Claims (30)

  1. Elektrische Vorrichtung mit einem Isolierstoffgehäuse (2) und einer selbsttätigen Anschlussklemme (3), die in dem Gehäuse (2) angeordnet ist, welches eine Öffnung (21) zum Einführen eines elektrischen Leiters (102) in einer vorbestimmten Richtung aufweist, wobei die Klemme (3) durch eine starre Buchse (50) und ein bewegliches Teil (40) gebildet ist, wobei die starre Buchse einen Sitz (71) in Höhe der Einführungsöffnung (21) aufweist, wobei das bewegliche Teil (40) ein elastisches Blättchen (44', 44") aufweist, das gegenüber dem Sitz (71) eine Endkante (47', 47") hat, wobei das elastische Blättchen (44, 44') sich zu verformen vermag, um den Leiter (102), wenn dieser durch die Einführungsöffnung (21) in das Gehäuse (2) eingeführt wird, zwischen den Sitz (71) und die Endkante (47', 47") des Blättchens (44, 44') einführen zu können und um den Leiter (102), wenn dieser danach durch Ziehen aus dem Gehäuse (2) beansprucht wird, zwischen den Sitz (71) und die Endkante des Blättchens zu klemmen, wobei die starre Buchse (50) ein Fenster (74) zum Hindurchführen eines Fingers (92) aufweist, der zu einem Hebel (4) zur Betätigung des elastischen Blättchens (44', 44") gehört, welcher dazu vorgesehen ist, dieses vom Sitz (71) zu entfernen, wobei die Buchse (50) eine als Sitzwand bezeichnete Wand (68) aufweist, in der das Fenster (74) ausgebildet ist, während eine Innenfläche (71) der Wand den Sitz bildet, wobei die Außenfläche (72) der Sitzwand an einem der Einführungsöffnung (21) entgegengesetzten Ende an eine Fläche (73) anschließt, die bezüglich der Außenfläche (72) solchermaßen quer verlaufend ausgerichtet ist, dass die Ecke zwischen der Außenfläche (72) der Sitzwand und der quer verlaufenden Fläche (73) vorspringt;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - das Gehäuse (2) eine Anschlagsfläche (35) aufweist, die gegenüber der Außenfläche (72) der Sitzwand (68) und der quer verlaufenden Fläche (73) angeordnet ist; und
    - der Hebel (4) ein vom Gehäuse (2) getrenntes Teil ist und einen Gelenkzapfen (93) umfasst, um den dieser geschwenkt zu werden vermag, wobei der Zapfen die Lage um seine Achse durch die Außenfläche (72) der Sitzwand (68), durch die quer verlaufende Fläche (73) und durch die Anschlagsfläche (35) beibehält.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Isolierstoffgehäuse eine Aufnahme (19) für die Klemme (3) aufweist, die mit einer T-förmigen Öffnung (30, 31) zum Hindurchführen des Betätigungshebels (4) versehen ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Querschenkel (31) der T-förmigen Öffnung das Hindurchführen des Zapfens (93) des Hebels (4) zu ermöglichen vermag.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Längsschenkel (30) der T-förmigen Öffnung auf jeder Seite von einer Wand (32, 33) gesäumt ist, die auf der Innenseite eine Einbuchtung (39) aufweist, zu der die Anschlagsfläche (35) gehört, die an einem dem Querschenkel (31) der T-förmigen Öffnung entgegengesetzten Ende angeordnet ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine schräge Fläche (34) zwischen der Einbuchtung (39) und dem Querschenkel (31) vorgesehen ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlagsfläche (35) eine konkave Form aufweist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebel (4) eine außen am Gehäuse angeordnete Taste (90) aufweist, die mit dem Finger (92) durch einen Arm (91) verbunden ist, der schmäler ist als die Taste, welche eine auf jeder Seite des Arms (91) überstehende Schulterwand (95) aufweist, wobei das Isolierstoffgehäuse (2) eine Aufnahme (19) für die Klemme (3) aufweist, die mit einer Durchgangsöffnung (30, 31) versehen ist, in welcher der Arm (91) lagert.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede SchulterFläche (95) des Hebels (4) gebogen ist, während die Öffnung (30, 31) auf jeder Seite von einer Rippe (38) gesäumt ist, die eine konvexe Kante mit derselben Biegung wie die entsprechende Schulterfläche der Taste (90) des Hebels (4) aufweist, um den Hebel (4) bei einer Schwenkbewegung des Hebels (4) bezüglich des Gehäuses zu führen.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Finger (92) eine konvexe Nockenfläche (98) aufweist, mit der dieser an dem Blättchen (44', 44") anliegt.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Finger (92 eine gerade Fläche (99) aufweist, die mit einem Ende an einem Ende der Nockenfläche (98) anschließt, wobei der Verbindungspunkt nach außen gerichtet ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 10,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Finger (92) eine konkave Fläche (101) aufweist, die mit einem Ende an einem Ende der Nockenfläche (98) anschließt, wobei der Verbindungspunkt nach außen gerichtet ist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebel (4) eine Taste (90) aufweist, die mit dem Finger (92) durch einen Arm (91) verbunden ist, der schmäler ist als die Taste, wobei der Zapfen (93) auf jeder Seite des Arms (91) einen zylindrischen Stift und zwischen den beiden Stiften ein Stück mit bogenförmigem Querschnitt aufweist, dessen Außenfläche in der Verlängerung der Außenfläche eines jeden der beiden Stifte liegt.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebel eine Taste (90) umfasst, die außen am Gehäuse (2) angeordnet ist, welches eine Endanschlagsfläche (37) für die Taste (90) aufweist.
