Definitions
- the invention relates to an over the to be cleaned Floor movable floor cleaning machine with a drive assembly for the method of floor cleaning machine and for the drive of various elements and units of the floor cleaning machine, with a contact with the ground, rotating drivable cleaning brush and with a supported at least one mechanically pivotable Aushebearm Dirt container between an operating position, in he with his opening edge in sealing engagement with the Opening edge of a dirt passage opening is, and a lifted position is displaced, from which he by loosening a holding connection in a drainage position pivotable is, wherein the at least one Aushebearm part of a parallelogram linkage is the one with its outer end in the distance from the articulation of the lifting arm on the dirt container pivotally mounted on this fixed parallel arm, whose inner end in operating position and raised Position of the dirt container at a machine-fixed point is articulated.
- Such floor cleaning machines are in different Forms known, and with them hurled the rotationally driven Cleaning brush, usually in the form of a sweeping roller had, which are transverse to the longitudinal center plane of the floor cleaning machine stretched, the dirt picked up from the ground along a Schmutzleitkanal to a dirt passage opening.
- the dirt container was arranged on at least one Aushebearm, the together with a parallel arm a parallelogram linkage generally formed at each lateral end of the Dirt tank attack a parallelogram linkage.
- the Aushebearme means at least one hydraulic working cylinder or one elktrischen linear drive pivoted upwards, so that the Dirt container from the operating position in a raised Position was moved, and he due to the effect of the parallelogram linkage maintained its alignment in space. In the lifted position, the operator could the floor cleaning machine then proceed in such a way that the dirt container in the area of the opening of a container or similar was in the dirt container should be emptied.
- a floor cleaning machine of mentioned type designed in such a way that the holding connection by the connection of the parallel arm formed with the dirt container and the machine-fixed point that is the dirt container when lowering the Aushebearms with dissolved holding connection against pivoting with respect to Lifting arm is supported to the holding connection again and that the support of the dirt container after Restoration of the holding connection automatically ineffective is done.
- the support of the dirt container is automatically ineffective made, so that the Parallelogrammgestfite or the Parallelogrammgestfite return the dirt container to the operating position in the opening edge of which can relocate sealing at the opening edge of the dirt passage opening is applied.
- a particularly advantageous solution for effecting the support the dirt container is one to a stop surface to provide applying spring, whose supporting effect by Deformation due to the increasing force of the sinking Parallelogram linkage becomes ineffective.
- This spring the for example, a leaf spring attached to the dirt container can be, with a provided on Aushebearm stop surface cooperates, holds the dirt container as long as in the Discharge position until the holding connection is restored is, i. the spring only has to have such a supporting effect, that the resistances are overcome, that of a return parallel arm and restoring the retaining connection counteract.
- the first guide surface on the dirt container and the rigid stop on a machine-fixed Point provided. Furthermore, to the first guide surface connect a second guide surface, which is the pivoting of the Dirt container when free of the rigid stop of the limited first guide surface, so that it does not overshoot the dirt container comes.
- the release of the holding connection can be done by the inner end of the parallel arm from the machine fixed point is solved.
- it is however pivotally connected to the upper end of an auxiliary arm, its lower end swiveling with the floor cleaning machine connected is.
- the auxiliary arm is in existing holding connection kept unschwenkbar, so that its connection with the Parallel arm forms the machine fixed point for this while the auxiliary arm for releasing the holding connection from this unverschwenkbaren bracket is solvable.
- the unbreakable Holder of the auxiliary arm for example, by engagement a pawl causes the operator in can move a release position to this way the To release holding connection and so the pivoting of the dirt container to effect in the emptying position.
- the floor cleaning machine shown in Figures 1 to 8 has a common basic structure with a chassis 1, on the rear wheels 2 and a front wheel 6 are arranged.
- a driver's seat 5 is provided, which is a driver's seat 6 and the various controls for operation the floor cleaning machine has.
- a rotating drivable Sweeping roller 3 comes in contact with the to be cleaned during operation Bottom and is rotated in Figure 1 in a clockwise direction, so that she hurls the dirt picked up. This Dirt is then, in the usual way, between a not illustrated baffle and the outer periphery of the sweeping roller.
- the Schmutzleitkanal not shown ends at a lower Inlet of an air duct housing in which a not shown filter device is located above that a removable lid is provided.
