Abstract

Mounting has a bolt bearing (19) forming a bearing surface on which a bolt (18) with a bolt section (18.2) rolls off during rolling on a lifting curve (17). An independent claim is also included for a running shoe for a mounting. Preferred Features: The bolt bearing and/or the lifting curve are formed by a longitudinal hole. A further bolt section (18.1) interacting with the lifting curve has a larger diameter than that of the bolt section (18.2). The lifting curve is arranged in a bearing element (13) and a the bolt bearing is arranged in a running shoe housing (11).

Description

The invention relates to a fitting for lifting-sliding doors or windows according to the preamble of claim 1 and to a running shoe for such a fitting according to the preamble of claim 8.

Lift-sliding doors and suitable fittings for such doors are known. The basic function of these doors is that the respective door can be raised and lowered relative to an outer floor frame and at the same time displaceable in the wing plane, so that, for example, to open the closed wing this can first be raised in the vertical direction and then moved in the horizontal direction. In the reverse direction, the closing of the door leaf. As a further function such lifting and sliding doors can also have a tilt function.

In known fittings (DE 78 16 563, DE 203 04 001), which are intended for lifting-sliding doors, when manually operating a hand lever of a lifting device or a lifting gear guided on a faceplate drive rod is moved axially and thereby at the bottom horizontal runner of the wing provided running shoes or the running shoes having the running shoes housing relative to the lower horizontal spar or to there provided bearing element in the horizontal direction and in the running direction of the longitudinal direction. Via a lifting device, which is formed by an obliquely placed slot-pin guide between the respective running shoe housing and the associated bearing element, this distance changes between the running shoe housing and the lower horizontal spar of the wing and thus the raising and lowering of the wing relative to the outer floor and frame.

The disadvantage here is that in the form of slot-pin guide lifting device when lifting and lowering considerable friction losses occur by sliding friction between the slot acting as a lift curve and the pin cooperating with this slot. To reduce the friction loss, although it is customary to form the pin as a sleeve which is rotatably mounted on a bolt anchored in the running shoe housing, however, this case a sufficient lubrication of the sleeve is required, but at a prolonged use of a lift-slide door or a Lift-slide window is no longer guaranteed.

In principle, it is possible to reduce the friction losses or forces by supporting a roller cooperating with the lifting cam by means of a ball or needle bearing. However, this means at least a not inconsiderable increase in the total cost of a lifting and Schiebebeschlages.

Ein Laufschuh ist Gegenstand des Patentanspruches 8.The object of the invention is to show a fitting that avoids the aforementioned disadvantages and allows for a simplified structural design, a reduction of the friction losses. To solve this problem, a fitting according to the patent claim 1 is formed. A running shoe is the subject of claim 8.

Walzenlagers. In the fitting according to the invention a sliding friction between elements of the lifting device is avoided. Rather, a rolling of the roller or bolt formed with the lifting cam cooperating control element takes place both on the lifting cam and on a surface of the bolt or roller bearing which is likewise designed as a bevel.

The friction losses occurring in the formation according to the invention (rolling resistance) are substantially smaller than the sliding friction losses occurring in previously known fittings. This means that above all, the lifting of a door or window sash is much easier. The often relatively large dimensions of fittings for lift-slide doors or windows operating lever can be avoided and replaced by shorter, visually pleasing levers.

The lift curve as well as the bolt or roller bearings can have a very wide variety of shapes, for example rectilinear or curved at least in a portion, etc. Furthermore, the bolt or roller bearings, in particular also with respect to its rolling surface can be realized in a variety of ways, for example in the form of a Groove, a long hole, etc.

This is designed as a lifting-sliding sash, for example, with additional tilting function, can accordingly be raised and lowered for opening and closing in the vertical direction and moved in the horizontal direction and is optionally also tiltable.

On the wing 2 and the casement 2.1, the lifting-sliding fitting is provided in a known manner, which is generally designated 3 in Figure 1 and, inter alia, attached to a vertical part 2.1.1 of the casement 2.1 in the local fold face plate. 4 having a drive rod, which is operable with a operable via a handle lifting gear 5 in Stülpschienenlängsrichtung to a predetermined stroke is displaced, as indicated by the double arrow V in the figure 1.

