Description

The present invention relates to the field of roller shutters integrated into buildings. It concerns more particularly the invisible systems of the exterior of the building as well as the interior of the building.

A problem with roller shutters is the degradation of the aesthetic appearance of the building by the installation of the shutter. The roller shutter indeed requires a roller shutter box having a shaft on which the shutter is wound when opening. This chest, placed projecting on the wall outside the building, degrades the appearance. The trunk is usually made of a material different from the outer coating of the building that stands out and deteriorates under the weather and aging. An alternative is to place the roller shutter box protruding inside the building, but the interior space is reduced. In addition, the material of the chest being generally different from that of the interior walls, the interior aesthetic is degraded.

A solution to the aesthetic problem is described in the patent FR2843161 . This patent describes a system for hiding the roller shutter box and integrating it into the wall above the window. Although the system described in this patent fulfills the aesthetic conditions, it nevertheless has the disadvantage of having access to the system, for a maintenance operation, from the bottom of the rolling shutter box. Such access requires in particular the establishment of scaffolding in multi-storey collective buildings, maintenance being then extremely expensive. In addition the lower access door remains visible by an observer located at the foot of the building facade and therefore degrades the external appearance of the facade.

An alternative solution to the problem of aesthetic appearance is described by the patent FR2842858 . According to this patent, a hollow lintel roller shutter is located above the window, being little protruding inside and not visible from the outside, and access to the winding system for maintenance of the system is performed by a hatch that opens laterally towards the interior of the building. However, the device according to this patent uses a special lintel having a hollow profile, the installation of the lintel requiring the use of heavy equipment. This device comprises indeed a lintel carrying non-manipulable by hand. On the other hand, the hollow lintel being load bearing, its more massive structure leaves less space available for the shutter. The rolling shutter box remains slightly visible from the inside of the building. In addition the device described by the patent FR2842858 imposes on the rolling shutter, an "S" twist which causes more friction and involves a greater risk of failure. Finally this system involves a formwork of the lintel complex and non-traditional, in the case of a casting lintel on site.

A blade (11) for stopping, in particular represented on a detail of the figure 1 , is used for the application of the coating (13). The front and the underside of the trunk (10) are coated in the same way as the walls, by example, covered with a traditional coating. The reference dimension, corresponding to the upper limit of the opening shown on an architect's plan, is taken at the lower edge of the stop blade (11). The blade (11) stop, made non-limiting manner of aluminum, serves as a surface (S111) for stopping the coating. This blade (11) protrudes under the lower face of the chest of the same height as the coating layer (13) to be applied and no longer appears once the coating (13) placed. Thus the underside of the trunk, particularly visible to an observer at the foot of the building, is covered by a coating accurately and with a good finish.

The trunk (10) made of U in a non-limiting manner, light concrete, is portable by hand, even for large widths. As represented in Figures 20 to 22 , the box (10a, 10b, 10c) is wider than either side of the opening. The parts protruding from each side, have, without limitation, the same dimensional characteristics in height and depth as a block masonry, such as a block, and therefore fits perfectly in size in the process of traditional construction. Its implementation is carried out during masonry work, in the same way for example as a cinder block. In a building under construction, the light box (10) serves as a formwork bottom for pouring the lintel (12) carrier. The trunk (10a, 10b, 10c) protruding from each side is placed in a recess made in the wall, as for a traditional construction technique. The chest rests on the blocks (18) as a classic element of masonry. The mason will take care to support the trunk during casting. In a nonlimiting manner, vertical struts, fixed to the nose of the trunk, at regular intervals, ensure the rigidity of the trunk for the operation. This construction example is the most common, allows to use the trunk (10a, 10b, 10c) as a conventional building material. A method of manufacturing the chests, represented in Figures 20 and 21 , provides chests (10a, 10b) of standard dimensions with chest widths varying, but not limited to, 10cm in 10cm or 20cm in 20cm. In the example of realization represented at figure 21 side cheeks (19) close the chest (10b) at its ends. The side cheeks (19) provide rigidity and strength during storage or transportation.

