Definitions
- the invention relates to a cistern, in particular flush-mounted cistern, for a toilet or urinal with a Spülkasten endeavor and arranged in Spülkastenanalysis filling body for the cistern, with a housing and at least one housing disposed in the chamber, which defines a filling volume, wherein the housing in the lower region of the at least one chamber has an opening mounted in the intended condition downwardly opening, which is arranged such that the at least one chamber in the intended installed state with flushing water and / or air can be filled, and wherein the housing in the upper region of at least a chamber has another opening.
- a packing and such a cistern are known from the FR 2 784 128 A1 ,
- Cisterns especially flush-mounted cisterns for toilet or urinal basin, are known in various designs.
- Conventional cisterns have a Spülkastenianu which is provided with a water connection, a float, a drain valve and a Spülrohran gleich.
- the in Spülkastenianu located flushing water released and flows through the standing with the float operatively connected drain valve. Once the minimum level for this flushing is achieved, the float, which has also moved downwardly through the lowered water level in the cistern body, causes the drain valve to close.
- the functional principle of many existing today on the market drain valves and the associated floats, is designed to close depending on the set, desired Spüliganmenge, depending on Spülkasteniganstand as follows.
- the cistern starts the process from the highest water level in the cistern body and always uses the highest geodetic level for flushing.
- the filling volumes of the SpülkastenMech are usually adjustable to 2.5 Jardinmengen between 4.5 and 9 liters. For example, a 9-liter cistern body flushes from 9 liters to 3 liters when adjusting a large flush volume of 6 liters, or from 4.5 liters to 4.5 liters of residual water level when setting a large flush volume of 4.5 liters.
- the fill valve must be subsequently adjusted differently so that the cistern body fills with a smaller amount of flush water.
- the problem is, however, that to achieve smaller amounts of water in this way, the geodetic water level of the Spülkasten stressess and thus inevitably the flushing capacity of the cistern is reduced, which adversely affects the flushing of the toilet or urinal.
- Another way to achieve a reduction in water volume is to design a new cistern designed specifically for the geodetic water level and corresponding water volumes, such as the development of a cistern body with only 3.5 liters of water. Although in such a cistern, the geodetic water level can be maintained compared to larger cisterns.
- it is disadvantageous that in the event that it turns out after installation that the drainage pipe system is not tuned to this relatively small flushing amount of, for example, 3.5 liters, there is no way to increase the filling volume in the Spülkasten emotions again, without the Cistern is replaced by another model and, in the case of a concealed cistern, the wall must be re-pried.
- FR 2 784 128 A1 are outside the cistern a valve and an actuating mechanism for the valve, the one by the weight of a person transmits conditional load of the toilet seat on the valve and this opens, arranged and thus exposed to the risk of deliberate manipulation or damage.
- the valve allows in the open state, the flooding of the chamber of the packing, whereas in the closed state of the valve flooding is prevented. A manipulation or damage of the actuating mechanism or the valve can thus adversely affect the function of the filling body and thus of the cistern.
- the previously derived and indicated object is according to a first teaching of the present invention in a cistern, especially concealed cistern, for a toilet or urinal with a Spülkasten endeavor and arranged in Spülkastenanalysis filling body for the cistern, with a housing and at least one in Housing arranged chamber which defines a filling volume, wherein the housing has in the lower part of the at least one chamber in the intended installed state downwardly facing opening, which is arranged such that the at least one chamber in the intended installed state with rinse water and / or air is fillable, and wherein the housing in the upper region of the at least one chamber has a further opening, achieved in that the filler body further comprises a plug, with which the further opening is closable, so that when the further opening is closed by the plug, the at least one chamber is filled in the intended installed state when filling the cistern with air and displaces water, and, if the other opening is not closed by the plug, the at least one chamber is flooded with water in the intended
- Embodiments of the cistern are the subject of the dependent claims.
- the filling element according to the invention has the advantage that it can displace the rinsing water present in the cistern when it is installed as intended if at least one chamber in the housing of the filling body is filled with air. Through the at least one opening, an exchange of air and rinse water can take place within the chamber, in other words, the amount of air within the housing of the filler can be regulated. The less air and the more water in the housing, the greater the usable flushing water volume in Spülkasten emotions.
- At least two chambers are arranged in the housing of the filling body, wherein the one chamber preferably has a larger filling volume than the other chamber.
- the one chamber preferably has a larger filling volume than the other chamber.
