Abstract

本发明公开了一种膜剂输送裁切机构,具有机架,所述机架上设置有可升降的刀架,所述机架上固定有下切刀,所述刀架上安装有上切刀,其特征在于所述上、下切刀的膜剂进入一侧设有导向装置,所述导向装置包括具有上凸弧面(9)的进片导板(4),所述上凸弧面的上方设有导针(10),所述导针设置在上凸弧面最高点的对称两侧,且导针与上凸弧面之间具有膜剂进入的间隙。本发明的这种结构,能够将横断面为圆弧状的膜剂材料,经过进片导板的上凸弧面与导针之间后,保持膜剂材料的圆弧状,使其刚挺地穿过上下切刀之间进行裁切,避免膜剂材料在输送过程中因为柔软粘性等出现黏连弯曲而无法进入上下切刀而影响裁切,具有良好的稳定输送裁切功能。

Description

膜剂输送裁切机构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种膜剂的裁切结构,尤其涉及到膜剂保持刚挺形状进入切刀之间裁切的膜剂输送裁切机构。
背景技术
所谓膜剂,指的是原料药物与适宜的成膜材料加工制成的膜状制剂。由于膜状制剂具有给药途径广,药物在成膜材料中分布均匀、含量准确,稳定性好以及体积小,质量轻,应用、携带和运输方便的优点,随着科技的发展,越来越多的药物均制成膜剂。对于成型后的膜剂,要经过裁切、包装等工序,还需要对膜剂进行输送;膜剂不同于一般的薄膜材料,由于其中含有药物成分,其制成膜剂后,具有柔韧性、软的特性,因此,对成型后的膜剂进行输送时,不宜采用牵引辊等之类的输送机构予以输送,这样会很容易将膜剂拉伸,造成切片后的膜剂药物成分含量发生改变。而如果将膜剂采用后置动力辊进行输送,则膜剂是非常柔软的材料,无法直接送到目标位置。因此,本申请人发明了一种使得膜剂在输送过程中保持一定刚度而不易弯曲的膜剂输送机构,该膜剂输送机构已经另案申请专利,在下文还会述及。这种膜剂输送机构对膜剂进行输送后,需要将膜剂横切,才能将其包装入盒;而这种膜剂输送机构对膜剂进行处理后,保持其刚度的膜剂长度是有效的,而裁切装置与这种膜剂输送机构的还具有一端具有,因而,单单依靠该膜剂输送机构还难以保持其刚度,直到将其送到裁切装置。
发明内容
鉴于背景技术存在的不足,本发明要解决的技术问题提供一种保持膜剂刚挺的性状输送裁切的膜剂输送裁切机构。
为此,本发明是采用如下技术方案来完成的:一种膜剂输送裁切机构,具有机架,所述机架上设置有可升降的刀架,所述机架上固定有下切刀,所述刀架上安装有上切刀,其特征在于所述上、下切刀的膜剂进入一侧设有导向装置,所述导向装置包括具有上凸弧面的进片导板,所述上凸弧面的上方设有导针,所述导针设置在上凸弧面最高点的对称两侧,且导针与上凸弧面之间具有膜剂进入的间隙。
所述进片导板的进入侧设有膜剂送料装置,所述膜剂送料装置具有可转动的主动轴和从动轴,所述主动轴与从动轴平行设置,所述主动轴与驱动装置连接,所述主动轴上固定具有圆弧面的转动体,所述从动轴上套设有具有突出弧面的O型圈,所述O型圈设置在转动体圆弧面最高点的对称两侧。
所述上凸弧面在进片导板上均匀间隔布置,每处所述上凸弧面上方均相应地对称设置有所述导针。
所述上下切刀的出料端设有倾斜的导料板。
所述从动轴上安装有套环,所述O型圈紧套在套环上。
本发明的这种结构,膜剂经过膜剂送料装置,使得膜剂具有一定的刚度后,再经过进片导板的上凸弧面与导针之间,保持其刚挺的性状,直至输送到上切刀与下切刀之间等待裁切,避免膜剂材料在输送过程中因为柔软粘性等出现黏连弯曲而无法进入上下切刀而影响裁切,具有良好的稳定输送裁切功能。