In an alternative embodiment, shown in FIG. figure 23 , where the boot is installed during a renovation of an opening, or in the case where the lintel (12) is cast by other means, the boot, of the same width as the opening, is fixed by means fixing under the lintel (12) carrier.

In another example of construction, the wall is a banque concrete veil and the opening is defined by a mannequin around which the concrete is poured. In this case the prefabricated chest is positioned directly above the manikin and the wall is cast around the trunk linked to the manikin. In this case, the trunk has a width greater than that of the manikin and protrudes on each side. Thus once the wall is poured, it comprises a recess on which rests the chest (10). The chest adapts to many thicknesses (E14) of walls, the most constraining being thicknesses of 16cm or 17cm, in the case of a walled concrete veil.

In a variant of construction, the trunk according to the invention is of less depth than the thickness (E14) of the wall, such as for walls of particularly thick brick.

The trunk (10) is made of a material similar to that of the lintel (12) carrier or the wall (14) so that after the application of a coating (13), cracks do not appear with the building wear. Indeed the use of concrete, such as lightweight concrete for the manufacture of the trunk according to the invention, allows to maintain a coefficient of expansion of the trunk similar to the coefficient of expansion of the building wall. Thus cracks do not appear with the wear of the building.

In a nonlimiting manner, the trunk (10) made of lightweight concrete has a front face in false hanger or in imitation of hanger or over-lowered hanger (10c) or the outer edge of the lower trunk (10) is rounded .

In another embodiment of the outside of the trunk, the shape of the lower face follows the lower profile of the front face or is straight. In all cases, the safe keeps an interior space available.

The light box (10) and the blade (11) stop form the assembly allowing the assembly of a single block, including the joinery and shutter, to come to fit. The trunk (10) has a space (E101) functional inside the U and open towards the inside of the building. This housing space of the shutter comprises at least one symmetrical space with respect to a horizontal plane at the height of the shaft. Dimensional tolerances of the trunk are also sufficient to accept possible defects of installation of the trunk (10), when installing the joinery provided with its shutter. In addition the trunk has a surface (S101) of upper support intended to rest on a surface (S500) supporting the shutter system associated with the joinery. The surface (S101) of upper support is for example made on the upper edge of the trunk (10) U. In this way, the device allows the carpenter to install the assembly comprising the joinery and the shutter in a single operation , without worrying about the shell. The shutter fits into the roller shutter box in the thickness of the masonry.

The assembly of a single block according to the invention, comprising the joinery and the shutter, will now be described. The assembly of a single block is composed, without limitation, the joinery (9), two parts (1) carriers, also called consoles, mounted laterally on the joinery (9), a vertical connecting part . The one-piece assembly comprises an upper cross-member (50) connected to the two supporting parts (1), an upper drawer (5) fastened to the upper cross-member (50) and to the two supporting parts (1) and two drawers ( 4) each attached to a supporting part (1). The drawers (4, 5, 500) according to the invention are in a non-limiting manner closing elements movable according to the depth. Drawers having a fixed predefined position are, however, compatible with the invention. The assembly of a single block also comprises a inspection hatch in the form of a panel (8) of rectangular access connected to an insulator (6) bearing on the upper part of the joinery (9) and a recess linked to the drawers (4, 5). The assembly of a single block also comprises a winding shaft (3), a flap (7) winding around the winding shaft (3) and running between slides (91). In a nonlimiting manner, the slides belong to the carpentry but the invention adapts in the same way with inserts. The assembly of a single block further comprises shaft supports (21, 22) around which the winding shaft (3) pivots.

