Description
Claims (11)
- Stabspule für Zündanlagen, insbesondere als Zündspule in Brennkraftmaschinen von Kraftfahrzeugen, mit einem in der Grundform hohlzylindrischen Gehäuse (13), in dem in zentraler Lage ein Kern (14) als innerer magnetischer Eisenkern und an dem ein Rückschlußkörper (18) als äußerer magnetischer Eisenkern gelagert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen Gehäuse (13) und Rückschlußkörper (18) ein Füllkörper (22) angeordnet ist.
- Stabspule nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Füllkörper (22) an einer Außenseite (21) des Gehäuses (13) angebracht ist.
- Stabspule nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Füllkörper (22) an einer Innenseite (19) des Gehäuses (13) angebracht ist.
- Stabspule nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Füllkörper (22) ein Schmelzkleber ist.
- Stabspule nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Füllkörper (22) ein Schmelzkleber aus Polyolefin ist.
- Stabspule nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Füllkörper (22) ein Schmelzkleber aus Polyamid ist.
- Stabspule nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Füllkörper (22) ein Schmelzkleber auf Silikonbasis ist.
- Stabspule nach einem der Ansprüche 1-3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Füllkörper (22) eine Epoxidharzbeschichtung ist.
- Stabspule nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Epoxidharzbeschichtung als Füllkörper (22) elektrisch leitfähig ist.
- Stabspule nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Epoxidharzbeschichtung als Füllkörper (22) elektrisch isolierend ist.
- Stabspule nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Füllkörper (22) ein Schrumpfschlauch ist, der auf der Außenseite (21) des Gehäuses (13) angebracht ist.
