- Procédé selon la revendication 21 ou 22, caractérisé en ce qu'une cabine (21) sélectionnée est réservée pour une durée limitée et/ou en ce qu'une cabine (21) réservée est supprimée du groupe de cabines (21, 22, 23) et n'est pas mise à la disposition d'autres utilisateurs.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 23, caractérisé en ce que lors de l'étape e) est exécutée une transmission d'informations à l'utilisateur (10), qui se compose d'un accusé de réception d'appel.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 24, caractérisé en ce que l'étape a), l'étape c) ou l'étape e) ne sont exécutées que si l'unité de communication (30) se trouve à l'intérieur d'un rayon d'action (R) défini de l'installation d'ascenseur (20), dans une zone proche.
- Procédé selon la revendication 25, caractérisé en ce que le rayon d'action (R) est inférieur à environ 10 m.