  14. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einer Endstellung des Hebels (4), in der die Taste (90) gegen die Anschlagsfläche (37) in Anlage ist, eine Kraft zum Zurückstellen des Hebels (4) vorhanden ist.
  15. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückstellkraft kleiner ist als die Kraft, die zum Verlagern des Hebels (4) aus einer Ruhestellung, die der Hebel (4) ohne Beanspruchung einnimmt, ausgeübt werden muss.
  16. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kraft, die auf den Hebel ausgeübt werden muss, damit dieser von der Ruhestellung in die Endstellung wechselt, allmählich abnimmt.
  17. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die starre Buchse (50) der Klemme (3) eine Sohle (51), zwei Seitenteile (52) und eine Kappe (53) aufweist, wobei die Seitenteile seitlich angeordnet sind und sich jeweils von der Sohle (51) zur Kappe (53) erstrecken, wobei die Sitzwand (68) der Kappe (53) zugehörig ist.
  18. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kappe (53) eine quer verlaufende Wand (69), zu der die quer verlaufende Fläche gehört, und eine andere Sitzwand (67) umfasst, an welche die quer verlaufende Wand (69) anschließt.
  19. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 17 oder 19,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Seitenteil (52) lotrecht zu der Sitzwand (68) eine vorspringende Nase (60) aufweist.
  20. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 19,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sohle (51) der starren Buchse (50) eine Rinne (57) aufweist, während das Gehäuse (2) für die Klemme (3) eine Aufnahme (19) besitzt, die eine mit einer Nut (23) zur Aufnahme der Rinne (57) versehene Wand aufweist.
  21. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 20,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nut (23) eine Schulter (24) aufweist, gegen die ein Rand der Rinne (57) in Anschlag gelangt.
  22. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemme (3) ein bewegliches Teil umfasst, das ein mittleres Stück (41) aufweist, das an einem Ende an ein gebogenes Stück (42) anschließt, welches entgegengesetzt zu dem mittleren Stück (41) an ein gebogenes Stück (44) anschließt, das gegenüber dem Sitz (71) angeordnet ist.
  23. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 22,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mittlere Stück (41) an jedem Ende an ein gebogenes Stück (42, 43) anschließt, welches entgegengesetzt zu dem mittleren Stück (41) an ein schräges Stück (44, 45) anschließt und von denen eines gegenüber dem Sitz (71) und das andere gegenüber einem anderen Sitz (70), den die Buchse (50) aufweist, angeordnet ist.
  24. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 22,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mittlere Stück (41) an seinem dem gebogenen Stück (42) entgegengesetzten Ende an ein quer verlaufendes Stück (107) anschließt, das mit einer elastischen Lasche (108) gegenüber dem mittleren Stück (41) versehen ist, wobei eine Öffnung (110) zum Hindurchführen eines anzuschließenden Kabels (106) an der Verbindung zwischen dem mittleren Stück (41) und dem quer verlaufenden Stück (107) ausgebildet ist.
  25. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 24,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (2) drei Klemmen (3) umfasst, wobei jede in einer entsprechenden Aufnahme (19) angeordnet ist, wobei für jede Klemme (3) ein Hebel (4) vorgesehen ist.
  26. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 25,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse eine allgemein parallelepipedische Form hat, mit einer vorstehenden Wand (16) die in Verlängerung einer seiner Seiten (15) angeordnet ist.
  27. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 26,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Rinne (17) an die Wand (16) anschließt.
  28. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 26 oder 27,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse in der Verlängerung der Wand parallel zu der Seite (15), in deren Verlängerung sich die Wand befindet, auf jeder Seite eine Führungslasche (18) aufweist, die bezüglich einer entsprechenden anderen Seite (12, 13) des Gehäuses (2) vorsteht.
  29. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 28,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse wenigstens eine Aussparung (26) zur Montage an einem Aufnahmegehäuse aufweist.
  30. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 29,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner ein Aufnahmegehäuse umfasst, das eine Anschlagswand (105) gegenüber der Klemme (3) aufweist.
