Claims (14)

  1. Procédé d'ennoblissement d'un panneau de bois ou de matériau dérivé du bois, en particulier un panneau de MDF ou HDF, ayant une face supérieure et une face inférieure, comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    a) appliquer sur la face supérieure du panneau une couche de vitrification à base de résine de mélamine ou de résine d'urée,
    b) imprimer sur la couche de vitrification un décor qui présente des couleurs résistantes à la chaleur, de préférence qui consiste en des couleurs résistantes à la chaleur,
    c) appliquer sur le décor une couche de protection à base de résine de mélamine,
    d) presser le panneau tout en faisant agir la température, jusqu'à ce que la couche de protection et la couche de vitrification fondent et se lient ensemble en incluant le décor imprimé,
    e) lors du pressage, produire des renfoncements dans la couche de protection, en utilisant une plaque de pression qui est munie d'un relief correspondant au décor.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par les étapes suivantes :
    f) appliquer au moins une couche à base de résine de mélamine sur la face inférieure du panneau,
    g) presser le panneau tout en faisant agir la température, jusqu'à ce que la couche à base de résine de mélamine fonde et se lie au panneau.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par les étapes suivantes :
    f) appliquer sur la face inférieure du panneau une couche de vitrification à base de résine de mélamine,
    g) appliquer sur la couche de vitrification une couche de couleur qui présente des couleurs résistantes à la chaleur,
    h) appliquer sur la couche de couleur une couche de protection à base de résine de mélamine,
    i) presser le panneau tout en faisant agir la température, jusqu'à ce que la couche de protection et la couche de vitrification fondent et se lient ensemble en incluant la couche de couleur.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le décor imprimé est une veinure de bois ou une surface carrelée, auquel correspondent les renfoncements.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que pour la couche de vitrification et/ou la couche de protection, on applique plusieurs couches individuelles, et l'on sèche chaque couche individuelle avant d'appliquer la suivante.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on mélange, dans la couche de protection, du corindon et/ou de la cellulose au moins en tant que constituants supplémentaires.
  7. Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'on met au moins une charge dans la couche de vitrification et/ou la couche de protection.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise en tant que charge des fibres de bois, des poudres de bois, des métaux, des matières minérales, des matières synthétiques, de la cellulose ou de la cendre.
  9. Panneau en matériau dérivé du bois, consistant en un panneau de support ayant une face supérieure et une face inférieure, la face supérieure du panneau de support présentant une couche de vitrification sur laquelle est imprimé un décor qui présente des couleurs résistantes à la chaleur, de préférence qui consiste en des couleurs résistantes à la chaleur, et le décor étant recouvert par au moins une couche de protection à base de résine de mélamine, caractérisé en ce que la couche de vitrification consiste en une résine de mélamine ou une résine d'urée, et la couche de protection présente des renfoncements correspondant au décor.
  10. Panneau en matériau dérivé du bois selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le décor est imprimé directement sur la couche de vitrification.
  11. Panneau en matériau dérivé du bois selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que la couche de protection présente du corindon ou de la cellulose au moins en tant que constituants supplémentaires.
  12. Panneau en matériau dérivé du bois selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le panneau de support consiste en du matériau OSB, avec une fine couche de finition en matériau en copeaux, MDF ou HDF.
  13. Panneau en matériau dérivé du bois selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le panneau de support est poli et/ou poncé sur la face supérieure et/ou inférieure.
  14. Panneau en matériau dérivé du bois selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 13, caractérisé en ce que les renfoncements correspondent à une veinure de bois ou une surface carrelée.
