Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Biegepresse, insbesondere eine Abkantpresse, gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1. Eine solche Biegepresse ist z.B. in der
Biegepressen, insbesondere Abkantpressen, sind heute in großer Anzahl zur Herstellung von Biegeteilen im Einsatz, hauptsächlich unter Verwendung der Biegeverfahren Freibiegen, Prägebiegen oder Drei-Punkt-Biegen. Um die dabei auftretenden, oft sehr großen Biegekräfte ohne unzulässige Verformungen an der Biegemaschine aufbringen zu können, besitzen derartige Maschinen sehr massive Pressbalken und Presstische, wodurch eine hohe Biegegenauigkeit auch bei größeren Werkstücken und größeren Blechdicken gewährleistet ist. Der untere Pressbalken bzw. Presstisch ist dazu meistens als durchgehende, massive Platte ausgeführt, die eine möglichst hohe Biegesteifigkeit aufweist. Weiters gibt es Ausführungen, bei denen der untere Pressbalken bzw. Presstisch Ausnehmungen oder Schlitze aufweist, die eine Verformung zulässt, die einer Biegeverformung eines oberen Pressbalkens entspricht. All diesen Ausführungen ist gemeinsam, dass diese Biegemaschinen bzw. Abkantpressen für eine Betätigung im Stehen ausgelegt sind, während eine Betätigung im Sitzen durch die Ausbildung des unteren Pressbalkens bzw. des Presstisches erschwert ist, da für die Beine und Füße eines Benutzers kein ausreichender Platz vorhanden ist. Bei einer Bedienung einer derartigen Maschine im Sitzen, werden deshalb Körperhaltungen eingenommen, bei denen der Oberkörper teilweise stark nach vorne geneigt ist oder seitlich verdreht ist, da die Beine etwa parallel zur Vorderseite der Biegepresse seitlich verdreht werden. Vom Bediener aus betrachtet hinter der Biegeebene 53 ist weiters eine Hinterraumbeleuchtung 54 angeordnet, die in den hinteren Arbeitsraum 55 leuchtet. Dabei kann der hintere Arbeitsraum 55 beispielsweise wie der vordere Arbeitsraum 39 gleichmäßig ausgeleuchtet werden, die Hinterraumbeleuchtung 54 kann jedoch so ausgebildet sein, dass sie nur eine linienförmige oder punktförrnige Leuchtmarkierung 56 auf einem im hinteren Arbeitsraum 55 befindlichen Gegenstand bewirkt. Dazu wird von einem Leuchtmittel 57 selbst oder durch eine dem Leuchtmittel 57 nachgeschaltete Lichtblende ein schmales Lichtband bzw. ein Lichtfächer oder ein Lichtbündel in den hinteren Arbeitsraum 55 abgegeben. - Bending press according to one of claims 12 to 19, characterized in that the light intensity of the foreground light system (38) or background light system (54) can be varied by means of a lamp means control system.
- Bending press according to one of claims 1 to 20, characterized in that the bending press has a lamp marker system (64) by means of which a bending line marker (65) lying in the bending plane (53) formed by the press beams (10, 12) can be directed in particular onto the top face of a workpiece positioned between a bending die (9) secured to the bottom press beam (12) and a bending stamp (8) secured to the top press beam (10).
- Bending press (1) according to one of claims 1 to 21, characterized in that the deposit (26) can be displaced between an operating position (67) and a non-operating position (68), in particular is mounted on the bottom press beam (12) or the press table (73) so that it can be pivoted about an essentially horizontal pivot axis (28).
- Bending press (1) according to one of claims 1 to 22, characterized in that the deposit surface (27) has a depth (29) of at least 150 mm oriented transversely to the bottom press beam (12) in an approximately horizontal operating position.
- Bending press (1) according to one of claims 1 to 23, characterized in that an elbow rest (32) is disposed in front of the bottom press beam (12), in particular on the deposit (26).
- Bending press (1) according to one of claims 1 to 24, characterized in that the deposit surface (27) is disposed between 0 mm and 150 mm underneath the top edge of the bottom press beam (12) in the operating position (67).
- Bending press (1) according to one of claims 1 to 25, characterized in that a control panel (34) co-operating with a control device (37) of the bending press (1) is disposed on the control side (3) on a stationary machine housing (33) in front of and above the top press beam (10).
- Bending press (1) according to claim 26, characterized in that the control panel (34) can be positioned in different positions relative to the des machine housing (33) by means of an adjusting device.
- Bending press (1) according to claim 27, characterized in that the control panel (34) can be adjusted about an essentially horizontal pivot axis by means of the adjusting device.
