Claims (11)
- Elektrischer Steckverbinder (10) mit einem wenigstens eine Aufnahme (14) für einen elektrischen Kontakt aufweisenden Gehäuse (12), einem Zweitverriegelungselement (18), das bezüglich des Gehäuses (12) aus einer Vormontageposition, in der der elektrische Kontakt in die Aufnahme (14) einsetzbar ist, in eine Endposition bewegbar ist, in der der Kontakt in der Aufnahme (14) durch die Zweitverriegelung gesichert ist, sowie mit einer auf einen zapfenartigen Gehäuseabschnitt (22) aufgesetzten Dichtung (20),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Steckrichtung (S) betrachtet zwischen dem zur Aufnahme der Dichtung (20) bestimmten Bereich (24) des zapfenartigen Gehäuseabschnitts (22) und dem seine Vormontageposition einnehmenden Zweitverriegelungselement (18) Führungsrippen (26) für die Dichtung (20) vorgesehen sind, um die Dichtung (20) im Fall einer eventuellen Verlagerung in Richtung des Zweitverriegelungselements (18) auch in dem Zwischenbereich (28) abzustützen. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsrippen (26) in Umfangsrichtung so verteilt sind,
dass die Dichtung (20) im Fall einer eventuellen Verlagerung auch in dem Zwischenbereich (28) auf ihrem vorgespannten Niveau gehalten wird. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Führungsrippen (26) in Steckrichtung (S) erstrecken. - Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsrippen (26) an dem Gehäuse (12) bzw. dem zapfenartigen Gehäuseabschnitt (22) vorgesehen sind. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zweitverriegelungselement (18) mit Aussparungen (30) versehen ist, in die die Führungsrippen (26) bei einer Überführung des Zweitverriegelungselements (18) in die Endposition eintreten. - Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zweitverriegelungselement (18) in Steckrichtung (S) zwischen seiner Vormontageposition und seiner Endposition verschiebbar ist. - Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung (20) um den zapfenartigen Gehäuseabschnitts (22) umläuft. - Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der die Dichtung (20) tragende zapfenartige Gehäuseabschnitt (22) innerhalb eines umlaufenden Gehäusekragens (34) angeordnet ist. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand zwischen der Dichtung (20) und dem Gehäusekragen (34) kleiner ist als die Wandstärke einer einem komplementären Steckverbinder zugeordneten Gehäusemuffe, so dass diese beim Zusammenstecken der beiden Verbinder in den Bereich zwischen Dichtung (20) und Gehäusekragen (34) einführbar ist und dabei die Dichtung (20) komprimiert. - Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er als Steckteil des betreffenden Steckverbindersystems vorgesehen ist. - Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er als Aufnahmeteil des betreffenden Steckverbindersystems vorgesehen ist.
