Claims (21)
- Vorrichtung zum Bearbeiten einer zweiseitig optisch aktiven Linse (1) mit einer Schneid-, Fräs- (7), und/oder einer Poliereinheit (8) zum Bearbeiten mindestens einer ersten Seite der Linse, wobei eine erste Haltevorrichtung zum Spannen der Linse (1) und eine Umspanneinheit (2) zum Umspannen der Linse (1) von der ersten Seite (1.1) auf die zweite Seite (1.2) zwecks Bearbeitung der zweiten Seite (1.2) der Linse (1) vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine zweite Haltevorrichtung (3) für die Linse (1) vorgesehen und derart ausgebildet ist, dass die Linse (1) mit Bezug zu ihrer Achslage über mindestens ein Positioniermerkmal (4) relativ zur zweiten Haltevorrichtung (3) lagerbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Positioniermerkmal (4) eine Referenz zu der ersten Seite (1.1) und/oder zu der zweiten Seite (1.2) der Linse (1) und/oder zu deren Ausrichtung aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Positionsmerkmal (4.1) als Referenzfläche (4) ausgebildet ist, wobei die Referenzfläche (4) mit Bezug zu einer optischen Achse (1.3, 1.4) der ersten Seite (1.1) und/oder der zweiten Seite (1.2) ausgerichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Haltevorrichtung (3) mindestens zwei Halteteile (3.1, 3.2) mit jeweils mindestens einer, mindestens einer Referenzfläche (4) zugeordneten Anlage (3.3) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein mit der ersten Seite (1.1) der Linse (1) zur Anlage bringbares Stützteil (5) vorgesehen ist.

- Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Linse aus einem Linsenrohling (1) mit zwei unbearbeiteten Seiten, der in eine um eine Werkstückspindelachse drehbare Linsenaufnahme (3) eingespannt wird, wonach eine erste optisch aktive Fläche mit einer optischen Achse (1.3) auf der ersten Seite (1.1) des Linsenrohlings (1) herausgearbeitet wird, wobei die optische Achse (1.2) dieser Fläche im Wesentlichen in der Werkstückspindelachse liegt, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Verfahrensschritte:a) Erzeugen eines Spannabsatzes (4) mit einer zylindrischen Mantelfläche (4.2) und einer ringförmigen Auflagefläche (4.1), die als Positionsmerkmal (4.1) mit Referenz zur optischen Achse (1.3) dienen, wobei die durch die Mantelfläche (4.2) und die Ringfläche (4.1) definierte Achse (12) versetzt und/oder gekippt zur optischen Achse (1.3) der ersten optisch aktiven Fläche (1.1) verläuft, wobei dieser Schritt auch vor dem Herausarbeiten der ersten optisch aktiven Fläche (1.1) erfolgen kann,b) Entnahme und Wenden des so weit bearbeiteten Linsenrohlings (1),c) Einspannen des gewendeten Linsenrohlings (1) in die schon zuvor benutzte oder eine andere Linsenaufnahme (3), so dass die Achse (12) des Spannabsatzes (4) mit der Werkstückspindelachse übereinstimmt,d) Herausarbeiten einer zweiten optischen Fläche (1.2) mit einer optischen Achse (1.4) auf der zweiten Seite des Linsenrohlings (1), wobei die optische Achse (1.4) dieser Fläche ebenfalls im Wesentlichen in der Werkstückspindelachse liegt.
- Verfahren zum Bearbeiten einer zweiseitig optisch aktiven Linse (1) mit einer Schneid-, Fräs-, und/oder einer Poliereinheit zum Bearbeiten mindestens einer ersten Seite (1.1) der Linse (1), wobei die Linse (1) über eine einer zweiten Seite (1.2) zugeordneten ersten Haltevorrichtung gehalten wird und eine Umspanneinheit (2) zum Umspannen der Linse (1) von der ersten Seite (1.1) auf die zweite Seite (1.2) zwecks Bearbeitung der zweiten Seite (1.2) der Linse (1) vorgesehen ist, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Verfahrensschritte:a) die Linse (1) wird mittels des Schneidvorgangs mit mindestens einem eine Referenz zur ersten Seite (1.1) und/oder zur zweiten Seite (1.2) aufweisenden Positionsmerkmal (4.1) versehen,b) die Linse (1) wird nach dem Schneiden und/oder nach dem Polieren einer ersten Seite (1.1) und vor der Entnahme aus der ersten Haltevorrichtung von der zweiten Haltevorrichtung (3) erfasst und mittels des Positioniermerkmals (4) relativ zur zweiten Haltevorrichtung (3) ausgerichtet,c) die zweite Seite (1.2) der Linse (1) wird durch die Schneid- und/oder Poliereinheit bearbeitet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Linse (1) durch Halteteile (3.1) der zweiten Haltevorrichtung (3) in radialer Richtung gespannt wird, wobei das als Referenzfläche (4) ausgebildete Positioniermerkmal der Linse (1) mit mindestens einem Halteteil (3.1) oder einer Anlage (3.3) des Halteteils (3.1) zur Anlage gebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Referenzfläche (4) senkrecht oder parallel zu einer optischen Achse (1.3, 1.4) der Linse (1) angeordnet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der ersten Seite (1.1) ein Stützteil (5) zur Anlage gebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12 bis 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Markierung und/oder Signierung zum späteren Ausrichten der Linse (1) auf der ersten Seite (1.1) und/oder auf der zweiten Seite (1.2) platziert oder eingearbeitet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12 bis 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach dem Bearbeiten der ersten Seite (1.1) eine Schutzschicht oder eine Schutzfolie auf dieser angeordnet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12 bis 16 oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Linse (1) nach dem Bearbeiten der ersten Seite (1.1) oder nach dem Polieren und vor dem Aufbringen der Schutzschicht oder der Schutzfolie gewaschen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12 bis 17 oder 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Seite (1.1) und/oder die zweite Seite (1.2) mit einer Beschichtung versehen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12 bis 18 oder 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Linse (1) nach dem Bearbeiten der ersten Seite (1.1) und vor Entnahme aus der ersten Haltevorrichtung durch die Klemmbacken (3.1, 3.2) der zweiten Haltevorrichtung gehalten wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 19 oder 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor oder nach dem Beschichten eine Randbearbeitung zur späteren Positionierung und/oder Befestigung der Linse (1) am Brillengestell erfolgt.
