Claims (20)
- Vorrichtung zum Verdichten von Tabak, Rippen oder dergleichen, im wesentlichen umfassend ein erstes Verdichtungselement (12) und ein zweites Verdichtungselement (13), die an Stützelementen (27, 28, 29, 30) angeordnet sind, sowie ein erstes Mundstück (22), das dem ersten Verdichtungselement (12) zugeordnet ist und ein zweites Mundstück (23), das dem zweiten Verdichtungselement (13) zugeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eines der Verdichtungselemente (12, 13) zusammen mit dem korrespondierenden Mundstück (22, 23) linear bewegbar ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verdichtungselemente (12, 13) übereinander angeordnet sind, wobei das obere Verdichtungselement (12) relativ zum unteren Verdichtungselement (13) bewegbar ist, derart, daß das obere Verdichtungselement (12) linear auf das untere Verdichtungselement (13) zu und von diesem weg bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das obere Verdichtungselement (12) fest an die Stützelemente (27, 28) bildenden, beweglichen Seitenwänden angeordnet ist, während das untere Verdichtungselement (13) fest an die Stützelemente (29, 30) bildenden, unbeweglichen Seitenwänden angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mundstücke (22, 23) jeweils starr mit den korrespondierenden Verdichtungselementen (12, 13) verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beweglichen Seitenwände einen beweglichen Rahmen (31) bilden, der an einem durch die unbeweglichen Seitenwände gebildeten unbeweglichen U-förmigen Rahmen (32) geführt ist, wobei der beweglichen Rahmen (31) vorzugsweise innerhalb des unbeweglichen Rahmens (32) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Element (33) zum Aufbringen der Preßkraft für das Verdichten des Tabaks am beweglichen Rahmen (31) und unbeweglichen Rahmen (32) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Element (33) zum Verdichten ein pneumatischer Balgzylinder (34) ist, der mit dem oberen Verdichtungselement (12) bzw. dem beweglichen Rahmen (31) zur direkten, insbesondere umlenkungsfreien Krafteinleitung in Wirkverbindung steht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der Balgzylinder (34) zwischen den beweglichen und unbeweglichen Seitenwänden im Verdichtungskraftzentrum der Vorrichtung (10) befindet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein zweiter Balgzylinder (36) zum Anheben eines aus oberem Verdichtungselement (12) und beweglichem Rahmen (31) gebildeten beweglichen Systems am beweglichen Rahmen (31) und unbeweglichen Rahmen (32) angeordnet ist, wobei der Balgzylinder (36) oberhalb des ersten Balgzylinders (34) ebenfalls im Verdichtungskraftzentrum der Vorrichtung (10) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Balgzylinder (36) zum Heben des oberen Verdichtungselementes (12) mit diesem bzw. mit dem beweglichen Rahmen (31) zur direkten, insbesondere umlenkungsfreien Krafteinleitung in Wirkverbindung steht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das die Verdichtungselemente (12, 13) als endlose, umlaufende Ketten (16, 17) ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verdichtungselemente (12, 13) als Walzenanordnungen (38, 39) ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walzen (40, 41, 42, 43) der Walzenanordnungen (38, 39) nach dem Halbschalenprinzip aufgebaut sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zylindrische Mantelfläche (44) der Walzen (40 bis 43) aus zwei Halbschalen (45, 46) besteht, die mittels eines Spannscheibenpaares (47, 48) an der die Walzen (40 bis 43) antreibenden bzw. tragenden Achse/Welle (49) befestigt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnungen (Langlöcher 58) im Bereich der beweglichen Seitenwände an den Durchtrittsstellen der Achsen/Wellen (49) des unteren Verdichtungselementes (13) abgedeckt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Öffnungen (Langlöcher 58) Excenterscheiben (60) auf den Achsen/Wellen (49) bzw. an den beweglichen Seitenwänden angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Excenterscheiben (60) bewegbar an dem beweglichen Rahmen (31) angeordnet sind.
- Verfahren zum Verdichten von Tabak, Rippen oder dergleichen, im wesentlichen umfassend die Schritte:Einführen von Tabak zwischen zwei Verdichtungselemente (12, 13), die zusammen mit einem entsprechenden Mundstück (22, 23) an Stützelementen (27, 28, 29, 30) gelagert sind,Bewegen mindestens eines Verdichtungselementes (12, 13) auf das andere zu, wodurch der Tabak verdichtet wird, undgleichzeitiges Fördern des verdichteten Tabaks in Richtung der Mundstücke (22, 23),
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein beweglicher Rahmen (31), an dem das obere Verdichtungselement (12) angeordnet ist, zum Verdichten linear nach unten auf das untere Verdichtungselement (13) bewegt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich das obere Verdichtungselement (12) mit dem oberen Mundstück (22) zusammen mit den Stützelementen (27, 28) bewegt.