- the smaller chamber can be refilled with air during the next rinsing process, which is preferably done automatically by a water level lowered to below the filling body after rinsing, and the second larger chamber be flooded with rinse water. If this is still not enough, then both or all existing chambers can be flooded.
- the housing may be formed bottomless, wherein the non-existing bottom forms the opening of the chamber.
- a further opening which is closable. The further opening can be closed with a stopper, in particular a rotatable stopper.
- the adaptation of the maximum amount of flushing water in Spülkasten analyses can then be done in the following manner. If, for example, a filling body with a smaller and a larger chamber is provided, the first two openings can initially remain closed when the cistern is put into operation for the first time, which means that both chambers are completely filled with air and the maximum volume of water in the cistern body is the smallest possible value accepts.
- the housing of the filling body can be provided with holding means for fixing in the cistern.
- a holding means for a guide groove are conceivable, which can cooperate with corresponding projections in the cistern, in particular on the inside of the Spülkasten emotionss.
- a projection may be provided which cooperates with the water connection pipe of the cistern, in particular in such a way that buoyancy of an air-filled filling body is prevented when filled with rinse water Spülkasten endeavor.
- the mutually cooperating guide groove and projections prevent pivoting of the filling body within the Spülkastenographies.
- the projections may also be provided on the filler body and corresponding guide groove on the Spülkastenianu.
- the housing of the packing at least partially made of plastic, in particular PP (polypropylene) exist.
- a filler made of plastic can be made in a particularly simple manner, in particular airtight and with a long shelf life.
- the filler body can be releasably fixed in the Spülkastenianu, preferably by means of the previously described arranged on the inside of the Spülkasten réelles projections and / or corresponding guide groove.
- This makes it possible to subsequently mount or dismantle a corresponding filler.
- the Spülkasten réelle can also be integrally formed with the filler.
- an adaptation of the maximum water volume in the Spülkastenisson analyses can be achieved in a particularly simple manner by the fact that the chambers of the filling body are provided on the upper side with closable openings and are permanently open on its underside.
- the chambers of the filling body are provided on the upper side with closable openings and are permanently open on its underside.
- it is advantageous according to a further embodiment of the cistern according to the invention if the upper opening of each chamber lies completely below the water surface of the rinsing water present in the cistern body in the maximally filled state of the cistern body.
- the lower opening of each chamber lies completely above the water surface of the rinsing water which may still be present in the cistern body.
- Fig. 1 is a packing 1 with a cistern 2, as in Fig. 3 is shown, wherein the filler body 1 has a housing 3 and two arranged in the housing 3 chambers 4a and 4b.
- Fig. 2 As in Fig. 2 can be seen, define the two chambers 4a and 4b respectively different filling volumes, the chamber 4a namely a larger F 1 and the chamber 4b a smaller filling volume F 2nd
- the housing 3 in the illustrated case has four openings which are arranged such that the two chambers 4a and 4b can be filled with rinsing water and / or air in the intended installed state of the filling body.
- the larger chamber 4a has on its underside an opening 5a, which is formed by the fact that the housing 3 has been dispensed with a bottom.
- the smaller chamber 4b on its underside, by also having dispensed with a bottom, an opening 5b.
- Above the chamber 4a is also a closable with a stopper 7a opening 6a and above the smaller chamber 4b also closable with a stopper 7b opening 6b is provided.
- the housing 3 has lateral guide groove 8, which with corresponding projections 9, as Fig. 3 shows, are formed on the inside of the Spülkasten stressess 10, cooperate.
- a corresponding filling body 1 can be used in a simple manner on site.
- a projection 11 is further formed as a further holding means, which, as in Fig. 3 is shown, presses from below against the water connection pipe 12.
- the projection 11 prevents filled cistern 2, that in the case that the chambers 4a and 4b are filled with air, the filler body 1 floats.
- the guide groove 8 and corresponding projections 9 furthermore prevent the filling body 1 from being able to move laterally within the cistern body 10.
- the operation of the filling body 1, which consists of plastic here, and the operation of the cistern 2 equipped therewith is the following.
- the chamber 4a and 4b initially closed at its top by the plugs 7a and 7b and therefore permanently filled with air.
- the achievable maximum water volume in SpülkastenMech 10 is thereby reduced by the filling volume F 1 and the filling volume F 2 of the two chambers 4a and 4b.
- the respective chamber 4a or 4b can be flooded with flushing water by removing the respective plug 7a or 7b. For example, first the plug 7b can be removed from the opening 6b of the smaller chamber 4b, whereas the other chamber 4a still remains closed at the top. The maximum volume of water in the cistern 10 is thus reduced only by the filling volume F 1 of the filling body 1.
