord (I) des bords tranchants (38, 39) par le coin moulé (36) du support de composants (19).
- Lave-vaisselle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un côté frontal côté avant (47) du coin moulé (36) du support de composants (19) est dégagé sur le panneau de commande (24) côté avant.
- Lave-vaisselle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la découpe en coin (35) s'étend jusque dans le panneau de commande (24) de la pièce tôlée côté avant et ce, en formant un évidement en angle droit (45) dans le panneau de commande (24).
- Lave-vaisselle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les bords tranchants (38, 39) s'étendent au-dessus des bords courbés (41, 43) côté recouvrement et latéraux de la pièce tôlée (23) jusque dans le panneau de commande (24) côté avant et y convergent en angle droit sur un sommet (S).
- Lave-vaisselle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le coin moulé (36) du support de composants (19) est recouvert dans le sens de la profondeur (y) par le panneau de commande (24) côté avant.
- Lave-vaisselle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les bords tranchants (38, 39) de la découpe en coin (35) se limitent au niveau des bords courbés (41, 43) entre le panneau de commande (24) et les parois de recouvrement et les parois latérales (25, 26).
- Lave-vaisselle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le bord moulé (36) du support de composants (19) présente une orientation arasante avec la paroi de recouvrement (25) et la paroi latérale (26) de la pièce tôlée (23).
- Lave-vaisselle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la découpe en coin (35) présente une zone d'insertion (49) ouverte vers l'arrière dans le sens de la profondeur (y) par laquelle le coin moulé (36) peut être inséré lors du montage de l'unité de commande (17) de la porte.
- Lave-vaisselle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les deux coins moulés (36) écartés l'un de l'autre dans le sens latéral de l'appareil (x) se positionnent comme des éléments de centrage en place par rapport au support de composants (19) dans la pièce tôlée (23) coiffante.
- Lave-vaisselle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le coin moulé (36) est formé en un matériau unique et/ou monobloc sur le support de composants (19).
- Lave-vaisselle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le support de composants (19) présente une paroi de support avant (27), laquelle est tournée vers le côté intérieur du panneau de commande (24), ainsi que des profilés courbés transversaux et latéraux (28, 29) de celui-ci, lesquels sont tournés chacun vers les parois de recouvrement et latérales (25, 26) de la pièce tôlée (23).
- Lave-vaisselle selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que le coin moulé (36) du support de composants (19) dépasse comme saillie de matière d'une hauteur en niveau (Δh) des profilés transversaux et latéraux (28, 29) du support de composants (19), qui correspond en particulier à l'épaisseur de tôle (s) de la pièce tôlée (23), et/ou en ce que le coin moulé (36) dépasse par le haut la paroi de support avant (27) du support de composants (19) d'un surplomb (a) dans le sens de la profondeur (y), qui correspond en particulier à l'épaisseur de tôle (s) de la pièce tôlée (23).
