Claims (11)
- Procédé d'affichage au moins temporairement d'un avancement d'un programme de travail ayant une pluralité d'étapes dans un espace de cuisson, au moyen d'éléments d'affichage (10, 12, 14, 20, 22, 24, 26), lesquels sont tous simultanément affichés sur un dispositif d'affichage (1) pendant le déroulement du programme de travail, où est également affichée l'étape respectivement dans laquelle se trouve le programme de travail, et chaque étape est sélectionnée dans une première pluralité d'étapes de programme, définie par un mode de service de l'appareil de cuisson, et une deuxième pluralité d'étapes d'instruction pour amener un opérateur de l'appareil de cuisson à une action déterminée, de sorte que• les étapes sont réparties en au moins deux catégories, en étapes de programme d'une part et en étape d'instruction d'autre part, et• à chaque étape du programme de travail est associé au moins un élément d'affichage (10, 12, 14, 20, 22, 24, 26), où- chaque élément d'affichage (10, 12, 14, 20, 22, 24, 26) présentant au moins une variable caractéristique, en
au moins une première variable caractéristique caractérisé des éléments d'affichage (20, 22, 24, 26) de la première pluralité, et

en ce que les étapes d'instruction demandent d'un chargement d'un aliment à cuire, d'un embrochage d'un capteur de température à coeur, d'un ré-embrochage d'un capteur de température à coeur, d'un retournement d'un aliment à cuire, d'une découpe d'un aliment à cuire, d'un mélange d'un aliment à cuire, d'un déplacement d'un aliment à cuire ou d'un retrait d'un aliment à cuire. - Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé
en ce que chaque variable caractéristique est représentée par au moins un graphique, au moins un caractère alphanumérique, au moins une animation, au moins une image, au moins un symbole, au moins un pictogramme, au moins une luminosité, au moins une couleur et/ou au moins une forme. - Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé
en ce qu'au moins une troisième variable caractéristique caractérisé des éléments d'affichage d'étapes exécutables successivement, où, préférentiellement, chaque troisième variable caractéristique étant définie par au moins une forme, en particulier un contour extérieur. - Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé
en ce qu'en plus de l'élément d'affichage (10, 12, 14, 20, 22, 24, 26) d'au moins une étape, au moins une autre variable caractéristique est affichée pendant l'exécution de celle-ci. - Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé

en ce que les étapes et/ou les éléments d'affichage (10, 12, 14, 20, 22, 24, 26) peuvent être prescrits, modifiés et/ou sauvegardés par un opérateur. - Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé
en ce que l'ordre des étapes du programme de travail peut être modifié, préférentiellement en cas d'utilisation d'un écran tactile comme dispositif d'affichage (1) une modification étant permise par activation tactile/traction. - Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé
en ce qu'une plausibilité de l'ordre des étapes d'un programme de travail est contrôlée, préférentiellement par contrôle des troisièmes variables caractéristiques respectivement, où en particulier en cas de défaut de plausibilité au moins un avertissement étant émis sous la forme d'au moins un signal optique et/ou caractéristique.
