Claims (18)

  1. Habillage extérieur avec isolation thermique intégrée notamment pour des cadres d'une façade extérieure revêtus d'un habillage résistant aux intempéries, en particulier des cadres de fenêtres ou de portes en bois, en matière plastique, en métal ou en matériau composite, comprenant un profilé porteur (50, 51),
    des moyens à l'aide desquels le profilé porteur (50, 51) peut être fixé au cadre de fenêtre ou de porte et
    une isolation prévue dans la région du profilé porteur (50, 51),
    en tant qu'isolation, un système de chambres constitué d'au moins deux, de préférence d'une pluralité de chambres (7, 8, 9, 10) étant prévu et entre l'élément d'habillage extérieur (52, 53) et le cadre de fenêtre ou de porte les chambres individuelles (7, 8, 9, 10) étant orientées en appui de manière stratifiée les unes contre les autres considéré dans une direction perpendiculaire par rapport au plan de l'habillage extérieur,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'habillage extérieur comprend un élément d'habillage extérieur (52, 53) qui est connecté au profilé porteur (50, 51) et qui est porté par ce dernier, et
    considéré dans une direction parallèle au plan de l'habillage extérieur, au moins une, de préférence une pluralité des chambres (par exemple 7, 8) s'étendent sur toute la largeur du profilé porteur (50, 51).
  2. Habillage extérieur selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce
    qu'aucun matériau d'isolation n'est prévu à l'intérieur des chambres concernées (7, 8, 9 ou 10).
  3. Habillage extérieur selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce
    qu'un canal d'évacuation d'eau formé par des alésages (17) dans les parois des chambres est prévu dans le profilé porteur (50, 51).
  4. Habillage extérieur selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    dans la région du joint du châssis dormant (15) est prévue une chambre d'évacuation d'eau (18) et le profilé porteur (50, 51) présente, dans la région de la chambre d'évacuation d'eau (18), une chambre (10).
  5. Habillage extérieur selon la revendication 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la chambre (10) présente des alésages (17) en tant que partie du canal d'évacuation d'eau (16).
  6. Habillage extérieur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément d'habillage extérieur (52, 53) est espacé du profilé porteur (50, 51), de préférence dans la région frontale.
  7. Habillage extérieur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le joint du châssis dormant (15) s'applique contre une partie profilée (19) qui se trouve dans la région de la chambre d'évacuation d'eau (18) et qui s'applique contre le côté extérieur de l'élément de vitrage (3).
  8. Habillage extérieur selon la revendication 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la partie profilée (19) est collée à l'élément de vitrage (3) sur tout le pourtour le long du bord de ce dernier.
  9. Habillage extérieur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le profilé porteur (50, 51) est fabriqué en matière plastique, par exemple en ABS.
  10. Habillage extérieur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    des joints d'angle (26, 27) sont prévus, lesquels peuvent être enfoncés dans un évidement au niveau du côté intérieur de l'élément d'habillage extérieur (52, 53).
  11. Habillage extérieur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'habillage présente une connexion soudée dans la région des coins.
  12. Habillage extérieur selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    pour le montage entre l'élément d'habillage extérieur (52, 53) et le profilé porteur (50, 51), on prévoit au moins une connexion par enclipsage.
  13. Habillage extérieur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'on prévoit comme moyen de fixation du profilé porteur (50, 51) un élément de fixation (6) ou un vissage direct.
  14. Habillage extérieur selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les chambres (7, 8, 9, 10) sont remplies d'un corps d'isolation (70) pour réaliser un agencement de type stratifié de corps d'isolation individuels (70).
  15. Habillage extérieur selon la revendication 14,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les corps d'isolation (70) correspondent au contour ou au contour partiel de la chambre associée (7, 8, 9 et/ou 10).
  16. Procédé de fabrication d'un cadre d'une porte ou d'une fenêtre revêtu d'un habillage dans la région extérieure pour la protection contre les intempéries, caractérisé par les étapes suivantes
    (a) fabrication d'un cadre complet périphérique à partir d'éléments d'habillage extérieur (52, 53) par liaison des éléments d'habillage extérieur dans la région des coins,
    (b) découpage à la longueur adaptée du profilé porteur (50, 51),
    caractérisé par les étapes supplémentaires suivantes :
    (c) assemblage du profilé porteur (50, 51) avec le cadre complet constitué d'éléments d'habillage extérieur (52, 53) pour former un cadre composite pouvant être manipulé dans son ensemble, constitué d'éléments d'habillage extérieur (52, 53) et de profilés porteurs (50, 51) et
    (d) pose du cadre composite et assemblage de celui-ci avec le cadre,
    le cadre étant habillé avec un habillage extérieur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 15.
  17. Procédé selon la revendication 16,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'assemblage s'effectue dans la région des coins par soudage ou brasage.
  18. Procédé selon la revendication 16,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'assemblage s'effectue dans la région des coins par au moins un joint d'angle (26 et/ou 27).