In another exemplary embodiment, the upper drawer (5) and the lateral drawers (4) are made in one piece (500) of U-profile, facing downwards, associated with an insulating housing part (510). sign. This piece (510) insulating fits on the edge of the U, the inner side of the building, thanks to a profile with a groove (5102). The insulating piece (510) also comprises a housing (5101) for receiving the access panel (8). This embodiment has the advantage of being made easier to seal. On the other hand, the recess flush with the interior surface of the building, being, for example PVC, cold is not conducted to the inner surface. The PVC will be used in preference to the metal to accommodate the access panel, a metal housing showing a cold spot on the interior surface of the building, which can lead to degradation of the interior lining.

In another embodiment, shown in FIG. figure 24b , a closing element (530) covers a horizontal upper part joined to two vertical lateral parts and comprises a housing for a panel (8) of a inspection hatch. This element (530) comprises a recess, at its end facing the interior of the building, whose internal dimensions correspond to those of the panel.

An example of carpentry (9) having incorporated slides (91) is shown in FIG. figure 1 . The frame of the joinery comes on the one hand against the wall (14) carrier and on the other hand against the inner wall (16) of the building, the latter stopping at the frame (90) or housing panel. The frame (90) also covers the interior wall (16) of the building by a wing (S90a) covering all around the frame (90). The surfaces of the frame resting on the wall (14) carrier are commonly called tap nose, by the skilled person. The typed nose thus corresponds to the bare exterior of the joinery. In known manner a thin joint of a few millimeters is placed between the naked exterior of the joinery and the naked interior of the wall. The joinery (9) facing a rectangular opening of a building, has surfaces coming against the insulator (17) inside, these surfaces comprising a lower bearing surface (S92) and two surfaces (S93) d lateral support. The figure 3 represents, according to a non-limiting example, an inner face (95) of a window having a frame (90) around two movable leaves. A light demarcation line appears above the window, indicating the outline of the removable panel (8). This line is easily hidden. For example if the inner surface (16) is composed of wooden boards and the removable wooden panel (8), the demarcation merges with the limit of the wooden boards. The panel of the hatch will be similarly painted or upholstered.

The carrier part (1) is fixed on any type of joinery, structure in a building material known from the prior art. The dimensions of the parts (1) carriers are chosen according to the joinery, the elements adding to the carpentry (9) are generally pre-assembled at the factory. The parts (1) carriers, made in a non-limiting manner galvanized sheet or wood, are placed on the vertical surfaces of support and insulation of the joinery, or directly on the frame of the joinery. An adjustment stop (106), at right angles, makes it possible to position the part with respect to the joinery. The vertical portion is indeed in the extension of the outer surface of the frame (90), also called tap nose. Fixing is carried out in a non-limiting manner by screwing and the carrier part (1) comprises a vertical plane fixing blade (103). Fixing holes (104) are made in the fixing blade (103) in the case of screw mounting. According to one embodiment, the holes (104) are round.

According to another embodiment, shown in the figure 7 , the holes (104bis) are oblong, with their vertical axis of symmetry, in order to allow a height adjustment of the device. A height adjustment of the carrier piece is then possible.

La traverse (50) horizontale se fixe, par exemple, par vis sur les lamelles (102).The vertical fixing blade (103) is extended laterally by a flat offset part (105) towards the outside of the building. One day (101) oblong horizontal is made in the part (1) carrier, the middle of the day (101) being in front of the fixing blade (103). The day (101) is intended to accommodate, without limitation, two screws (23) combined with nuts, for fixing the supports (21, 22) of the winding shaft. The day is made of determined length, so as to provide a clearance (j1, j2) for the adjustment in depth of the position of the shaft (3). The shaft (3) is placed so that the flap (7) does not undergo S-twist and that the movement of the flap (7) is as free as possible. The upper edge and the lower edge of the offset part (105) of the part (1) carrier are bevelled or rounded to facilitate insertion during the establishment of the assembly of a single block comprising the joinery. In a nonlimiting manner, the fixing blade (103) is perpendicular to a horizontal strip (102) which is at the top of the carrier piece (1). In an exemplary embodiment, the carrier piece (1) is made of sheet metal, in one piece, by folding, drilling and cutting. These slats (102) serve as horizontal bearing surface to the horizontal crossbar (50). The crossbar (50) horizontal is fixed, for example, by screws on the slats (102).

