Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Schneiden von Baumstämmen, enthaltend ein Schneidorgan, einen Wagen (7) zur Aufnahme von Rundhölzern (G), wobei der Wagen beweglich ist zwischen einer Schnittposition, die kompatibel zu der Verwendung des Organs (9) für das Schneiden der Stämme ist, und einer Position der Ausrichtung in Längsrichtung der Rundhölzer, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wagen (7) zwischen den zwei Positionen beweglich ist durch Schwenken (F3) um eine Achse (B-B'), die im Wesentlichen horizontal ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Stützplatte (8) an dem Wagen (7) liegt und das Rundholz (G) stützt, wenn der Wagen in der Ausrichteposition ist (Fig. 3).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wagen (7) mit zumindest einem Satz Klammern (73a, 73b) zum Spannen der Rundhölzer (G) versehen ist, wobei zumindest einer (72b) der Sätze der Klammern (73a, 73b) translatorisch entlang einer Richtung (X-X') im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Schnittrichtung (Δ) beweglich ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der oder jeder Satz Klammern (73a, 73b) zwischen drei Konfigurationen einstellbar ist, insbesondere einer ersten Konfiguration, die offen ist, bei der die Rundhölzer (G) in dem Wagen (7) platziert werden können, einer zweiten Konfiguration, die geschlossen ist, in der die Rundhölzer in dem Wagen für einen Schnittbetrieb blockiert sind, und einer dritten Konfiguration, die dazwischen liegt, in der die Klammern angepasst sind, die Rundhölzer in dem Wagen zurückzuhalten, wobei sie Bewegungen der Rundhölzer gegeneinander parallel zu ihren größten jeweiligen Dimensionen erlauben.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wagen (7) auf einem mobilen Schlitten (6) translatorisch entlang einer Richtung (X-X') im Wesentlichen Senkrecht zur Schnittrichtung (Δ) montiert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitten (6) zwischen vier Positionen beweglich ist, die jeweils der Länge der Rundhölzer (G) liegen, bei einem ersten Schnitt der Stämme mit einer Länge etwa entsprechend 330 mm, einem Schnitt der Stämme auf eine Länge entsprechend etwa 500 mm und einem zweiten Schnitt der Stämme auf eine Länge entsprechend etwa 330 mm.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitten (6) auf einen Hauptschlitten (5) montiert ist mit der Möglichkeit des Verschiebens in translatorischer Richtung entlang einer Richtung (X-X') senkrecht zu der Schnittrichtung (Δ), wobei der Hauptschlitten an sich entlang der Richtung senkrecht zu der Schnittrichtung bewegbar ist, wobei die Positionen durch das Verschieben des Hauptschlittens in Bezug auf eine Basis (4) und die jeweiligen Relativverschiebungen der Schlitten (5, 6) erzielt werden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wagen (7) auf eine kippbare (F1) Struktur (4) montiert ist, welche das Ausschütten der geschnittenen Stämme erlaubt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Führung (10) enthält, die im Hinblick auf das Schnittorgan (9) montiert ist, auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite zu dem Organ bezüglich des Wagens (7), wobei die Führung geeignet ist, zwischen einer entriegelten Position (Fig. 1), in der sie das Platzieren (F6) der Rundhölzer (G) in den Wagen nicht behindert, und einer aktiven Position (Fig. 4), in der sie das Schnittorgan anlässlich eines Schnitts führen kann, kippen kann.
- Verfahren zum Schneiden von Baumstämmen mit einem Schnittorgan ausgehend von Rundhölzern, enthaltend die folgenden Schritte:- Legen der Rundhölzer (G) auf einen Aufnahmewagen (7);- Führen (F3) des Wagens in eine Ausrichtungsposition der Rundhölzer;- Führen des Wagens nachfolgend in eine Position des Freimachens, d.h. des Legens der Rundhölzer in Längsrichtung, und in zumindest eine Schnittposition der Stämme, und- Betätigen des Schneidorgans (9) zum Schneiden der Rundhölzer in jeder der freigelegten Positionen oder der Schnittposition;dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wagen in eine Ausrichteposition der Rundhölzer durch Schwenken (F3) um eine im Wesentlichen horizontale Achse (B-B') gebracht wird.
