Abstract

La présente invention concerne un organe enfichable comprenant une carte de circuit imprimé et un connecteur enfichable. Le connecteur enfichable est brasé à plat sur la carte de circuit imprimé. L'invention concerne également un connecteur enfichable et un procédé de fabrication dudit organe enfichable.

Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif enfichable comprenant
    - une plaquette de circuit imprimé (102);
    - un connecteur (101) qui est soudé sur la plaquette de circuit imprimé (102);
    caractérisé en ce que le connecteur est un contact femelle plat d'exécution en montage en surface, et en ce que le connecteur est soudé de manière plane sur la plaquette de circuit imprimé, le connecteur étant ménagé pour des courants électriques supérieurs à 2,5 A, et en ce que la plaquette de circuit imprimé (102) comprend une plaquette de circuit imprimé flexible, notamment une platine ou une plaquette de circuit imprimé souple.
  2. Dispositif enfichable selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la plaquette de circuit imprimé (102) présente au moins deux lignes qui sont connectées à au moins un connecteur (101).
  3. Dispositif enfichable selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le connecteur (101) est soudé sur la plaquette de circuit imprimé dans un procédé par refusion.
  4. Dispositif enfichable selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la plaquette de circuit imprimé (102) est soudée de manière fixe sur une seconde plaquette de circuit imprimé.
  5. Dispositif enfichable selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel plusieurs connecteurs (101) sont regroupés au moyen d'une pièce de raccordement.
  6. Dispositif enfichable selon la revendication 5, dans lequel la pièce de raccordement est une pièce de raccordement plastique.
  7. Dispositif enfichable selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel plusieurs connecteurs (101) sont disposés sur deux faces de la plaquette de circuit imprimé (102).
  8. Procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif enfichable selon la revendication 1, comprenant les étapes :
    - au moins un connecteur (101) est posé de manière plane sur une plaquette de circuit imprimé flexible (102), notamment sur une plaquette de circuit imprimé souple ;
    - l'au moins un connecteur (101) est soudé à la plaquette de circuit imprimé (102).
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, dans lequel l'au moins un connecteur (101) est soudé dans un procédé par refusion.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 8, dans lequel l'au moins un connecteur (101) est fixé sur la plaquette de circuit imprimé (102) à l'aide d'une possibilité de fixation.