The carrier parts (1) also serve as vertical bearing surfaces for the lateral drawers (4) which cover a height from the top of the joinery (9) to the upper drawer (5). The drawers (4) side therefore have a contact surface over the entire height, and are each fixed to a supporting part (1), in a non-limiting manner, by screws or welding. The drawers (4, 5) have the function of closing the opening above the joinery to ensure sealing and sound and heat insulation. The drawers (4) side extend the lateral sides of the frame (90) of the joinery (9) to the drawer (5) upper. A non-represented finishing part, for example an angle iron, provides the waterproof connection levels of the lateral edges of the upper drawer (5) and the upper edges of the lateral drawers (4) to prevent having a thermal bridge.

According to another embodiment, the preceding drawers (4, 5) are replaced by a single U-shaped drawer (500) facing downwards associated with an insulating part (510) serving for housing the panel (8), as shown to the Figures 24 to 27 . In a nonlimiting manner, the downwardly facing U-shaped drawer has an overlapping zone so as to be adjustable in depth by sliding or at a fixed position and its dimension is determined as a function of the thickness of the insulator within the building. An embodiment with an adjustment is for example possible by fixing by at least one screw in an oblong hole, shown in FIG. figure 2 where oblong holes (107) are made in lamellae (102). The set of drawers forms an isolation box above the joinery (9) in which is inserted an element (6) insulating, in a non-limiting manner, linked to the panel (8) removable to achieve the inspection door.

Other insulating pieces (41) are inserted at the junction between the lateral drawers (4), the carpentry (9) and the removable panel (8), as shown in FIGS. Figures 13 and 14 . The space below the location of the removable access panel is filled, without limitation, by a piece (42) of foam or other insulating material or is filled with glue or silicone, for example. The removable panel (8) is inserted against the upper bearing surfaces (S90, S90a) of the joinery frame (9) and against the bearing surfaces (S5, S5a, S4, S4a) of the drawers (4, 5 ). The removable panel (8) is held in three perpendicular directions. A seal (for example silicone) is added on its contact surfaces. The recess extends the drawers (4, 5) and comes flush with the inner surface (16) of the building.

The upper crossmember (50) rests, without limitation, on the slats (102) of the parts (1) carriers. The same screws (501) serve, for example, for the junction of the slats (102) with the upper cross member (50) and the upper slider (5). According to another embodiment, the upper cross member is fixed by welding and the carrier parts do not have no coverslip The upper crossmember (50) has a right-angle profile and, on the one hand, provides the rigidity of the system, particularly during assembly, and on the other hand serves as a surface (S500) for bearing against the surface (S101) of upper support roller shutter box (10), thus closing completely the opening in the wall (14).

In another embodiment, the upper cross member (50) and the upper spool (5) are made in one piece constituting an assembly that can not be adjusted in depth. However, having two overlapping elements advantageously allows a depth adjustment for the positioning of the upper drawer (5).

Access to the shutter, for its maintenance is from inside the building, the mechanism being completely and simply accessible by the inspection hatch. The panel (8) of the inspection hatch is manufactured, without limitation, PVC, plywood, plasterboard or metal. The fixing of the panel (8) is done, without limitation, by clipping or screwing. A ventilation grid mortise can be machined in the removable panel (8). An acoustic ventilation grid, generally unsightly, can be hidden behind the access panel (8).

