Abstract

Es wird ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Holzplatte (12) mit einer strukturierten Oberfläche beschrieben, wobei eine Decklage (15) aus Laubholz auf eine Trägerschicht (13) aufkaschiert und oberflächenseitig strukturgebend bearbeitet wird. Um eine spanlose Strukturierung zu ermöglichen, wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Decklage (5) mit einem Feuchtigkeitsgehalt zwischen 7 und 9 %, vorzugsweise zwischen 7,5 und 8,5 %, auf die Trägerschicht (13) aufkaschiert wird, bevor die Oberfläche der Decklage (15) durch ein Prägen formgebend strukturiert wird.