The lifting-sliding fitting 3 furthermore comprises two running shoes 6 and 7, which are provided on the lower horizontal spar 2.1.2 of the casement 2.1 and which each have two rollers 8 in the illustrated embodiment. With these, the running shoes 6 and 7 are guided in a horizontal running or guide rail 9, which is provided in the lower threshold area of the floor frame 1, so that the door 2 can be moved horizontally to open, as indicated by the double arrow H.

Jeder Laufschuh 6 bzw. Each running shoe 6 or 7 is designed so that the door leaf 2 upon a corresponding actuation of the transmission 5, i. when pivoting the local hand lever in one direction, and raised by the case taking place movement of the drive rod of the faceplate 4 in the vertical direction or is lowered in an opposite direction in the vertical direction upon actuation of the hand lever. For this purpose, the movement of the drive rod of the faceplate 4 is converted via a corner drive 10 in the region of a lower corner of the casement 2.1 into a horizontal movement acting on the running shoes 6 and 7 or on their running shoe housing 11. While the corner drive 10 acts directly on the adjacent running shoe 6 or its running shoe housing 11, the running shoe 7 or its running shoe housing 11 provided in the region of the other, lower corner of the casement 2.1 are connected to the running shoe housing 11 of the running shoe 6 via a connecting rod 12 ,

The running shoe 7 is shown in detail in FIGS. 2-4. It consists of the running shoe housing 11 with the two rollers 8 and a bearing element 13 which is fixed to the underside of the lower horizontal spar 2.1.2. The running shoe housing 11 is formed in the illustrated embodiment of two strip-like sheets 14 made of steel, which are arranged parallel and spaced from each other and connected at both ends by a connecting piece 15 are. In FIG. 2, only one connecting piece 15 is reproduced at one end of the two sheets 14. At the other end of the running shoe housing 11, the two sheets 14 are also connected to each other by such a connector. The respective connecting piece 15 is, for example, a die-cast part made of metal, for example of die-cast zinc.

When mounted on the casement 2.1 running shoe 7, the two sheets 14 are oriented with their longitudinal extent in the horizontal direction (double arrow H) and parallel to the longitudinal extent of the lower spar 2.1.2 and lie with their surface sides in planes parallel to the plane of the door leaf 2. The longitudinal extent of Running shoe 7 is also the longitudinal extent of the two sheets 14th

Between the sheets 14, the two carriage rollers 8 are mounted freely rotatably mounted on both sides in the sheets axle pin 16. Furthermore, the bearing member 13 is provided between the sheets 14 and in the space between the two rollers 8, in such a way that it with an upper, a mounting plate forming portion 13.1 on the upper longitudinal side of the sheets 14 and also on the rollers 8 upwards and with a lower portion 13.2 projects beyond the lower longitudinal side of the sheets 14 downwards. With the upper, plate-shaped portion 13.1, the bearing element 13 is attached to the underside of the lower spar 2.1.2 of the sash 2.1 in a groove provided there in a suitable manner, for example by screwing.

In a provided between the two sections 13.1 and 13.2 section 13.3, the bearing element 13 is received between the sheets 14 and forms two guide surfaces, each of which abuts against one of the two facing inner sides of the sheets 14.

For raising and lowering of the wing 2 13 acting as a lifting cam opening 17 is provided in section 13.3 of the bearing element, which is formed as a slot and with its longitudinal extent an acute angle α with the Longitudinal axis of the carriage 7 and the plates 14 includes the (angle a) opens to the corner 10 towards.

In the lifting opening 17, a roller or a bolt 18 is arranged, which is oriented with its pin axis perpendicular to the planes of the sheets 14 and at both ends is guided in each case in a metal sheet 14. The bolt 18 has a central portion 18.1 with a larger diameter which is equal to or slightly smaller than the width of the lift opening 17. Furthermore, the bolt 18 has at its two ends in each case a bolt portion 18.2 with respect to the portion 18.1 significantly reduced diameter. The bolt sections 18.1 and 18.2 are each provided coaxially.

