Claims (17)

  1. Dispositif (1) de transfert et de poursuite du traitement d'objets flexibles plats (100, 101, 102, 103), en particulier de produits d'imprimerie, en un emplacement de transfert (S1, S2, S3) d'une unité d'amenée (20, 21, 22),
    avec au moins une unité de réception (10, 12, 90) apte à être déplacée sur une piste circulaire fermée, apte à reprendre un objet (100, 101, 102, 103) en l'emplacement de transfert (S1, S2, S3) et formant une butée (15, 95) pour l'objet (100, 101, 102, 103) à reprendre, caractérisé par
    au moins un élément de maintien et/ou de freinage (42, 43, 45, 50) entraîné conjointement avec l'unité de réception (10, 12, 90) et en mesure de maintenir au moins au niveau l'emplacement de transfert (S1, S2, S3) un objet (100, 101) plié et déjà transféré dans l'unité de réception (10, 12, 90) de telle sorte que l'impulsion d'un autre objet (100, 102, 103) à reprendre puisse être transférée au moins en partie sur l'objet plié (100, 101) déjà transféré et que l'autre objet (100, 102, 103) à transférer soit ainsi freiné avant d'atteindre la butée (15, 95).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de maintien et/ou de freinage (42, 43, 45, 50) est en mesure de maintenir l'objet plié déjà transféré dans l'unité de réception (10, 12, 90) de telle sorte que son bord de pliage soit maintenu à distance de la butée (15, 95), qu'il forme un logement pour un autre objet (100, 101, 102, 103) à reprendre et que lorsque l'autre objet (100, 101, 102, 103) à reprendre arrive, il soit déplacé en même temps que ce dernier.
  3. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un autre élément de maintien et/ou de freinage (40) est prévu et est en mesure de reprendre et de dissiper au moins en partie l'énergie cinétique d'un objet (100, 101, 102, 103) à transférer, par contact direct avec l'objet (100, 101, 102, 103) à transférer.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'autre élément de maintien et/ou de freinage (40) est élastique ou présente une partie élastique et est constitué en particulier d'un matériau compressible et/ou présente une élasticité de sa forme.
  5. Dispositif selon les revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que l'autre élément de maintien et/ou de freinage (40) forme avec l'unité de réception (10, 12, 90) un interstice d'entrée effilé pour l'objet (100, 101, 102, 103) à reprendre, en particulier par le fait qu'il présente une surface extérieure (41) bombée.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de réception (10, 12, 90) est une poche et/ou est formée par la coopération de plusieurs éléments d'appui (91, 92) distincts.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par un dispositif de positionnement (60) en mesure de déplacer l'objet (100, 101, 102, 103) transféré par rapport à l'unité de réception (10, 12) et/ou par rapport à un élément de transport (81) entraîné conjointement avec l'unité de réception (10, 12).
  8. Dispositif de transfert et de poursuite du traitement de produits d'imprimerie selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé par
    plusieurs éléments de transport (81) qui présentent la forme de pinces aptes à être déplacées sur une piste circulaire fermée (U'') de pinces configurées de manière à reprendre en les serrant un produit d'imprimerie (101) plié,
    un dispositif de commande qui présente en particulier la forme d'une commande à coulisseau configurée pour ouvrir les pinces (81) en un emplacement d'ouverture situé en amont de l'emplacement de transfert (S1, S2, S3) dans la direction du déplacement et pour les fermer en un emplacement de fermeture situé en aval de l'emplacement de transfert (S1, S2, S3),
    plusieurs unités de réception (10, 12, 90) aptes à être déplacées sur une piste circulaire fermée d'unités de réception et formant une butée (15, 95) et une surface de soutien pour le bord de pliage (101a) ou l'une des faces latérales du produit d'imprimerie (101) plié,
    les unités de réception (10, 12) pouvant être déplacées de manière synchronisée par rapport aux pinces (81) au moins au niveau de l'emplacement de transfert (S1, S2, S3) pour que les produits d'imprimerie disposés dans les pinces (81) soient positionnés dans les unités de réception (10, 12, 90),
    plusieurs éléments de maintien et/ou de freinage (42, 43, 45, 50) associés aux unités de réception (10, 12, 90), déplacés conjointement avec ces dernières et en mesure de repousser une des parties des produits contre l'unité de réception (10, 12, 90) de telle sorte que le produit d'imprimerie plié forme un logement pour un autre produit (102, 103) et soit maintenu à distance de la butée (15, 95), l'autre produit étant freiné par transfert de l'impulsion au produit d'imprimerie (101) plié et ouvert.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par un dispositif de positionnement (60) capable de déplacer l'unité de réception (10, 12) vers l'aval de l'emplacement de transfert (S1, S2, S3) par rapport à la pince (81) associée, en particulier dans une direction qui s'étend perpendiculairement à la piste circulaire de pinces (81).