Insulation with respect to the outside is carried out on the one hand by the incorporation of an insulating element (6) and on the other hand by the sealing of the system. Sealing makes it possible not to create a thermal bridge. In fact, a stream of air facilitates the exchange of heat and creates a thermal bridge. The sealing function of the joinery is operated in a conventional and known manner, having a seal at the levels of the lateral bearing surfaces of the joinery (9) and at the level of the lower bearing surface. The side drawers (4) and the top drawer (5) are designed to seal above the joinery. The upper drawer (5) bears against the upper crossmember (50), which is supported on the upper support surface (S101) of the roller shutter box (10). Side drawers (4) cover sufficient height of joinery (9) to the upper drawer (5) Without limitation, a sticky or insulating material is added to the junction of the different parts.

According to one embodiment, the single U-shaped drawer (500), pointing downwards, provides an ease of sealing. Another insulating element (41) is placed at the junction of the lateral drawers (4), the carpentry (9) and the removable panel (8), as well as on the Figures 13 and 14 . A silicone gasket on the panel (8) is replaced by a new gasket, in the case where a person accesses the winding system for its maintenance. The opening in the wall (14) of the building is therefore sealed. According to another embodiment, the panel is fixed in its housing by clipping. The depth of the drawers (4, 5) connected to the carrier parts (1) and to the crossbar thus create an isolation box. The insulating element (6) behind the access panel (8), which is thinner than the insulation on the walls (14), is chosen of better quality. The assembly comprising the carpentry and shutter, therefore has a thermal and sound insulation. The interior insulation added against the wall (14) before the interior cladding, bears against the drawers (4, 5) and against the joinery (9). The thermal insulation therefore has a continuity between the assembly of a single block, including carpentry, and the interior trim. In the case of a box protruding on each side of the opening, the lateral space is blocked, for example, by a PVC plate. The wafer can be made of several possible materials. Having existing trunk lengths ranging from 10cm to 10cm, allows for standard trunk lengths by limiting the space protruding from either side of the opening.

An example of mounting of the shutter system will now be described. The assembly described below is carried out in a nonlimiting manner with two drawers (4) and a lateral drawer (5) upper, a first step is to mount the supports (21, 22) side of the shaft (3) each fixed in the day (101) of a carrier piece (1) by screws (23), as shown in Figures 5 and 6 . The following step consists in fixing the winding shaft (3) on its supports (21, 22), as shown in FIG. figure 8 . The next step, represented at figure 9 , consists in fixing the crossbar (50) upper which comes into contact on the slats (102) of the parts (1) carriers. According to another embodiment, the carrier parts do not comprise a lamella and the upper face is welded. The next step is to mount the load-bearing parts against the joinery (9) and install the flap (7) around the shaft (3), as shown in Figures 10 and 11 . On the figure 10 , appear games (j1, j2) on each side of the shaft that allow adjustment of the position of the supports (21, 22) of the shaft (3) in two possible directions. The next step is to mount the two side drawers (4) and the top drawer (5) as shown in figure 12 . The upper drawer (5) is fixed, without limitation by screws. Screws (501) for example simultaneously clamp a strip (102), the upper face (50) and the upper drawer (5). As represented to Figures 13 and 14 , insulating pieces (41) are then added to provide insulation at the junction between the drawers (4) side, joinery (9) and the panel (8) removable. The next step is to plug the space under the panel location (8) to improve the insulation. This space is clogged, for example, with a silicone ball or with a foam (42) insulating. The last step of mounting the shutter system is the establishment of the panel (8) removable which is attached an insulator (6). The panel (8) abuts on the contact surfaces (S4, S5, S90) of the lateral drawers (4), the upper drawer (5) and the joinery (9). The surfaces (S4, S5, S90) of contact with the slices of the panel (8) are each associated with a surface (S4a, S5a, S90a) of contact with a face of the panel (8) removable. Without limitation, liquid silicone is applied to these surfaces (S4, S5, S90, S4a, S5a, S90a) surrounding the removable panel (8) and the drying will take place after the panel (8) has been put back in place , thus ensuring tightness.

