Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- Deckelförmig ausgestanztes Element (1) zum Verschließen von Behältern (19) bestehend aus zwei Lagen (2, 3) mit zumindest einer innerhalb dieser Lagen integrierten Öffnungshilfe (20), wobei die in Richtung des Behälters (19) angeordnete Lage (3) eine mit Perforationen oder Sollbruchstellen (6) versehene Kunststoffschicht (5) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagen (2, 3) des Verschlusselementes (1) mittels einer peelfähigen Kleberschicht (4) verklebt sind, und dass die Öffnungshilfe (20) sowie die die Kunststoffschicht (5) aufweisende Lage (3) im Bereich ihrer Perforationen oder Sollbruchstellen (6) kleberfrei sind.
- Deckelförmig ausgestanztes Element nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kleberschicht (4) aus einem Polyurethankleber besteht.
- Deckelförmig ausgestanztes Element nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagen (2, 3) des Elementes aus Mono- oder Verbundmaterialien bestehen.
- Deckelförmig ausgestanztes Element nach einer der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vom Behälter abgewandte Lage (2) aus einer Metallfolie, vorzugsweise eine Aluminiumfolie, besteht.
- Deckelförmig ausgestanztes Element nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mit Perforationen oder Sollbruchstellen (6) versehene Kunststoffschicht (5) aus Kunststoffen ausgewählt aus der Gruppe Polypropylen, Polyethylen, Polyester, Polyacrylat, Polyamid, Polystyrol sowie daraus gebildeten Copolymeren besteht.
- Deckelförmig ausgestanztes Element nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vom Behälter abgewandte Lage (2) an ihrer der peelfähigen Kleberschicht zugewandten Oberflächenseite mit einer heißsiegelbaren Schicht (8) versehen ist.
- Deckelförmig ausgestanztes Element nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vom Behälter abgewandte Lage (2) an ihrer der peelfähigen Kleberschicht abgewandten Seite ein Druckbild, gegebenenfalls mit oberflächenrauer Ausgestaltung, aufweist.
- Deckelförmig ausgestanztes Element nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kunststoffschicht (5) an ihrer dem Behälterrand zugewandten Seite mit einer heißsiegelbaren Schicht (9) versehen ist, deren Siegelnahtfähigkeit größer als die zwischen den Lagen (2) und (3) erzeugten Siegelnahtfestigkeit.
- Deckelförmig ausgestanztes Element nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die heißsiegelbare Schicht (9) oberflächenrau ist.
- Verschlusselement nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die heißsiegelbare Schicht (9) in Form von geometrisch angeordneten Abstandshaltern (11) vorliegt.
- Deckelförmig ausgestanztes Element nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnungshilfe (20) die Form einer Grifflasche aufweist.
- Deckelförmig ausgestanztes Element nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass, die Grifflasche (20, 20') in beiden Lagen des Elementes vorliegt.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines zweilagigen, deckelförmig ausgestanzten Verschlusselementes (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagen (2, 3) des Verschlusselementes in Form von Vorverbunden hergestellt werden, dass an der die Kunststoffschicht (5) aufweisenden Lage (3) Perforationen oder Sollbruchstellen (6) vorgesehen werden, und dass anschließend die Lagen (2, 3) in einem Kaltkaschiervorgang miteinander verklebt werden, wobei die Bereiche der Perforationen oder Sollbruchstellen (6) an der die Kunststoffschicht (5) aufweisenden Lage (3) sowie der Bereich der Öffnungshilfe (20, 20') kleberfrei bleiben.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kaltkaschiervorgang durch Regelelemente gesteuert wird, sodass die Perforationen oder Sollbruchstellen (6) an der die Kunststoffschicht (5) aufweisenden Lage (3) sowie der Bereich der Öffnungshilfe (20, 20') kleberfrei bleiben.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Kaltkaschieren der Kleber (4) in Form eines streifenförmigen Musters aufgetragen wird und dass durch diesen streifenförmigen Kleberauftrag die Perforationen oder Sollbruchstellen (6) an der die Kunststoffschicht (5) aufweisenden Lagen (3) kleberfrei bleiben.
