Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zur Bildung von Stapeln (2") flächiger Werkstücke (2') und zum Banderolieren der Stapel (2") mit einer Stapelstation (P) und einer Banderolierstation (B), und
einem mit Stapelschächten (2) versehenen, taktweise fördernden Endlosförderer (1),
gekennzeichnet durch
eine jeweilige, an einem jeweiligen der Stapelschächte (2) ausgebildete erste Banderolenführung (2.10) und eine in der Banderolierstation (B) angeordnete zweite Banderolenführung (2.11; 2.11 '), die gemeinsam mit einer jeweiligen ersten Banderolenführung (2.10) eine im Wesentlichen in sich geschlossene Führungsbahn bildet. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine der Banderolierstation (B) zugeordnete, reversierbare Einschießvorrichtung (5), welche betriebsmäßig einen Endabschnitt eines Bandes (6) in einen jeweiligen in der Banderolierstation befindliche, Stapelschacht (2) einschießt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine der Banderolierstation (B) zugeordnete Klemm-, Schweiß- und Schneidstation (4), in welcher zum reversierten Betrieb der Einschießvorrichtung (5) das freie Ende des eingeschossenen Endabschnittes des Bandes 6 einklemmbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Banderolenführung (2.11; 2.11 ') im Wesentlichen in der Förderrichtung (Pfeil 1.4) ausgerichtet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Banderolenführung (2.11) eine Schwebedüsenanordnung (7.3) umfasst. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Banderolenführung (2.11') einen Saugbandtrieb (8.1) umfasst. - Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6
gekennzeichnet durch
einen vorübergehend über einen jeweiligen der Stapelschächte (2) verbringbaren Hilfsstapelträger (9).