  10. Dispositif de transfert et de poursuite du traitement de produits d'imprimerie selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7,
    caractérisé par
    plusieurs unités de réception (10, 12, 90) qui présentent la forme de poches aptes à être déplacées sur une piste circulaire fermée d'unités de réception, et formant une butée (15, 95) et au moins une surface de soutien pour le bord de pliage (101a) ou une des surfaces latérales du produit d'imprimerie (101) plié,
    une première unité d'amenée (20) qui amène des produits d'imprimerie (101) pliés en un premier emplacement de transfert (S1),
    au moins une deuxième unité d'amenée (21) qui amène d'autres objets en un deuxième emplacement de transfert (S2),
    plusieurs éléments de maintien et/ou de freinage (42, 43, 44, 45) en mesure de maintenir dans l'unité de réception (10, 12, 90) un objet plié (100, 101) transféré sur le premier emplacement de transfert (S1) de telle sorte que l'impulsion d'un autre objet (100, 102, 103) à reprendre puisse être transférée au moins en partie à l'objet plié (100, 101) déjà transféré pour ainsi freiner l'autre objet (100, 102, 103) à transférer avant qu'il atteigne la butée (15, 95).
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé par un dispositif de positionnement (60) qui présente en particulier la forme d'une commande à coulisseau, le dispositif de positionnement étant en mesure de déplacer les objets par rapport à la butée (15, 95) de la poche, en particulier dans une direction qui s'étend perpendiculairement par rapport à la direction de déplacement des poches.
  12. Procédé de transfert et de poursuite du traitement d'objets plats flexibles (100, 101, 102, 103), en particulier de produits d'imprimerie, le procédé présentant les caractéristiques suivantes :
    déplacer le long d'une piste de déplacement fermée passant devant un emplacement de transfert (S2, S3) au moins une unité de réception (10, 12, 90) qui forme une butée (15, 95) pour l'objet (100, 101, 102, 103) à transférer,
    maintenir dans l'unité de réception (10, 12, 90) un objet plié par au moins un élément de maintien et/ou de freinage (42, 43, 45, 50) qui peut être déplacé conjointement avec l'unité de réception au moins au niveau de l'emplacement de transfert (S2, S3) de telle sorte que l'objet plié forme un logement pour un autre objet (100, 101, 102, 103) à transférer,
    insérer dans l'objet plié un autre objet (100, 101, 102, 103) à transférer,
    freiner indirectement par l'élément de maintien et/ou de freinage (42, 43, 45, 50) l'autre objet (100, 101, 102, 103) à reprendre avant que l'objet (100, 101, 102, 103) atteigne la butée (15, 95), en déplaçant l'autre objet (100, 102, 103) à reprendre en même temps que l'objet plié (100, 101) déjà transféré, par transfert d'impulsion à ce dernier.
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que l'objet plié (100, 101, 102, 103) est freiné par contact direct avec un autre élément de maintien et/ou de freinage (40) au niveau d'un premier emplacement de transfert (S1) disposé en amont des emplacements de transfert (S2, S3) sur la piste circulaire fermée, et en ce que l'énergie cinétique de l'objet plié est dissipée au moins en partie.
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé par les étapes qui consistent à :
    insérer l'objet plié (100, 101, 102, 103) dans l'unité de réception (10, 12, 90) en un premier emplacement de transfert (S1) disposé en amont d'un deuxième emplacement de transfert (S2) sur la piste circulaire fermée et maintenir l'objet plié par l'élément de maintien et/ou de freinage (42, 43, 45, 50) de telle sorte qu'il forme un logement pour l'autre objet (100, 101, 102, 103) à transférer,
    au deuxième emplacement de transfert (S2), insérer à une vitesse d'amenée l'autre objet (100, 101, 102, 103) à transférer dans l'objet plié déjà transféré,
    transférer l'impulsion de l'objet à transférer à l'objet déjà transféré et de ce fait, déplacer conjointement des deux objets dans l'unité de réception à une vitesse plus petite que la vitesse d'amenée.
  15. Procédé selon la revendication 13, caractérisé par les étapes qui consistent à :
    insérer l'objet plié (100, 101, 102, 103) dans l'unité de réception (10, 12, 90) en le premier emplacement de transfert (S1) et maintenir l'objet plié par l'élément de maintien et/ou de freinage (40, 42, 43, 45, 50) de telle sorte qu'il forme un logement pour l'autre objet (100, 101, 102, 103) à transférer,
    au deuxième emplacement de transfert (S2) disposé en aval du premier emplacement de transfert (S1) sur la piste circulaire fermée, insérer à une vitesse d'amenée l'autre objet (100, 101, 102, 103) à transférer dans l'objet plié déjà transféré,
    transférer l'impulsion de l'objet à transférer à l'objet déjà transféré, et de ce fait, déplacer conjointement les deux objets dans l'unité de réception à une vitesse plus petite que la vitesse d'amenée.
  16. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 12 à 15, caractérisé en ce que la position de l'objet (100, 101, 102, 103) transféré par rapport à l'unité de réception et/ou par rapport à un élément de transport (81) entraîné conjointement est adaptée à une position de consigne, en particulier pour amener l'objet (100, 101, 102, 103) en une position définie pour la poursuite de son traitement.
  17. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 12 à 16, dans lequel un objet plié (100, 101, 102, 103) déjà transféré est déplacé à l'intérieur de l'unité de réception (10, 12, 90) avant l'insertion d'un autre objet de telle sorte que le bord de son pli soit maintenu à distance de la butée.