In one embodiment, a one-piece assembly, intended to be mounted on the joinery, is planned to be fully assembled in the factory and then delivered to a construction site. Such a one-piece assembly is particularly represented at figure 12b . The one-piece assembly, intended to be mounted on the joinery, comprises the two parts (1) lateral carriers connected between they by a cross member (50) and the shaft (3) of winding of the flap (7) associated with its support (21, 22) shaft. In addition, a U-shaped drawer (500) facing downwards and inserted in a housing profile (510) is factory-mounted on the one-piece assembly intended to be mounted on the joinery. In a nonlimiting manner, the position of the U-shaped drawer (500) facing downwards is adjustable in depth to accommodate different thicknesses of insulation inside the building. Screws (5003), for example, each connected to a carrier (1) and passing through an oblong hole (5002) of the U-shaped drawer (500), allow both a U-shaped drawer (500) and a lock when tightening the screw. The oblong hole (5002) of the U-shaped drawer (500) is provided, without limitation, below the level of the upper cover wing (S90) disposed substantially at the same height as the bottom (S510) of the profile ( 510) housing the panel (8). In a nonlimiting manner, the rolling shutter (7) is wound around the shaft (3) at the factory or on site to constitute the one-piece assembly intended to be mounted on the joinery. The vertical part (106b) of the load-bearing members, oriented towards the exterior of the building, constitutes an adjustment stop (106b) serving as a depth mark for positioning the monobloc assembly intended to be mounted on the joinery. This vertical part (106b) comes indeed in the typing of the joinery, that is to say at the level of the outside of the joinery in support against the naked interior of the wall. In a nonlimiting manner, holes (108) make it possible to visually identify a mounting height on a type of joinery or insert a rod in one of the holes to abut on the top of the joinery. This one-piece assembly is then mounted on the joinery to form a self-contained assembly including carpentry.

The Figures 28 and 29 are a sectional and side view for two different depth settings for the same assembly comprising a shutter. Without limitation, the upper drawer (5) with the lateral drawers (4) slide according to the depth of the opening, as shown in FIGS. Figures 28 and 29 or the U-shaped drawer (500) or the closing member (530) including a housing for the panel, slide in the same way in depth.

The inner wall of the building is identified by the face of the panel (8) disposed towards the interior of the building. This face of the panel is flush with the inner wall of the building. The naked interior of the wall (14) is identified by the stop (106b) vertical positioning of the parts (1) carriers. On the figure 28 , the cover (PR1) of the upper drawer (5) on the crosspiece (50) is maximum, to adapt to a minimum thickness (IS1) of insulation and so that the panel (8) is flush with the wall interior of the building. On the figure 29 , the thickness (IS2) of insulation is greater than on the figure 28 and the overlap (PR2) of the upper drawer (5) on the crossbar (50) is less important for the panel (8) is flush with the inner wall of the building.

According to one embodiment, the depth adjustment of the upper drawer (5) applies in the same way for the different closure elements of the isolation box. The figure 27 represents for example a flush of the panel with the wall (16) internal. This setting allows on the one hand to position the panel (8) flush with the inner wall of the building and on the other hand this setting allows to create an adjustable depth isolation box, above the joinery.

The establishment of the assembly of a single block, including carpentry in the masonry is carried out in a traditional way since the bottom of the joinery (9) is unchanged and the bearing surfaces on the masonry are the same. A bearing surface (S101) is provided on the concrete U-shaped box, open towards the inside, to bear against the contact surface (S500) of the upper cross-member (50). This intervention is similar to the installation of a carpentry without roller shutter. It is indeed a particularity of the invention to have a fitting of the joinery connected to the rolling shutter support device, totally traditional and identical to a carpenter's installation without roller shutter.