具体实施方式
参照附图,这种膜剂输送裁切机构,具有机架1,所述机架1上设置有可升降的刀架2,所述机架1上固定有下切刀6,所述刀架2上安装有上切刀5,且所述刀架2与驱动气缸3连接,所述上、下切刀5、6的膜剂进入一侧设有导向装置,所述导向装置包括具有上凸弧面9的进片导板4,所述上凸弧面9的上方设有导针19,所述导针10设置在上凸弧面9最高点的对称两侧,且导针10与上凸弧面9之间具有膜剂进入的间隙,所述上凸弧面9在进片导板4上均匀间隔布置,每处所述上凸弧面9上方均相应地对称设置有所述导针10,便于多条膜剂进入进片导板4,输入后同时裁切,以提高其生产效率。其中,在所述进片导板4的进入侧设有膜剂送料装置7,所述膜剂送料装置7具有可转动的主动轴13和从动轴14,所述主动轴13与从动轴14平行设置,所述主动轴13与驱动装置连接,所述主动轴13上固定具有圆弧面的转动体17,所述从动轴14上套设有具有突出弧面的O型圈16,所述O型圈16设置在转动体17圆弧面最高点的对称两侧,该转动体17设置的个数与上述的上凸弧面9相同,本实施例中,进片导板4上的上凸弧面9和转动体17均设置有五个,其转动体7依次相连,且套装在主动轴13上的,五个转动体7套装在主动轴13上后,在左右两端的转动体17外侧面固定定位圈19,就将所有的转动体17予以固定;由于从动轴14的直径比O型圈16直径小得多,因此,在所述从动轴16上安装有套环15,所述O型圈16紧套在套环15上,便于更换和安装。在所述上下切刀5、6的出料端设有倾斜的导料板8。
本发明工作时,当膜剂经过膜剂送料装置7时,在膜剂经过转动体17上时,在移动气缸18的作用下,推动移动架12将从动轴14下移,从而使得从动轴14上的O型圈16压向转动体17,而使得膜剂出来后成为横断面为圆弧形的薄膜进行输送,由于该横断面为圆弧形的膜剂具有一定的刚度,不易弯曲,因此,随着主动轴13的传动,该薄膜顺利进入到进片导板4上的上凸弧面9与导针10之间,在上凸弧面9与导针10的作用下,仍然保持其刚度,使其刚挺地进入到上切刀5与下切刀6之间,上切刀5的刀架2在驱动气缸3的驱动下向下移动,当上切刀5与下切刀6接触时,便将膜剂进行横切,横切后的膜剂落在倾斜的导板8上,经过导板8滑向下方的包装容器内。
本发明的这种结构,对于10-50毫米宽度的膜剂来说特别适用,避免了由于其柔软易弯曲且具有粘性的原因,而无法输送到切刀进行裁切。特别适用于制药行业的膜剂生产商。

Claims (5)

1.一种膜剂输送裁切机构,具有机架(1),所述机架(1)上设置有可升降的刀架(2),所述机架(1)上固定有下切刀(6),所述刀架(2)上安装有上切刀(5),其特征在于所述上、下切刀(5,6)的膜剂进入一侧设有导向装置,所述导向装置包括具有上凸弧面(9)的进片导板(4),所述上凸弧面(9)的上方设有导针(10),所述导针(10)设置在上凸弧面(9)最高点的对称两侧,且导针(10)与上凸弧面(9)之间具有膜剂进入的间隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的膜剂输送裁切机构,其特征在于所述进片导板(4)的进入侧设有膜剂送料装置(7),所述膜剂送料装置(7)具有可转动的主动轴(13)和从动轴(14),所述主动轴(13)与从动轴(14)平行设置,所述主动轴(13)与驱动装置连接,所述主动轴(13)上固定具有圆弧面的转动体(17),所述从动轴(14)上套设有具有突出弧面的O型圈(16),所述O型圈(16)设置在转动体(17)圆弧面最高点的对称两侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的膜剂输送裁切机构,其特征在于所述上凸弧面(9)在进片导板(4)上均匀间隔布置,每处所述上凸弧面(9)上方均相应地对称设置有所述导针(10)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的膜剂输送裁切机构,其特征在于所述上、下切刀(5,6)的出料端设有倾斜的导料板(8)。
5.根据权利要求2所述的膜剂输送裁切机构,其特征在于所述从动轴(14)上安装有套环(15),所述O型圈(16)紧套在套环(15)上。
