例えばプレスブレーキ、もしくはシャリングマシン等の板金加工機械において、加工用板金ワークの曲げ、もしくは剪断加工等を行う場合には、作業者は通常、下部テーブル上でワークの前方端をバックゲージ手段に突き当てて、加工位置決めを行って、実加工を行っている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
以上のような状況において、作業者MがワークWをバックゲージB/Gの突当て部3に当接させて、所定の曲げ加工位置を設定するとき、ワークWが正確にバックゲージB/Gの突当て部3に正しく当接しているか否かは、パンチ1とダイ2との間の狭いすきまlもしくは各中間板5のすきま6から目視で確認を行うが、これらのすきまは何れも比較的狭いため見難い。

このため、うっかりすると正確な確認が行われずに手探りで作業を行うと、ワークWの左右前端部A/B部の突当てミス等を見逃して曲げ加工位置の不良品を作る可能性があった。

本発明は、以上のような局面にかんがみてなされたもので、例えばプレスブレーキ等において、所定の曲げ加工に先立って、板金ワークをバックゲージの突当て部に正しく当接させることができるよう、要部をカメラ撮影映像を操作部に表示する確認手段の提供を目的としている。

このため、本発明においては、以下のプレスブレーキの提供により、前記目的を達成しようとするものである。

金ワークの加工位置決めを行うための突当て部を両端に有するバックゲージに設けられ、前記板金ワークの前記突当て部との両端部における当接状態を撮像する2個の撮像手段と、前記突当て部のワーク当接面での前記板金ワークを検出するためのセンサと、前記2個の撮像手段により撮像された映像を1の映像画面を表示するとともに、前記板金ワークの加工のために必要な情報を入力するための入力画面も表示する操作表示手段とを有し、前記センサが前記板金ワークを検出した場合には、前記操作表示手段が前記入力画面から、前記2個の撮像手段により撮像された映像が表示された1の映像画面に切り替わることを特徴とするプレスブレーキ

本実施例の作業者M操作位置の、例えば左側の略々同一高さ位置には、(b),(c)図に示すような各種設定ボタン等を有するワーク操作ボックスが設けられ、作業者Mの見易い位置に後述する左右のカメラによるワーク突当て部の撮影映像が表示部7に表示されるよう構成されている。

このため、バックゲージB/Gの各後部の左右(長手)方向に延びるストレッチ部材4上には、図2にその拡大図を示すように、一対の移動可能のワーク突当て部3が移動可能に設けられ、それぞれL字型アーム9が取り付けられて、それぞれのアーム先端部には、ワーク当接部を指向する左/右のカメラ12l/12r及びそれぞれのワーク当接部照明用ライト13l/13rか、また、その各下端部は、各回転軸10の中心回りにシリンダ11等により、ワークWとの干渉を回避すべく操作ボックス7より遠隔操作的に所定角度範囲を枢動可能に構成されている。

また、前記一対の各ワーク突当て部3の前方ワーク当接面には、それぞれタッチセンサ等の各ワーク検出センサ8l/8rが設けられている。

前記各ライト13l/13rにより、各ワーク当接部は鮮明な状況を各カメラ12l/12rにより撮影可能となり、作業者は操作ボックスの表示部7で各ワーク当接部の現状を注視し乍ら、ワークWを適切に操作して正確な位置決めを行うことができる。

(作業工程)
次に、以上のような構成における本実施例の作業工程について説明する:

以上説明したように、本発明によれば、例えばプレスブレーキにおける板金ワークの加工位置を、カメラによる表示部で正確かつ確実に設定することが可能なため、ワーク設定位置のミス等により加工不良等を生ずる可能性をなくすることができる。
