Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a living roof window installation device with two, to be assigned to the two long sides of the residential roof window, on the provided with battens roof roof side rails.
From European patent application 0 221 693 there is a residential roof window installation device of the type mentioned above, the two, the two long sides of the residential roof window attributable Has telescopic rails. The through the upper and the lower The slat of the roof construction formed by a distance corresponding extraction of the respective telescopic rail bridged. For attachment, the respective telescopic rail at their Both ends each have a sheet metal tab on the bottom of the associated batten is attached. The telescopic rail is made from a rectangular tube piece, inside which a rectangular rod is guided telescopically. The telescopic rails run at height the battens; the side of the residential roof window running Roof battens of the roof construction end in confrontation with their end faces to the respective telescopic rail. Due to the construction the known residential roof window installation device are the Installation work relatively expensive, the windproofness is difficult achievable and not sufficiently safe to manufacture and the mechanical Stability to be improved.
The invention is therefore based on the object, a living roof window installation device to create a simple assembly, a easily manufactured windproofness and a mechanical stable construction guaranteed.
This object is achieved in that the side rails from the side open, the ends of the corresponding Roof battens formed at least partially overlapping profile rails are each serving as a distance measure at their end Have battens plants. The side rails according to the invention cover the ends of the corresponding, laterally to the residential roof windows lying roof battens. This is due to the laterally open, profiled design possible. This will be between the Roof battens lying, bounded by the associated counter battens Hollow cavities and in this way a kind of lining created, so that a roof associated with the underlay to provide a windproof and moisture seal can be easily attached. Unless the individual Roof battens a support of the respective hollow profile due its overlap position, is a high stability guaranteed. The mounting of the battens is due to the battens systems of the side rails according to the invention particularly easy, because by the battens systems a distance measure is given. This measure corresponds to the respective size of the associated residential roof window. The different in size Roof windows are therefore correspondingly long side rails assigned one for the size of the residential roof window have appropriate distance between the battens rests.
The rails are designed in particular as L-profile rails. Due to this angle profile, the laterally open structure becomes the side rails generated, in which the ends of the associated Roof battens protrude and consequently of the rails Overpass position is created. At the same time is also a feeding realized the areas between the roof battens.
According to a development of the invention it is provided that the Battens of angled areas, in particular bent Areas, the respective rail are formed. The profile rails are preferably made of metal, in particular aluminum and are therefore deformable without breakage. They are special formed such that by turning of areas in the end zones lying battens plants are created can. The total length of each side rail is greater than that free space between the battens so that the end areas of the Side rail resting on the battens. The angled areas serve as stops for the battens. When mounting will in particular proceeded such that initially the lower slat is attached to the roof. Subsequently, the two side rails with its lower battens against the lower Laying batten. The upper batten can now by applying on the upper battens systems of the two side rails simple way to be fixed distance to the roof. It Of course, it is also possible to proceed in reverse, that is, first to install the upper batten and then the lower batten.
According to a development of the invention, it is necessary that each L-profile rail a first longitudinal leg and an angle to it having standing, second longitudinal leg. This will be the Angle profile formed. The joint area of the two longitudinal limbs forms a crest longitudinal edge. In particular, it is provided that the L-profile has a 90 ° angle between its two longitudinal legs having. The crest long edge is at each end area each L-profile rail- up to the distance dimension of the slats for turning the corresponding battens systems slashed. hereby can be an end portion of one of the longitudinal legs turn, preferably 90 ° to the longitudinal extent of the corresponding rail, in order to create in this way the slat system.
A development of the invention provides that one of the longitudinal legs for the construction of the batten systems Biegeerleichterungen, in particular beads, which are transverse to the longitudinal extent run the longitudinal leg and each have a bending line for the Forming of the slat systems.
The invention further relates to a roof-mounted roof installation device built-in roof windows, with the interior angle zones the L-profile rails the ends from the side of the residential roof window pick up the roof battens. It is advantageous if the rails rails linings for the two long sides form the battens associated counter battens.

29, 30 bilden.
After introduction of the two
9 eingearbeitet wird.FIG. 4 shows, in a sectional view, the roof cut-
With reference to Figures 5 to 10, the assembly of the dormer
34 bereichsweise eingesteckt. Vom oberen Dach her
kommendes Wasser trifft nunmehr auf die Wasserabweisrinne 34
und wird daher seitlich am Wohndachfenster vorbeigeführt.According to Figure 8 above the
From the figure 8 it can also be seen that on the outer sides of the
Klebeband erfolgen. The invention is characterized - according to the above -
in particular by the side rails 15, preferably
are designed as aluminum angle (L-profiles). They are longer
as the distance between the lower and the