- the larger chamber 4a can be flooded with rinsing water by removing the plug 7a or only the larger chamber 4a can be flooded, while the smaller chamber 4b can again be flooded with it the stopper 7b is closed at the top, so that the next flushing in the deflated state of Spülkasten stressess 10, the previously located in the chamber 4b flushing water flows through the lower opening 5b and thereby the chamber 4b is permanently filled with air again.
- the maximum volume of water given in the intended use can easily be adapted to the personal and local conditions.

Cisterns, especially flush-mounted cisterns for toilet or urinal basin, are known in various designs. Conventional cisterns have a Spülkastenkörper which is provided with a water connection, a float, a drain valve and a Spülrohranschluss. When a rinse triggered by the user via a button, the in Spülkastenkörper located flushing water released and flows through the standing with the float operatively connected drain valve. Once the minimum level for this flushing is achieved, the float, which has also moved downwardly through the lowered water level in the cistern body, causes the drain valve to close.
The functional principle of many existing today on the market drain valves and the associated floats, is designed to close depending on the set, desired Spülwassermenge, depending on Spülkastenwasserstand as follows. The cistern starts the process from the highest water level in the cistern body and always uses the highest geodetic level for flushing. The filling volumes of the Spülkastenkörper are usually adjustable to Großspülmengen between 4.5 and 9 liters. For example, a 9-liter cistern body flushes from 9 liters to 3 liters when adjusting a large flush volume of 6 liters, or from 4.5 liters to 4.5 liters of residual water level when setting a large flush volume of 4.5 liters.
If it is desired to further reduce the large volume flush volume for further water savings, the fill valve must be subsequently adjusted differently so that the cistern body fills with a smaller amount of flush water. The problem is, however, that to achieve smaller amounts of water in this way, the geodetic water level of the Spülkastenkörpers and thus inevitably the flushing capacity of the cistern is reduced, which adversely affects the flushing of the toilet or urinal.
Another way to achieve a reduction in water volume is to design a new cistern designed specifically for the geodetic water level and corresponding water volumes, such as the development of a cistern body with only 3.5 liters of water. Although in such a cistern, the geodetic water level can be maintained compared to larger cisterns. However, it is disadvantageous that in the event that it turns out after installation that the drainage pipe system is not tuned to this relatively small flushing amount of, for example, 3.5 liters, there is no way to increase the filling volume in the Spülkastenkörper again, without the Cistern is replaced by another model and, in the case of a concealed cistern, the wall must be re-pried.

It is therefore the object of the present invention to ensure a perfect function of adjusting the Spülwassermenge with simple means in a cistern.
The previously derived and indicated object is according to a first teaching of the present invention in a cistern, especially concealed cistern, for a toilet or urinal with a Spülkastenkörper and arranged in Spülkastenkörper filling body for the cistern, with a housing and at least one in Housing arranged chamber which defines a filling volume, wherein the housing has in the lower part of the at least one chamber in the intended installed state downwardly facing opening, which is arranged such that the at least one chamber in the intended installed state with rinse water and / or air is fillable, and wherein the housing in the upper region of the at least one chamber has a further opening, achieved in that the filler body further comprises a plug, with which the further opening is closable, so that when the further opening is closed by the plug, the at least one chamber is filled in the intended installed state when filling the cistern with air and displaces water, and, if the other opening is not closed by the plug, the at least one chamber is flooded with water in the intended state when filling the cistern.
Ausgestaltungen des Spülkastens sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.Embodiments of the cistern are the subject of the dependent claims.
The filling element according to the invention has the advantage that it can displace the rinsing water present in the cistern when it is installed as intended if at least one chamber in the housing of the filling body is filled with air. Through the at least one opening, an exchange of air and rinse water can take place within the chamber, in other words, the amount of air within the housing of the filler can be regulated. The less air and the more water in the housing, the greater the usable flushing water volume in Spülkastenkörper. By filling the body according to the invention, it is possible to initially fill the cistern at first while maintaining a maximum air filling the at least one Füllkörperkammer with rinse water, so for example, a maximum water volume of 3.5 liters is achieved in Spülkastenkörper, and then, if necessary, the To adapt maximum water volume to the personal and / or local conditions, by the first completely filled with air chamber or one of several chambers or all chambers flushes with rinse water until the desired maximum water volume in Spülkastenkörper is reached.
