Claims (16)

  1. Procédé pour conditionner un matelas dans un emballage, comprenant les étapes consistant à :
    - utiliser un premier transporteur (2) pour faire avancer le matelas (M) et un second transporteur (3) pour recevoir et transférer le matelas afin de former une surface de support de matelas (45, 13-14) et former une ouverture de séparation (75) entre lesdits transporteurs de sorte qu'elle puisse être pontée par un matelas qui est déplacé d'un transporteur à l'autre par des moyens de déplacement adaptés (22, 13-14, 45),
    - utiliser au-dessus desdits transporteurs une bobine (39) d'une feuille (38) qui peut être scellée à chaud et dont une extrémité est jointe à un élément de fixation (90) qui est guidé à travers ladite ouverture,
    - utiliser des moyens (94-106) pour s'engager sur ledit élément et le manoeuvrer afin de fixer la feuille (38) entre une position qui s'étend en dessous de ladite surface de support (45, 13-14) et dans laquelle ladite feuille est étendue à travers ladite ouverture (75), et une position qui s'étend au-dessus de ladite surface de support jusqu'à une hauteur telle qu'elle permette le passage d'un matelas (M) entre ladite surface de support et ledit élément de fixation (90),
    - utiliser au-dessus de ladite surface de support des moyens de scellage à chaud et de découpe (72-73, 76-77) qui peuvent être actionnés en synchronisme avec ledit élément de fixation et lesdits moyens de déplacement de matelas pour
    - retenir, dans une première étape de fonctionnement, l'élément de fixation (90) en dessous de la surface de support et entraîner l'avancement du matelas du premier transporteur (2) vers le second transporteur (3) afin d'assurer l'enroulement de ladite feuille en boucle autour dudit matelas et la fermeture périmétrique par scellage à chaud et découpe de ladite feuille et la formation d'un premier emballage, qui est séparé de la feuille déroulée de ladite bobine,
    - soulever, dans une deuxième étape, l'élément de fixation de feuille (90) au-dessus de la surface de support (45, 13-14) et transférer le matelas sur le transporteur d'avancement (2),
    - ramener, dans une troisième étape, ledit élément de fixation en dessous de la surface de support (45, 13-14) et,
    - dans une quatrième étape, effectuer l'avancement du matelas sur le deuxième transporteur de réception et de transfert (3) afin d'enrouler une deuxième feuille autour du premier emballage et d'effectuer le scellage à chaud et la découpe consécutifs de la feuille, formant ainsi un deuxième emballage qui est séparé du premier.
  2. Appareil pour conditionner un matelas dans un emballage, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un premier transporteur (2) pour faire avancer le matelas et un deuxième transporteur (3) afin de recevoir et de transférer le matelas, lesdits transporteurs formant une surface de support (45, 13-14) et étant séparés l'un de l'autre par une ouverture (75), des moyens (34-37, 43-49) pour actionner lesdits transporteurs afin de transférer ledit matelas d'un transporteur à l'autre par pontage de ladite ouverture, une structure (55) pour supporter une bobine (39) pour une feuille (38) qui peut être scellée à chaud au-dessus desdits transporteurs, des moyens (94-101) pour s'engager sur un élément (90) pour fixer l'extrémité de la feuille déroulée de ladite bobine, des moyens (89) pour guider ledit élément de fixation à travers ladite ouverture entre une position inférieure, qui s'étend en dessous de ladite surface de support et dans laquelle ladite feuille est étendue à travers ladite ouverture, et une position supérieure, qui s'étend au-dessus de ladite surface de support jusqu'à une hauteur permettant le passage d'un matelas entre ladite surface de support (45, 13-14) et ledit élément de fixation (90), des moyens de scellage à chaud (76, 72-73) aménagés au-dessus de ladite surface de support, lesdits moyens prévus pour actionner l'élément de fixation, pour sceller à chaud et découper et pour déplacer le matelas étant fonctionnellement coordonnés de sorte que, dans une première étape, l'élément de fixation (90) étant aménagé sous la surface de support, le matelas soit transféré du premier transporteur d'avancement (2) vers le deuxième transporteur de réception et de transfert (3), assurant ainsi l'enroulement et la fermeture en boucle par scellage à chaud et découpe de ladite feuille autour dudit matelas et la formation d'un premier emballage ; dans une deuxième étape, l'élément de fixation est élevé au-dessus de la surface de support et le matelas est ramené sur le transporteur d'avancement (2) ; dans une troisième étape, l'élément de fixation (90) est à nouveau abaissé en dessous de la surface de support afin d'étendre à nouveau ladite feuille à travers ladite ouverture (75) ; dans une quatrième étape, le matelas est à nouveau transféré sur le transporteur de réception et de transfert (3) et l'on termine l'enroulement d'une deuxième feuille autour du premier emballage, le scellage à chaud et la découpe de la feuille, avec formation d'un deuxième emballage qui n'est pas raccorde au premier.
  3. Appareil selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit premier transporteur d'avancement (2) comprend deux séries de galets (13, 14), qui forment des lits de galets respectifs entre lesquels il reste une ouverture (15) et un poussoir (22) qui peut se déplacer le long de ladite ouverture et est adapté pour opérer sur le matelas (M) à conditionner, qui est déposé sur lesdits galets, pour transférer ledit matelas sur ledit deuxième transporteur (3).