With the section 18.1, the bolt is received in the lift opening 17. With the sections 18.2, each having the same diameter, the bolt 18 is mounted in each case a slot 19 at both ends in the sheets 14. The widths of the slots 19 is equal to or slightly larger than the diameter of the bolt portions 18.2. Furthermore, the slots 19 have the same, compared to the lift opening 17 but significantly shortened length, lie with their longitudinal extent parallel to the longitudinal extent of the lift opening 17 and are further congruently arranged in an axial direction perpendicular to the plane of the plates 14 so that the upper in the Figure 4 End of each elongated hole 19 is adjacent to the upper end of the lifting opening 17 and the distance of the respective end of the elongated hole 19 from the adjacent end of the opening 17 is approximately equal to half the difference between the diameter of the pin portion 18.1 and 18.2.

Furthermore, the lengths of the lifting opening 17 and the slots 19 are selected so that when the bolt portion 18.1, for example, rolls on the top side of the lifting opening 17 facing the section 13.1 in FIG. 4, the bolt sections 18.2 on one longitudinal side, Namely, in FIG. 4, it is possible to roll off the longitudinal side of the respective elongated hole 19 lying below.

If, when the transmission 5 is actuated, a pulling movement is exerted on the carriage housing 11 of the carriage 7 via the drive rod guided on the face plate rail, via the corner drive 10, over the carriage 6 and via the connecting rod 12, as indicated by arrow H in FIG 'Is indicated, so takes place on the lifting cam 17 acts as a lifting cam 17 and the lifting 18 of the bearing element 13 in the vertical direction according to the arrow V' of Figure 4. When moving the carriage housing 11 against the arrow H 'is a lowering of the bearing element 13 and associated with this door leaf 2 opposite to the arrow V '. The elongated holes 17 and 19 and the bolt 18 thus form the lifting device of the running shoe 7, designated 20 in FIGS. 2 to 4.

Since the sections 13.1 and 13.2 protrude respectively over the guide surfaces formed by section 13.3, these sections limit 13.1 and 13.2 as stops in the raised, but especially in the lowered state, the vertical lifting movement of the bearing element 13 and thus of the door leaf 2, wherein in the lowered state of against the upper longitudinal sides of the sheets 14 adjacent section 13.1 for a direct transfer of the weight of the door leaf 2 on the carriage housing 11 and thus a relief of the bolt 18 causes.

The bolt 18 is loosely received in the illustrated embodiment in the lift opening 17 and in the two slots 19. Characterized in that the portion 18.1 has a larger diameter than the portions 18.2 and also the axial length of the portion 18.1 is equal to or slightly smaller than the distance that the facing inner sides of the sheets 14 from each other, the bolt 18 is against falling out in the bearing element 13 and secured between the two sheets 14.

The slope of the elongated hole or the lift opening 17 and the lift curve formed by this determines the transmission ratio between the horizontal movement of the running shoe 7 and the lifting movement of the bearing element 13. This ratio can be varied over the way, and that the lifting opening 17 is not rectilinear or substantially rectilinear, but for example at least one end as a curved curve. This makes it possible, for example, to optimize the torque occurring on the handle of the transmission 5 over the entire pivot angle of this lever so that torque or force peaks do not occur during operation.

The peculiarity of the carriage described is that by the rolling of the bolt 18 in the lift opening 17 and in the two slots 19 rotating sliding movements in the lifting device 20 of the running shoe are avoided, so that the lifting of the door leaf 1 with a reduced effort is possible.

The running shoe 6 is formed at least with respect to the lifting device identical to the running shoe 7. Since rotating rolling friction between elements of the lifting device 20 is prevented by the rolling of the bolt 18 on the one hand in the lifting opening 17 and on the other hand in the oblong holes 19, a lifting of the door leaf 2 with reduced force is possible.

The invention has been described above by means of an embodiment. It is understood that changes and modifications are possible without thereby departing from the inventive concept underlying the invention.

Above, it was further assumed that the inclination of the longitudinal extension of the lift opening 17 and the slots 19 is equal to the horizontal. Deviations from this are also conceivable.

Furthermore, it is possible to realize the reduced diameter bolt portions 18.2 by punctures, with a corresponding design of cooperating with these bolt sections bearing openings.