- This structure including one in the side wall of the air duct housing provided, not shown blower is in the older German Patent Application 103 24 825.0 described.
- a hood 7 for example according to the parallel German patent application "Floor cleaning machine” (German Patent Application No. 103 42 454.7) of the applicant can be constructed and, as explained there, the engine compartment for a not shown Combustion engine, with the help u.a. the blower, the broom 3 and a hydraulic motor for driving are driven.
- the illustrated floor cleaning machine differs from those from the parallel older German patent application "Floor cleaning machine” (German Patent Application No. 103 42 454.7) of the Applicant and in the earlier German patent applications 103 24 825.0 and 103 24 826.9 Floor cleaning machines, to which express reference is taken, only by the fact that the dirt container differently shaped and held.
- the illustrated floor cleaning machine has a trough-shaped Dirt container 10, as well as in such floor cleaning machines already common, that on a side of a parallelogram linkage is held, the outer lateral ends of the dirt container attacks. In the figures this is provided in the direction of travel on the left side. At the other side of Schmutzbumblelters 10 only engages a Aushebearm as described below as part of the parellelogram linkage is described.
- the parallelogram linkage includes a lifting arm 12 which pivotally mounted at the upper end of a chassis 1 Support column 11 is attached.
- This support column is in different Figures shown only partially to the functioning of the Parallelogram linkage to clarify. In these cases is in the figures, the upper end of the support column 11 'of the in the Figures provided in the direction of travel on the right side Detecting lifting arms.
- Aushebearms 12 is pivoted at 14 with the side wall of the dirt container 10 is connected.
- this Connection area is on the side wall of the dirt container a plate 31 attached, the one in terms of its function to be described, made of elastically deformable plastic or rubber existing stopper 32 as well as one as well to be described later leaf spring 33 carries.
- the inner end of the Parallel arm 15 is pivoted at 16 to the upper end of a Auxiliary arm 18 connected.
- the auxiliary arm 18 is at 19 at a fixed to the housing pivotally mounted point, and he points one Guide pin in a guide slot in a housing fixed Guide plate 20 engages, so that the guide pin in the still too descriptive pivoting of the auxiliary arm 18 in the guide slot is guided and the auxiliary arm 18 is supported.
- the auxiliary arm 18 carries at its upper end a projection 21, in the operating position of the dirt container (FIG. 8) behind a pawl 30 ( Figure 6) engages in a on a machine-fixed point attached latch housing 29 sits and by means of an actuating lever 27 adjacent to Driver's seat 6 is provided and the driver sitting there can be operated via a Bowden cable 28 against spring force pulled down from the locking position shown in Figure 6 can be so as to release the projection 21 and thus the To release auxiliary arm 18 from its non-pivoting bracket.
- the floor cleaning machine is in a state represented in which the Aushebearm 12 of the Parallelogrammgestfites pivoted in a raised position and the dirt container 10 is positioned over a container C, in which Dirt container 10 should be emptied.
- the parallelogram linkage in function i. the auxiliary arm 18 is from the pawl 30 in its non-pivoting holder held, and therefore the inner end of the parallel arm 15 of the Parallelogrammgestfites connected to a machine-fixed point, So a holding connection between pivot point 17 of outer end of the parallel arm 15 and the machine-fixed point available.
- the operator pivots the actuating lever 27 and thereby pulls means of the Bowden cable 28, the pawl 30 down, so that the projection 21 of the auxiliary arm 18 is released, the parallel arm 15 the Dirt container 10 so no longer supported.
- the center of gravity of the dirt container 10 therefore pivots around the point of articulation 14 in the emptying position according to FIG. 2, so that it is emptied into the container C.
- the dirt container 110 at its illustrated side wall (and also at the opposite side wall) has a first guide surface 133, which serves to the dirt container when lowering from the Position according to FIG. 4 by means of a machine-fixed, rigid projection 134 support.
- the second guide surface However, 135 does not prevent the displacement of the articulation point 117 (in the figures) in the counterclockwise direction about the articulation point 114.
- the continuing lowering movement of the dirt container 110 also leaves the projection 134 from the second guide surface 135 come free, and the aligned dirt container 110 is in its operating position, so in sealing contact with the seal 109 at the opening edge of the dirt passage opening emotional.