  4. Appareil selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que lesdits galets (13, 14) peuvent tourner librement pendant l'avancement du poussoir (22) dans le sens (A) pour le transfert du matelas vers ledit deuxième transporteur (3) et peuvent être actionnés de manière positive dans le sens opposé (B) lorsque le matelas revient du deuxième transporteur sur lesdits lits de galets (13, 14).
  5. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 et 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit poussoir (22) est constitue d'une barre (23), qui peut se déplacer au-dessus du lit de galet (13, 14) et est raccordée à un coulisseau (17) qui peut coulisser sur des guides (102) aménagés en dessous dudit lit de galets et est actionne avec un mouvement réversible.
  6. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les galets (13, 14) de chaque série sont actionnés par un moteur à engrenage (36, 37), qui actionne lesdits galets à l'aide d'une transmission qui comprend un arbre (34, 35) qui est supporté à angles droits avec lesdits galets et est raccordée à ceux-ci par des courroies respectives (38).
  7. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif (25) d'alimentation en matelas est associé audit transporteur d'avancement (2) et est du type avec des courroies (25), dont l'extrémité destinée au déchargement des matelas s'étend au-dessus desdits lits de galets.
  8. Appareil selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit transporteur de réception et de transfert (3) comprend une pluralité de courroies horizontales (45) en contact coulissant sur une dalle de support (48), qui forment un plan qui est sensiblement coplanaire par rapport au plan des galets (13, 14), lesdites courroies étant actionnées par un moteur à engrenage réversible (49).
  9. Appareil selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une plaque (64), qui est supportée au-dessus de ladite dalle (48) et forme avec elle un compartiment pour recevoir le matelas à conditionner, des moyens (60-65) étant mis en oeuvre pour l'actionnement de ladite plaque d'une position relevée dans une position abaissée pour comprimer le matelas.
  10. Appareil selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que des moyens de scellage à chaud (72, 73) sont aménagés latéralement sur ladite plaque (64) pour sceller à chaud les bords latéraux de la feuille de conditionnement enroulée autour dudit matelas disposé dans ledit compartiment.
  11. Appareil selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que lesdites barres de scellage à chaud (72, 73) sont supportées sur des chariots (67), qui sont aménagés sur les côtés dudit plan avec les courroies (45) et à une distance réglable de celui-ci.
  12. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 11, caractérisé en ce que ladite structure (55) comprend deux colonnes (51), au sommet desquelles sont supportés des galets pour supporter au moins une bobine (39) pour une feuille destinée à former l'emballage, une première paire de guides (89) associée verticalement auxdites colonnes (51) pour guider les extrémités opposées d'une tige (90) qui constitue ledit élément pour fixer la feuille (38), une deuxième paire de guides (102), parallèle à la première (89), pour guider des blocs coulissants (103) respectifs afin de supporter des dispositifs d'actionnement (104) qui actionnent des éléments (106) pour s'engager sur les extrémités de ladite tige (90), où lesdits blocs coulissants peuvent être actionnés par lesdits moyens (94-101) afin que ladite tige puisse être soulevée et abaissée entre une position qui s'étend en dessous dudit lit de galets et une position qui s'étend au-dessus dudit lit de galets à une hauteur qui est supérieure à l'épaisseur du matelas.
  13. Appareil selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce qu'une deuxième bobine (112) pour une feuille (115) est aménagée sur ladite structure (55), ladite feuille (115) ayant une extrémité qui est fixée à une deuxième tige (116), dont les extrémités opposées sont guidés à coulissement à l'intérieur du même guide (89) de ladite première tige (90), des moyens d'arrêt (119, 120) étant mis en oeuvre pour retenir lesdites tiges à une hauteur, par rapport à la surface de support, qui est supérieure à l'épaisseur du matelas, et étant commandés par des moyens de commande afin de permettre la libération individuelle desdits éléments d'engagement (106).
  14. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 et 13, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'arrêt comprennent des bras (119, 120), qui sont actionnés par des dispositifs d'actionnement (117, 118) raccordés ensemble à ladite structure (55) entre une position de support et une position de libération desdites tiges (90, 116).
  15. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 14, caractérisé en ce qu'une roue dentée (108, 121) est clavetée sur les extrémités opposées de chaque tige (90, 116) et en ce que lesdits éléments d'engagement sont constitués d'une fourche (106), à laquelle un secteur denté (122) est associé à coulissement et qui est actionnée par un dispositif d'actionnement (124) entre une position pour s'engager sur ladite roue dentée (108, 121) afin de bloquer la rotation de ladite tige (90, 116) et une position pour effectuer un désengagement de ladite roue dentée (108, 121) afin de permettre la rotation de ladite tige (90, 116).
  16. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 15, caractérisé en ce qu'à l'extrémité inférieure desdits premiers guides (89) se trouve un pignon (109), qui peut être actionnés par un moteur à engrenage (110) et qui est adapté pour s'engrener sur la roue dentée (108, 121) qui est clavetée sur la tige afin d'étendre ladite feuille.
