Claims (26)

  1. Method for allocating a user (10) to a lift installation (20) with a plurality of lift cages (21, 22, 23) and with a destination call control unit, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
    a) lodging a destination call at the destination call control unit by the user (10) by means of a communications unit (30), wherein either a mobile communications means able to be carried by the user (10), preferably a mobile telephone (30) or at least one stationary destination call terminal (40, 41, 42) preferably located on a storey (24, 25, 26) of the building, is used as communications unit (30);
    b) determining a group of lift cages (21, 22, 23) for serving the destination call by the destination call control unit;
    c) making the group of lift cages (21, 22, 23) known to the user (10) by means of the communications unit (30);
    d) selecting a lift cage (21) from the group of lift cages (21, 22, 23) by the user (10) by means of the communications unit (30); and
    e) communicating information to the user (10) for guidance of the user (10) to the selected lift cage (21) by means of the communications unit (30),
    characterised in that if a lift cage (21, 22) advantageous for the user (10) is departing from another boarding storey (24, 25, 26) this advantageous lift cage (21, 22) is made known in step c).
  2. Method according to any one of claim 1, characterised in that in step c) at least one of the lift cages (21, 22, 23) from the group of lift cages (21, 22, 23) is recommended by the destination call control unit.
  3. Method according to claim 2, characterised in that in step e) one of several lift cages (21, 22) arranged one above the other in a common lift shaft is selected.
  4. Method according to any one of claims 1 or 2, characterised in that in step c) a restricted number of lift cages (21, 22, 23) is made known.
  5. Method according to claim 4, characterised in that if a user (10) lodges a destination call in a storey (24, 25, 26) which is served by at least one less advantageous lift cage (21, 22, 23) then only this less advantageous lift cage (21, 22, 23) is made known in step c).
  6. Method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that in step c) or in step f) data, preferably items of information, are made known to the user (10).
  7. Method according to claim 6, characterised in that the current position of the selected lift cage (21) and/or the waiting time until the selected lift cage (21) has arrived at the boarding location and/or the anticipated travel time from the boarding location to the destination storey and/or building-specific information and/or information about specific events within the building is or are made known to the user (10).

  13. Method according to claim 12, characterised in that for checking the access authorisation of the user (10) the personal identification code communicated by the user (10) is compared with a reference code.
  14. Method according to claim 12 or 13, characterised in that the check of the access authorisation of the user (10) is supplemented by an authentication of the user (10).
  15. Method according to claim 14, characterised in that the user (10) is authenticated by detection of biometric data of the user (10), advantageously an iris scan and/or a fingerprint.
  16. Method according to claim 15, characterised in that biometric data detected from the user (10) are communicated to the destination call control and compared with stored reference data.
  17. Method according to claim 13 or 16, characterised in that the reference code and/or the reference data are stored in a user profile of the destination call control unit.
  18. Method according to claim 15, characterised in that the biometric data of the user (10) are detected either in the region of the boarding location or in the lift cage (21) boarded by the user (10).
  19. Method according to any one of claims 12 to 18, characterised in that in the case of an unsuccessful personal identification the access to the lift installation (20) is denied to the user (10) and/or that the user (10) in the case of successful authentication is secured in the lift cage (21) boarded by the user (10).
  20. Method according to any one of claims 1 to 19, characterised in that the user (10) is authorised to select a lift cage (21, 22, 23) only at specific points in time or within a specific time period.
  21. Method according to any one of claims 1 to 20, characterised in that in step d) a selected lift cage (21) for a preferential travel to a destination storey is reserved by the user (10) and/or that a selected lift cage (21) for a cleaning or maintenance mode is reserved by the user (10).
  22. Method according to claim 21, characterised in that in the cleaning mode the selected lift cage (21) with doors kept open is not moved out of the storey or that in the maintenance mode the selected lift cage (21) is moved only at restricted speed.
  23. Method according to claim 21 or 22, characterised in that a selected lift cage (21) is reserved for a limited time and/or that a reserved lift cage (21) is removed from the group of lift cages (21, 22, 23) and made unavailable to other users.
  24. Method according to any one of claims 1 to 23, characterised in that in step f) a communication of information, which consists of a call acknowledgement, to the user (10) is carried out.
  25. Method according to any one of claims 1 to 24, characterised in that step a), step c) or step e) is carried out only when the communications unit (30) is located in a near-field within a specific range (R) of the lift installation (20).
