Definitions
- the invention relates to a hand-held rotary hammer with the features according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such a hammer drill is for example from the DE 101 40 319 A1 known.
- the hammer drill shown there comprises a tool spindle for the rotary drive of a tool, a hammer mechanism for the striking drive of the tool, a wobble drive for driving the hammer mill, and a countershaft for driving the tool spindle and the hammer mechanism as required.
- the tool spindle, the countershaft, the hammer mechanism and the wobble drive are housed in a transmission housing.
- the drive generated by the countershaft of the wobble drive and thus the hammer mechanism is optionally switched on and off.
- the hammer mill In the disengaged state of the wobble drive the hammer mill is disabled, so that the tool spindle alone generates a rotating, but not beating drive clamped in the chuck tool. With the hammermill off, drilling can be done on sensitive materials such as tiles or the like be made, the absence of impact pulses avoids jumping of the workpiece to be drilled.
- the invention has the object of developing a generic rotary hammer in such a way that with reduced component load a precise switching on and off of the hammer mill is possible.
- a handheld hammer drill in which the hub of the wobble drive is cantilevered with a first bearing in the housing and thereby surrounds the countershaft coaxially.
- a cantilevered end of the hub is provided with a thrust bearing for the axial support of the countershaft, wherein the thrust bearing relative to the countershaft has a radial clearance.
- the cantilevered bearing of the Taumeltriebnabe in the housing relieves the countershaft, since the operating forces acting on the wobble drive are not introduced into the countershaft, but directly into the housing. Micro-movements of the hub of the wobble drive relative to the countershaft are reduced; the formation of friction rust is avoided.
- the cantilevered, coaxial gripping the countershaft through the hub of the wobble drive allows a reliable pure drilling operation without the rotating countershaft tends in the off state of the hammer mill tends to take the hub of the wobble drive.
- the arrangement can be switched with high reliability between hammering and purely rotating drilling operation.
- the individual components are only slightly loaded and therefore have a reduced or no noticeable wear.
- the arrangement of the bearings requires only a small space. Smoothness is improved and the generation of operating noise is reduced.
- the first bearing with which the hub of the wobble drive is mounted in the housing, is preferably designed as a fixed bearing deep groove ball bearings. With only one bearing, the hub of the wobble drive is precisely mounted in the radial, axial and tilt direction. Operating loads acting on the wobble drive are reliably kept away from the countershaft with little effort.
- the countershaft is rotatably mounted with a second bearing in the hub of the wobble drive.
- the operating loads acting on the countershaft in this area are introduced into the housing through the hub of the wobble drive and through the first bearing.
- Countershaft and wobble drive are precisely centered against each other. Micro movements due to elastic deformations in the bearing area and consequent fretting corrosion are further reduced. The risk that grating and elastic deformations of the countershaft under load tend to take the wobble drive is reduced. On the space for direct storage of the countershaft in the housing can be omitted.
- the first and second bearings are advantageously arranged in a common plane lying perpendicular to a rotation axis of the countershaft. In this area are in particular the least caused by the elastic deformations of the deep groove ball bearing, the Taumeltriebnabe and the countershaft micro-movements and thus the associated wear.
- the hub of the wobble drive has advantageous off the second, between the hub and the countershaft bearing arranged continuously a radial clearance to the countershaft. As a result, an unintentional driving the wobble drive is avoided in pure drilling operation. Except for the second bearing, there is no radial contact between the countershaft and the wobble drive, which prevents the formation of friction rust and other wear-causing phenomena.
- the wobble drive and the countershaft receiving gear housing are spatially exactly defined against each other positioned and stored.
- the desired decoupling of rotational and impact movement is associated with high smoothness over a long period of life.
- Fig. 1 shows a longitudinal sectional view of an inventively designed rotary hammer 1 in the region of its transmission housing. Motor housing, handles and other components of the hammer drill 1 are not shown for the sake of clarity.
- the hand-held rotary hammer 1 comprises a housing 7 forming the transmission housing, which housing is formed by an outer housing 20 and an inner housing 21 fixedly connected thereto.
- a chuck 16 for a schematically indicated tool 3 is mounted co-rotating.
- a countershaft 6 is provided with an axis of rotation 12 which is mounted axially parallel to the tool spindle 2 in the housing 7.
- a gear 22 by means of which the countershaft 6 is rotatably driven via an electric drive motor, not shown.
- the countershaft 6 At its end facing the chuck 16, the countershaft 6, a pinion 25 which engages in a rotatably connected to the tool spindle 2 gear 26.
- a torque transmitting connection between the countershaft 6 and the pinion 25 is via a axially displaceable coupling sleeve 24 optionally switched on and off.
- the hammer drill 1 also has a hammer mechanism 4 for driving the tool 3 in the direction of the axis of rotation 29.
- the tool spindle 2 is designed at its end remote from the chuck 16 as a hollow cylinder, in which a pneumatic piston 19 is guided axially parallel to the axis of rotation 29 relative to the tool spindle 2 slidably.
- a pneumatic piston 19 is guided axially parallel to the axis of rotation 29 relative to the tool spindle 2 slidably.
- the hub 8, the countershaft 6 coaxially encloses.
- an annular body with a molded lever 17 by means of a double deep groove ball bearing 27 is mounted on the hub 8, an annular body with a molded lever 17 by means of a double deep groove ball bearing 27 is mounted. It may also be a simple deep groove ball bearing or the like appropriate.
- a lever axis 18 of the lever 17 is arranged together with the double deep groove ball bearing 27 at an oblique angle to the radial direction of the hub 8.
- the lever 17 is connected to the piston 19. As a result, it pushes the piston 19 back and forth cyclically, which leads to the aforementioned impact drive of the tool 3.
- the countershaft 6 carries a further coupling sleeve 23, the rotationally fixed, but axially displaceable on the countershaft 6 is guided.
- a torque-transmitting connection between the countershaft 6 and the hub 8 of the wobble drive 5 can be switched on or off.
- the hub 8 rotates together with the countershaft 6, wherein the hammer mechanism 4 is driven and thus active.
- Different operating states can be set via the two coupling sleeves 23, 24:
- For pure chiseling work only the wobble drive 5 and thus the hammer mechanism 4 are driven, while the torque transmission from the countershaft 6 to the toothed wheel 26 of the tool spindle 2 is switched off and therefore a rotation of the tool spindle 2 with the clamped tool 3 is omitted.
- a hammer drill operation is carried out in which a coupling drive sleeves 23, 24 simultaneously a rotating drive of the tool spindle 2 and an operation of the hammer unit 4 takes place.
- the hub 8 of the wobble drive 5 is cantilevered with a first bearing 9 in which the gear housing forming housing 7, in the inner housing 21 thereof.
- the gear housing forming housing 7, in the inner housing 21 may also be such in the outer housing 20, in a motor housing, not shown, or the like.

- the outer toothing 30 forms on its hub 8 facing the end face an annular shoulder which rests against a held in freely cantilevered end 13 of the hub 8 thrust bearing 15, whereby the countershaft 6 is axially supported in the direction of its axis of rotation 12.
- the countershaft 6 is supported in the radial direction perpendicular to the rotation axis 12 radial direction only on the second bearing 10 against the hub 8 of the wobble drive 5. Abstract
Description
- Fig. 1
- Fig. 2
Fig. 2 näher beschrieben. -
