Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum zweischichtigen Auftrag von Streichfarbe auf die Oberfläche einer laufenden Bahn (w), insbesondere einer Papier- oder Kartonbahn, unter Verwendung einer Streichvorrichtung (1), bei der für den zweischichtigen Auftrag von Streichfarbe zwei in beliebigem Abstand zueinander angeordnete Vorhangstreichköpfe (1a, 1b), die jeweils Streichfarbe nach unten abgeben vorgesehen sind und wobei auf einem Führungsblech (2), auf dem die von den vorgenannten Vorhangstreichköpfen nacheinander in Richtung einer schiefen Ebene (2a) des Führungsbleches (2) nach unten abgegebenen jeweiligen Streichfarben unter Ausbildung einer zweischichtigen Farbschicht im Zuge ihrer Bewegung über die schiefe Ebene laminiert werden und die besagten Farbschichten in Form eines Farbvorhanges (ca, cb) an die Oberfläche der laufenden Bahn (w) abgegeben werden.
Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass ein Versatz-Sensor (6) zur Erkennung eines Schlingerversatzes der Bahn (w) und ein Dickenmesser (7) zur Erkennung der auf die Bahn (w) aufgebrachten Auftragsmenge verwendet werden, wobei die Position von einem der Vorhangstreichköpfe in seitlicher Richtung durch vom Versatz-Sensor (6) gelieferte Signale so gesteuert wird, dass sie dem Schlingerversatz der Bahn (w) entspricht und die Position des anderen Vorhangstreichkopfes in Bezug zum ersten Vorhangstreichkopf in seitlicher Richtung durch vom Dickenmesser (7) kommende Signale so gesteuert wird, dass eine Dispersion der von den Vorhangstreichköpfen abgegebenen Gesamtauftragsmenge minimiert wird und dazu die Vorhangstreichköpfe (1a; 1b) seitlich zur Bahn (w) verschoben werden.
Die Erfindung betrifft auch eine Vorrichtung.
