Claims (10)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Konditionierung (10) eines Karosserieteils (16), wobei die Vorrichtung mindestens einen Block (12; 14; 25; 27; 37; 39) aus einem weichen Werkstoff ohne Scheuerwirkung aufweist, wobei der Block (12; 14; 25; 27; 37; 39) mindestens eine Aufnahme (18) umfasst, die so ausgestaltet ist, dass sie sich auf einen Abschnitt des Karosserieteils (16) aufsetzen lässt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Block (12; 14; 25; 27; 37; 39) zwei äußere einander gegenüberliegende Berührungsflächen (13A; 13B; 13C; 15A; 15B; 15C; 33A; 33B; 42; 46) aufweist und seine Form so gewählt ist, dass zwei identische Blöcke (12; 14; 25; 27; 37; 39) in einer Anfügerichtung jeweils über ihre äußere Berührungsfläche (13A; 13B; 13C; 15A; 15B; 15C; 33A; 33B; 42; 46) aneinandergefügt werden können, sowie dass die beiden Berührungsflächen (13A; 13B; 13C; 15A; 15B; 15C; 33A; 33B; 42; 46) des Blocks (12; 14; 25; 27; 37; 39) in der Anfügerichtung einen Abstand (D) voneinander haben, der in dieser Anfügerichtung größer als die Abmessung des in der Vorrichtung konditionierten Karosserieteils (16) ist.
  2. Vorrichtung zur Konditionierung (10) nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Block (12; 14; 25; 27; 37; 39) eine Form aufweist, die im Wesentlichen einem rechteckigen Parallelepiped entspricht.
  3. Vorrichtung zur Konditionierung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die äußeren Berührungsflächen (13A; 13B; 13C; 15A; 15B; 15C) im Wesentlichen plan sind.
  4. Vorrichtung zur Konditionierung (10) nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, wobei der Block (12; 14; 25; 27; 37; 39) Mittel zum Positionieren (20; 28; 29; 40; 44) in Bezug auf einen Block (12; 14; 25; 27; 37; 39) aufweist, der an ihn angefügt ist.
  5. Vorrichtung zur Konditionierung (10) nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Positionierungsmittel eine Nut (40) aufweisen, die in einer äußeren Berührungsfläche (42) vorgesehen ist, sowie einen in der Form zur Nut (40) komplementären Vorsprung (44), der auf der gegenüberliegenden äußeren Berührungsfläche (46) angeordnet ist.
  6. Vorrichtung zur Konditionierung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Vorrichtung Rückhaltemittel (20; 28; 29) des Blocks (12; 14; 25; 27; 37; 39) aufweist, die in der Lage sind, mit komplementären, durch eine Halterung getragenen Mitteln (26A; 26B, 30; 31) zusammenzuwirken.
  7. Vorrichtung zur Konditionierung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Vorrichtung Eingriffmittel (36; 38) aufweist, die in der Lage sind, mit komplementären, von einem Beschickungsfahrzeug getragenen Mitteln zusammenzuwirken.
  8. Vorrichtung zur Konditionierung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, wobei die Rückhaltemittel und/oder die Positionierungsmittel und/oder die Eingriffmittel mindestens einen quer verlaufenden Kanal umfassen, der an den beiden äußeren Berührungsflächen (13A; 13B; 13C; 15A; 15B; 15C; 33A; 33B) endet und auf den quer verlaufenden Kanal eines angefügten Blocks ausgerichtet ist.
  9. Vorrichtung zur Konditionierung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Block (12; 14; 25; 27; 37; 39) aus Schaumstoff, insbesondere aus Polypropylenschaumstoff, hergestellt wird.
  10. Vorrichtung zur Konditionierung (10) einer Stoßfänger-Außenschale (16) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9.
