Claims (7)
- Banc d'étirage dévolu à un métier de filage, comprenant au moins une paire de cylindres d'entrée, une paire de cylindres médians, ainsi qu'une paire de cylindres de sortie, les cylindres inférieurs dudit banc d'étirage étant réalisés sous la forme de segments de cylindres auxquels des rotations sont imprimées par l'intermédiaire d'entraînements à moteurs individuels, et les cylindres supérieurs étant montés dans un support oscillant,
caractérisé par le fait
que les entraînements (14) des cylindres inférieurs d'au moins la paire (21) de cylindres médians sont logés conjointement à leur cylindre inférieur (21A), dans un dispositif de montage (15) muni de logements (19) ouverts vers le haut, de façon telle qu'ils puissent être enlevés de leur dispositif de montage (15) en direction du support oscillant (17), après l'ouverture dudit support oscillant (17) recevant le cylindre supérieur (21B) associé, aucun outil d'un type quelconque n'étant nécessaire en vue de l'intégration ou de l'extraction des segments (21Al, 21Ar) du cylindre inférieur, pouvant être entraînés par moteurs individuels. - Banc d'étirage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les dispositifs de montage (15) présentent des cavités réceptrices (19) et sont assujettis, au moyen de boulons (20), à un cadre (18) fixé, à son tour, au bâti du métier (1) de filage pneumatique.
- Banc d'étirage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que les cotes intérieures des cavités réceptrices (19) sont coordonnées avec les profils extérieurs des entraînements (14 ; 28) des cylindres inférieurs.
- Banc d'étirage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins le cylindre inférieur médian (21A) est réalisé en plusieurs parties, les segments (21Al, 21Ar) dudit cylindre inférieur pouvant être animés de rotations l'un par rapport à l'autre.
- Banc d'étirage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les entraînements (14) des cylindres inférieurs sont réalisés sous la forme de moteurs pas à pas.
- Banc d'étirage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que les segments (21Al, 21Ar) du cylindre inférieur sont respectivement pourvus, dans la région de leur extrémité libre, d'un tourillon de portée (25) guidé dans un fourreau de montage (24) à l'état intégré desdits segments du cylindre inférieur.
- Banc d'étirage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que le fourreau de montage (24) est équipé de paliers de roulement (26), en vue du montage à rotation libre des segments (21Al, 21Ar) du cylindre inférieur.