According to one embodiment of the cistern according to the invention at least two chambers are arranged in the housing of the filling body, wherein the one chamber preferably has a larger filling volume than the other chamber. In this way, a particularly simple adaptation to the personal or local conditions of technical loans is feasible by, for example, initially only one of the chambers is completely flooded with water, wherein the previously located therein air escapes, thereby increasing the maximum water volume to a first value becomes. Here it makes sense, for example, first to flood the smaller bracket. If it then turns out that this does not yet lead to the desired result, the smaller chamber can be refilled with air during the next rinsing process, which is preferably done automatically by a water level lowered to below the filling body after rinsing, and the second larger chamber be flooded with rinse water. If this is still not enough, then both or all existing chambers can be flooded.
In order to allow the flooding of the respective chamber or chambers in the simplest possible way, the housing of the filling body in the lower region of the at least one chamber, in particular below the at least one chamber, a downwardly facing opening. In this case, the housing may be formed bottomless, wherein the non-existing bottom forms the opening of the chamber. Further has the housing in the upper region of the at least one chamber, in particular above the at least one chamber, a further opening which is closable. The further opening can be closed with a stopper, in particular a rotatable stopper.
The adaptation of the maximum amount of flushing water in Spülkastenkörper can then be done in the following manner. If, for example, a filling body with a smaller and a larger chamber is provided, the first two openings can initially remain closed when the cistern is put into operation for the first time, which means that both chambers are completely filled with air and the maximum volume of water in the cistern body is the smallest possible value accepts. If the maximum water volume to be increased to the next higher value, so before the next flushing the upper opening of the smaller chamber can be permanently opened by removing, for example, a plug, whereby the chamber is flooded, while the larger chamber is still filled with air , An even higher value for the maximum water volume can be achieved by closing the upper opening of the smaller chamber again with the stopper and instead opening the upper opening of the larger chamber. During the next flushing process, the smaller chamber fills with air through its lower opening, while the larger chamber is again flooded permanently with water. If the maximum volume of water thus obtained is still insufficient, both chambers can also be opened by removing the plugs.
According to yet another embodiment of the cistern according to the invention, the housing of the filling body can be provided with holding means for fixing in the cistern. As a holding means for a guide groove are conceivable, which can cooperate with corresponding projections in the cistern, in particular on the inside of the Spülkastenkörpers. As a further holding means, a projection may be provided which cooperates with the water connection pipe of the cistern, in particular in such a way that buoyancy of an air-filled filling body is prevented when filled with rinse water Spülkastenkörper. The mutually cooperating guide groove and projections prevent pivoting of the filling body within the Spülkastenkörpers. Of course, the projections may also be provided on the filler body and corresponding guide groove on the Spülkastenkörper.
According to yet another embodiment, the housing of the packing at least partially made of plastic, in particular PP (polypropylene) exist. A filler made of plastic can be made in a particularly simple manner, in particular airtight and with a long shelf life.
According to one embodiment of the cistern according to the invention, the filler body can be releasably fixed in the Spülkastenkörper, preferably by means of the previously described arranged on the inside of the Spülkastenkörpers projections and / or corresponding guide groove. This makes it possible to subsequently mount or dismantle a corresponding filler. Of course, it is also possible to produce a cistern with pre-assembled packing in which the filler is preferably permanently mounted. The Spülkastenkörper can also be integrally formed with the filler.
As described above, an adaptation of the maximum water volume in the Spülkastenkörper can be achieved in a particularly simple manner by the fact that the chambers of the filling body are provided on the upper side with closable openings and are permanently open on its underside. Especially for this case, which is not mandatory, it is advantageous according to a further embodiment of the cistern according to the invention, if the upper opening of each chamber lies completely below the water surface of the rinsing water present in the cistern body in the maximally filled state of the cistern body. In addition, it is advantageous if, in the deflated state, the lower opening of each chamber lies completely above the water surface of the rinsing water which may still be present in the cistern body. In this way, the user needs to adjust the maximum water volume only one or more of the upper openings or close, which automatically filled with flushing water in the fully filled state of Spülkastenkörper the open-topped chambers and whereby after flushing in the deflated state of Spülkastenkörpers Automatically fill with air at the top of closed chambers.

Furthermore, the

At the first start-up of the
If the maximum water volume is not sufficient for optimum flushing, the respective chamber 4a or 4b can be flooded with flushing water by removing the
If the maximum water volume is still insufficient then either the larger chamber 4a can be flooded with rinsing water by removing the