The characteristic design of the shutter system according to the invention allows a separation of carpentry and masonry work. In a nonlimiting manner, the assembly of a single block, including the carpentry, is mounted entirely or partially on site or the self-assembly is fully factory assembled. The outer coating (13) stopped against the blade (11) stop, is applied in a non-limiting manner before or after the installation of the assembly of a single block, including the joinery. Thus the work of application of the coating (13) exterior are not dependent on the progress of the work concerning carpentry (9).

Consider the figure 4 . Once the assembly of a single block, including carpentry, laid in the masonry, insulation (17) and veneers (16) interiors are applied. Inside the building, the inspection door is an extension of the interior wall and does not include any projecting element inside the building. In the case of plaster rendering, the plasterer comes into abutment against the joinery in a known manner and against the housing of the panel (8) constituted by a profile (510) or by the drawers (4, 5). Insulation added to the interior surface of the wall (14) extends to the joinery (9) or the drawer (4, 5). In a nonlimiting manner, the panel (8) for access to the mechanism is chosen to be of the same nature as the inner surface (16) so that it is invisible. Without limitation, the same surface treatment is applied to the access panel (8) and to the inner surface (16).

In another embodiment, illustrated by the Figures 17, 18 and 19 , the panel (8) for access to the winding mechanism is included in the joinery (9) as well as the body performing the isolation and the surface (S500) of support on the trunk (10) of concrete. The frame (90) of the joinery (9) is extended at its upper part and a removable panel (8) is fixed in a frame opposite the winding mechanism of the flap (7) rolling. The frame (90) comprises an interior space (E900) opened by an access opening (901) facing the available space of the roller shutter box (10). Thus access to the mechanism is identical and is done by removing the panel (8), without limitation of the same material as the frame. The shape of the carrier parts (1) is then modified, as shown in FIG. figure 17 . The points (104) for fixing the fixing blade (103) are then at the same height as the offset portion (105). Fixing the parts (1) carriers on the joinery (9) is thus achieved because the frame (90) is extended in height. Once the assembly of a single block, including the carpentry, is mounted, the top of the isolation box is located in front of the surface (S101) of upper support of the trunk (10) concrete. In this configuration the carpentry incorporates a U-shaped fixed drawer facing downwards and an upper crossbar bearing against the chest of the masonry.

In another embodiment, the panel (8) access to the mechanism is associated with a height adjustment panel. The control panel replaces or extends upward the upper fender of the joinery and allows a height adjustment below its own height. This height adjustment of the panel makes it possible to use a single panel for different sizes of trunk or to compensate dimensional deviations according to the tolerances of the joinery or masonry. The height adjustment of the access panel is accompanied, for example, by a height adjustment of a U-shaped drawer (500) facing downwards and a height adjustment of the parts (1) which are fixed by for example, by vertical oblong holes (104bis). The access panel is for example fixed to the U-shaped drawer (500) by clipping a male part of the panel into a female part of the U-shaped drawer. In a nonlimiting manner, the female parts also arranged on the lateral parts of the drawer. , receive an O-ring in contact with the access panel.

It is understood that the invention is not limited to a trap flush perfectly flush with the inner surface of the wall and may protrude slightly above this surface, thus meeting an aesthetic criterion. According to an alternative embodiment of the height adjustable access panel, it is of the same width as the access panel which comprises, on its lower edge, a groove of determined height into which the adjustment panel is inserted. . This assembly allows a height adjustment, a height less than that of the groove. Advantageously, the height of the groove is greater than a given height, for example 20 mm, to allow adjustment up to this determined height. The groove is delimited laterally by a thin outer edge, for example between 1mm and 3mm. This shift, for example from 1.5mm, between the access panel and the adjustment panel, remains slightly apparent. The adjustment panel is positioned, for example, against the upper fender of the joinery. This minimal offset, for example 1.5mm, is then visible between the inner wall of the wall and the access panel. This minimal thickness of the access panel, in front of the wall, is for example extended by a panel covering wing on the wall. This covering wing facilitates for example the finishing around the joinery carried out by a plasterer.
